Needed 6 cushions to re-upholster some dining chairs and the web site told me exactly what I needed and how to specify the dimensions. 2 days later cushions have just arrived and are just right !

Ordered replacements for our sofa, delivery was quick , any questions i had were answered honestly and quickly. Foam sofa cushions fitted perfectly and very comfortable. Would definately use again if and when required. Would highly recommend

Their website substituted my chosen order of medium foam with soft memory foam. I did not check the confirmation email and now I have a bespoke piece of memory foam which cannot be returned. The issue arose because I selected the type of foam I thought I needed, but there were 2 medium sofa foams. 1 standard and the other premium. I chose Premium situated at the top of the list and after this step there is a drop down which says if you are unsure then choose from a list of uses and they will ensure you get the correct foam. Once this dropdown was selected it overwrote my choice with memory foam ! The order continued but the cart did not indicate the product had been changed. The invoice came through but I did not check as I believed I had chosen correctly and nobody had contacted me to suggest an alternative foam?

My parcel arrived containing memory foam which I didn't think I had ordered. I called GB and they said they could do nothing and the only suggestion was for me to sell it on eBay or another place online.

And now seeing how cheap memory foam sells for on ebay I am gonna have to sell for next to nothing. What a waste!!

Good company but they use DPD who couldnt find a sky scraper in the middle of a field. No signature is required for their deliveries however sometimes the driver will take it on themselves to need one. Sometimes they will leave with a neighbour (8 doors down but at least it was left), sometimes they wont as I havent specified a neighbour as my safe place and neither have GB Foam (which according to DPD they are supposed to do)

I will also be leaving this review for DPD as ultimately it is their fault but there is absolutely no point in offering an excellent product if the company you pay to deliver cant 🤬

Ordered Friday 24/3 in the afternoon. Was given Monday 27/3 delivery date. Recieved a text today Saturday 25/4, delivery between 1.09pm and 2.09pm. Arrived literally at 1.09pm. Very happy with the whole transaction.

Used GB foams for the first time and what a great service from start to finish, moved from a previous supplier to try them and they are cost effective. Offer a great service and delivered super fast.

Was worried if they would fit/make a big difference but genuinely impressed, the fibre filled ones we had were around 5 years old, the replacement has made it better than it was originally!

Brilliant - first class service, ordered Tuesday and they were here on Thursday!, I was really nervous about getting the measurements correct, and was confused what on the type of foam needed for replacing the rubbish fibre in sofa, the people in the online chat and on the phone, were really helpful and gave me all the advice and help I needed, they fit perfectly and has made the sofa look great again!.. and at a great price!

I replaced the sagging cushions in my 12 year old sofa and they are now as good as new. My backache is also better!!!! I shall now replace the cushions in the second, matching sofa. I am delighted!

Perfect made to measure foam! The website experience was great, I ordered and paid very easily. The foam came exactly in the size I ordered. Very happy with the quality of the product.

The only reason I have given 4 star is due to the lack of communication. My order did not come on the day I chose for it to be delivered and I didn’t receive and dispatch emails. The delivery driver arrived when was expecting (I was sleeping) as I didn’t know when it was going to come.

I'm so pleased I found this website. We've been thinking about replacing our sofa cushions for a while now and I've been shopping around for a good price. GB Foam were a really good price and the shipping options are great, with the option to choose specific dates.

We ordered mid-morning yesterday, and the cushions arrived via DPD before 8am this morning! The foam is great and odour-free and the construction is really professionally done. I'm absolutely over the moon with these, and the husband hasn't left the sofa since they arrived. They've given the sofa, which was immaculate aside from the well used seat cushions a new lease of life and it looks brand new again.

As the foam in the old cushions protruded above and below the side seams of the covers, I was a bit unsure about measurements so called them and spoke to Sophia who was super-helpful. In the end I gave the measurements of the existing foam and added a note in the comments box to let them know they were foam and not cover sizes. There are options for different types and quality of foam, wadding and stockingette cover - we went for both 'add-ons' and foam type GB41M, which is nice and firm, not too firm and will last a long time.

With the thick wadding and stockingette covering, these have slightly narrowed the cushion seat width as they fill the cover so well, but with use this will bed in perfectly. Absolutely chuffed to bits - thanks to everyone involved!

So easy to use the website, guidance was on point, putting dimensions in and getting a quote was easy, and delivery was really fast. Can’t fault them.
