Always excellent quality. I have numerous rugby shirts amonst other things and they are top quality. Better quality than that of other brands I have.

Brought a pair of Gant boots, impressed by the following:

- The build & material quality
- leather used
- well made in comparison to other more expensive boots ive bought from higher end designers

De är inte villiga att hjälpa till vid problematik som uppstår, kräver sina kunder på pengar för produkter man inte ens mottagit.

Ik heb maar een claim via paypal aangespannen want ik heb totaal mijn vertrouwen in Gant opgegeven . Helaas waren de winkels dicht anders had ik hem daar gekocht maar zie nu helemaal van het merk Gant af. Gezien hun slechte service .
Koop zeker niet online bij hun.

Ik heb een email naar hun customerservice gestuurd in VK
en gelijk een net antw gekregen dat ik binnen 5 dagen mijn geld terug krijg want mij pakket schijnt nu weer in hun warehouse te liggen in VK.raar staat toch echt op de Tracking dat het in Oirschot ligt.
Update 10-2-21 3dagen na mijn mail naar hun hoofdkantoor in VK mijn geld terug gekregen (paypal) . Advies stuur hun een mail.

Purchased a jumper in December 2020.. wrong size so asked for a return... Gant France said issue with Brexit so delay!.. wait till end of Jan. Also no return documents enclosed as apparently they will be sent along with future instructions for return.
So, I purchased another jumper correct size believing theta Gant would live up to its reputation... I’ve had no response now despite several mails sent to Gant France and U.K.... it is a utter disgrace for such a Premium brand, reading the reviews below, I’m shocked and disappointed I didn’t see earlier... after 25 years wearing Gant.... it looks like the desire is over.
Disgrace & pure arrogance

Ik zit nu al weken te wachten op een oplossing m.b.t. mijn retour. Elke week krijg ik weer nul op rekest. Ik hoor nu al 3 weken dat er "volgende week een nieuw retourbeleid online komt" Dit blijkt tot dusver niet te kloppen.
Ik vind het allemaal zeer kwalijk, aangezien ik nu al 3 dagen geen reactie op wat voor mail dan ook krijg en ik alleen maar negatieve reviews tegemoet kom op Google, zou ik jullie tot spoed willen manen en met een gepaste oplossing op de proppen te komen.
Eerst zit ik 4 weken te wachten, waar jullie uiteraard niks aan kunnen doen door de blokkade in Engeland, maar mijn geduld wordt niet echt beloond door jullie.
Dit is niet echt aanbeveling voor Gant.

Update 19 februari 2021 Ik heb nu mijn geld terug

6 januari 2021 een aantal overhemden besteld. Vandaag 5 februari 2021 nog steeds niet ontvangen. Klantenservice is niet bereikbaar. Ik denk dat ik naar mijn geld kan fluiten. Via track and trace zie ik dat mijn spullen weer naar gant worden gestuurd. Dit riekt naar oplichting. Best mensen bestel hier niets.

Slechter dan slecht! Op 3 Jan een spijkerbroek in de sale gekocht en nog steeds niks ontvangen. Klantenservice neemt telefoon niet op. Ik heb het op 5 verschillende dagen op verschillende tijden geprobeerd maar er speelt altijd hetzelfde bandje dat het druk is en de hoorn wordt er vervolgens opgegooid. Reacties op e-mail duren weken (ja echt waar, weken!). Tracking naar DPD site werkt voor geen meter. Het pakket is al weken in hun depot (wat doen ze daar?). Ik heb ze een redelijke termijn gegeven om de order te annuleren en het geld terug te betalen. Tot op heden geen reactie. Ik ga gerechtelijke stappen overwegen. Wat een slechte service voor een merk dat zich graag als A-merk positioneert. Ongelooflijk!

Orderd some goods on 21th dec, no goods recived GANT blames BREXIT.
No reach of the customer service by phone, only mail and this doesn’t give any information I want as customer.
Euh GANT you knew BREXIT would come, so W.T.F. are you complaining.
The customer should complain, I paid my goods and didn’t received any.......
Compensate me.

Surprised to read the negative reviews here. I’ve ordered many times online from Gant - 16 orders plaved since the beginning of 2020. I find the service unfailingly excellent, the quality of the clothing to be much higher than other competitor brands and a great colour and style in the range which means you can mix and match items well. The sizing is also very consistent and the range quite classic / timeless with just enough added flair to make it fashionable enough.

Big shout out to Gant Customer service team and in particular Christiana. Super service, friendly, efficient and solution oriented. Thank you so much.

I bought a winter parka from Gant two or three years ago and I’ve absolutely loved it. I’ve worn it frequently and it’s been unbelievably warm and waterproof. I thought I’d buy another one this winter in a larger size so that I can fit a really big jumper underneath it. However, when I looked at the composition of the material I saw that whereas my old parka shell is made from a heavy duty, exceptionally high quality cotton mix, the new one is made from 100% polyester. I can’t help feeling that this is a money saving ploy sadly, so will not be buying another. In fairness to Gant, polyester is perhaps lighter in weight, but the old material is so beautiful I’m not sure why they’ve changed the design unless it’s to save money.

They don't deliver items to the address you ask for, then give you a number of a house with multiple flats in it and tell you to go get it. APPALLING. As if I paid for doing walking and investigative work. Unacceptable. They should at least deliver to the right address.

Altered how items are delivered.

Used to be gift wrapped and sent in a box, ordered nearly £400 worth of goods, not packaged just thrown in an unlined plastic mailing envelope and filthy from the warehouse.

Even worse wanted to exchange one of the three polos because the size somehow was smaller, took it to my local gant store who had to refund this back onto my gift card online then I had to repurchase from them with cash.

Such a sad state of affairs from a once reliable company.

Ik probeer telefonisch de klantenservice van GANT te bereiken echter deze is helaas onbereikbaar, de verbinding wordt tekens automatisch verbroken, erg klantonvriendelijk. Ik heb inmiddels meer dan 20 keer gebeld maar de verbinding wordt steeds verbroken.

Varerne er FEDE. Priserne høje og aldrig rigtig tilbud eller noget. Men levering med Bring og bøvlet retur, er det der trækker mest ned.

I was interviewed at Gant Stratford by a Asian lady. I believe her name started with a s. Whilst I was at the interview I was greeted with a very cold reception from her. None the less I did not let that bring me down. I went on to talking about my experiences at my recent place of work. The manager made fun of the company I work for. She called it “cheap” and “s**t”. I was shocked by the use of the language especially given that she was the store manager. I found it highly unprofessional and quite frankly rude. She brought her personal negative experiences about the company that I used to work for(Michael kors) to the interview and judged me by the company rather than the individual I was. She showed zero interest in getting my answers. She rushed me through all the questions and did not allow me to Finnish my sentences. Her body language shows how disinterested she was. She was slouching,leaning,tapping she showed no interest in the interview what so ever. She could not wait to finish the interview. She kept checking her phone like she had somewhere to be. I have not once received a smile from her. It was an overall awful experience I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
