Decided to replace sofa cushions instead of buying a new sofa. Foam arrived within a couple of days and sofa looks brand new.

Needed new high quality foam for our old sofa cushions - this company couldn’t be more helpful: all tech specs for the foam available on their website, help with how to measure up, super quick service and delivery and the best after-sales support I’ve seen in a very long time from the amazing Sophia (who definitely should get a raise!).
Best of all we’ve got our sofa back to how it should be (better in fact!) and these new cushions should last for years!

Perfect! Worked out dimensions. Ordered, it came no problem just like previous orders. They used DPD who actually deliver packages (unlike EVRI/Hermes & APC).
Without the quality courier we would not have made an order

The replacement foam for my sofa arrived today and is excellent,very comfortable, super fast delivery and will definitely be ordering again thank you.

The foam panels and bass traps were just what I needed to treat my home studio. Delivery was prompt and the method of fixing them to walls/cupboard-doors worked well.

Easy to use. Good communication. Fast delivery.
And really pleased with the foam, breathed new life into a favourite armchair.

I purchased an item on a Wednesday and paid £9.99 for next working day delivery so it should have been here on Friday at the latest as it clearly states on their website 'Zone 1 = Next Working Day'

The DPD tracking number on my order was invalid and DPD confirmed this when I spoke with them and they also confirmed that they did not have any delivery scheduled to be delivered to me.

I tried to contact them over Facebook Messenger over the weekend but they were closed until Monday.

I rang and spoke with a lady on the Monday morning who blatantly lied to me several times. She said that it was already at the DPD depot and is getting delivered tomorrow. She also said she would send me the details via email so I gave her my email address and I haven't received anything. She also said that the £9.99 is your standard charge and doesn't mean next working day even though it clearly states that on their website.

I then got a reply on Messenger stating ‘I can see that it should be leaving our factory today for delivery this week.’

So, who is telling the truth???

I messaged them back and told them about the telephone conversation above and their reply was ‘Thank you for your message. We will refund your order in full as i do not think it will be delivered as it looks like the order has gone missing with DPD. Due to a foam shortage on that grade we will not be able to send this out.

Obviously, none of them were telling the truth as the order had never been produced and now they were trying to put the blame on DPD…disgusting customer service and totally uncalled for. All they had to say was it was either a delay or a mistake.

Used them a few times for camper van builds, great quality foam, I go for firm luxury foam with dacron and stockinette, really pleased with the quality, price and fast delivery, I wouldn't use anyone else, I only do amateur builds but the finished result looks great

The (four part individually sized) camping-mattresses (equivalent to small double) were delivered quickly and of high quality.
The stockinette cover is pretty pointless though and they should at least offer an option for covers, that's the reason for downgrading to 4 stars.
I purchased mine through covers4all (excellent but of course not cheap), but paid an extra £80 (£210 in total which is a bit much), so quite a bit more than expected. They should collaborate with a cover-providing company as for many purposes virtually all customers will need sth like that. It's what I'd expect

OMG! I said I would call them back and they just cancelled my order!
The woman on the phone was really aggressive, I said I would call back and the next thing they have issued me a refund!!
They obviously don't need customers!

Site easy to use , extremely helpful customer service who corrected an order for me immediately , my mistake not theirs. Fast delivery well packaged , can’t fault the foam to replace garden seat pads …Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Ordering was super easy, and the website is accurate, and the recommendations spot on (I was tempted to go firmer than the recommended foam). The option to choose a delivery date was brilliant and fulfilled. The cushions were perfectly measured and cut, and fit our cushion covers with not a millimetre off. We are now sitting on wonderfully comfortable and supportive cushions for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with every aspect of our experience with GB Foam.

I was upcyling a storage box bought from a charity shop and wanted to make the top into a padded seat. I sent all the measurements to GB Foam and when it arrived it fitted perfectly!

Well if they all quality, wet adhesive that has stuck cardboard from the box onto the foam pads, absolutely no hope! Pictures to prove it as well!
Buy from companies that have a phone number! Quick delivery is no good for poor products.

Fantastic service. Ordered sofa and bench seat cushions and they arrived two days later. A new lease of life for our really uncomfortable sofa. Wish I'd known about replacing sofa cushions with foam ones sooner! The website is well laid out and advises which grade of foam for the thickness of cushion you're ordering. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and am thrilled to have found them.
