Cancelled my order because of their error.
I ordered a few posters with frames for those. The frames were shown as free in my basket therefore I was not charged for them. My order confirmation comes through, and Monday goes by.
Their website says orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no package or email. Called today and was told my order was "cancelled" because of a pricing error. I was told I got a refund, even though I didn't and it was only processed when I said I didn't. Never responded to my email asking about my package.
So now, with no posters or frames, only with a refund that will take a week. Never received any email or message about my order being cancelled, and they just kept my money until I questioned it. If I would have forgotten, they would of never contacted nor refunded me.
Just because your terms say that orders may be cancelled if there is an error, it's still in violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Would not buy here again and urge you to stay clear.

Missing a poster from my order
The posters we received were fine and as described online. However we ordered 8 and only received 7 and I have had no response to my request to send the missing poster. Also the packaging was very dented so we were lucky the posters we did receive were in reasonable shape
