Bad quality
The poster frames we ordered are broken and couldn't be replaced after seven days of purchase, which was too short to check. The time slot for delivery couldn't be our choice, which was hugely inconvenient.

Nice poster frames
I needed a large poster frame, most companies only allow you to pick these up, but GB posters had a delivery option and shipping was fast. It’s nice quality and the “glass” bit had a scratch guard film on both sides. Very happy with them.

There were two errors
There were two errors, one the parcel was damaged, and also the wrong item had been sent, but after a very quick phone call a replacement item was issued which arrived perfectly. Great service, thank you.
