Handdukar för 100tals kronor som tappar färg, vilket inga av mina andra handdukar gjort. Godkänner inte reklamationen för de menar att de är ämnen i annat som missfärgar, tydligen bara deras, handdukar.

purchased a jacket and the first time i used it turned black from burgundy, in some parts looks very dirty which it is not, its also stained my white t-shirts. rang customer service and they said, i need to return it to store as they only deal with online orders. she didn't care. i live over an hour away from the store. very bad customer service for the price they charge.

Super expensive but oh so very worth it absolutely love the clothing from Gant

I had a blazer arrive that was covered in creases, had threads hanging out of it and [worse of all] had clearly been on the warehouse floor because it was covered in white dirt and footprints.

I tried to contact Gant twice (once by phone and once by email) but after three weeks STILL NO RESPONSE!

I am absolutely disgusted by Gant as they clearly couldn't care less about customer service, and their warehouse is run by a bunch of chavs/neds!

The fact that they don't even monitor or respond to these poor reviews on Trustpilot like other companies do sums them up really!

I will never buy from them again!

Pay for premium Saturday delivery and get it on the Tuesday but pass it off as a carrier issue. It wasn't issued to the carrier until the Monday.
Premium brand with rubbish service.

I've been waiting over a week now for a baseball cap. I called a few days ago after eventually getting through to be told it will be with me on Saturday. Tried calling today with no answer. Checked the tracking and Hermes still have it from 4 days ago. In the space over that particular week on two separate occasion I've bought two t-shirts from Ma-Sturm that I have received with no problems at all. I have never ever bought from Gant and I wish I hadn't now. Absolutely appalling service.

Service is terrible takes days for them to ship and then weeks to refund returned goods.

Customer service has been awful - I purchased via a giftcard and credit card, sent an item back via their returns policy, and they refunded the whole refund value onto the giftcard!

I started with a £100 gift card, spent £98 after returns and I still have £38 on gift card! they didn’t even tell me this was what they were doing..

Phoned up to try and resolve after they stopped answering my emails - kept on hold for ages, they don’t respond to voicemail- the one time I did get through I was pointed to the gift card terms on the website which in no way say that they will put credit card payments into gift card if it’s a mixed payment refund.

Asked for a manager callback, not received any-I’ve had to the email the CEO to hopefully land with someone who can understand that the process is broken...

Absolutely shocking customer service. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes listening to the most annoying recorded message imaginable, then I was simply cut off with a message that no agents were available.

Fik et par sko af min kæreste i julegave med det var de forkerte sko vi havde fået. Min kæreste havde bestilt et par sorte sko men det kom i hvide. Det syntes vi er for dårligt...

Poor customer services. Tried to swap to a different sized Gant shirt bought from a Gant store and had issues. Told that its against policy and experience was very poor/demeaning. Would avoid in future

WOW they just closed all of the US stores
Its a shame, I've seen the slow decline of one of my favorites
I went to an event at the US office years back, invited by my stylist. I miss that
WWD did a story on then US CEO Justin Cupps, I was huge fan. I went to the stores often. Apparently It took them way too long to fire him and Global Head Patrick Nilsson. Goes to show what bad management will do, and who knew it was based in Sweden
I unfortunately have seen the quality decrease let alone the styles.
So little to pick from and styles or just not how it use to

I miss diamond G
I miss buying online and at stores in the USA
I miss designer looks

What is happening to GANT, I loved the style and quality, in the last two years the quality has deteriorated beyond recognition, trouser zips last less than a month, the stitching is coming undone along seams leaving holes, I was an avid purchaser of GANT and particularly loved the shirts until recently purchasing one with a hole in, Ralph Lauren it is for me now.

Quality of there clothes are very very poor
Considering your paying a premium price the quality is awful. Another lost customer

Shopped in the empty Guildford store on Saturday intending to buy Autumn Winter clothes. The three staff “on show” were not at all interested in assisting, let alone demeaning themselves to pin up a pair of trousers to be shortened. When I asked what shoes they had, they told me their range was very limited and I would be better off in Loakes up the high street. Not interested in sales and non existent customer service. Gant management should be worried.
This is a very unfriendly place to shop. Not a shop or a brand I will return to. No wonder the Guildford high street is in recession. Kingston has so much more to offer.

Regent street store, very helpful and friendly. Good size runs available.

Fejl på varen og elendig kundeservice.
Købte to par bukser, som begge to får nogle mærkelige misfarvninger de præcis samme steder på buksen. Laver en reklamation over det. Det tager ½ år før de kommer tilbage, for at anklage mig for at have påført væske eller lignende som har beskadiget buksen. De nægter derfor at ombytte dem. Der er ikke påført noget på bukserne, og misfarvningen er helt identiske på begge bukser, hvilket udelukker at der kan være tale om påført væske.

My husband and I purchase quite frequently from Gant as we love the style and quality of clothing. However, lately we have been having issues with the standard of quality, particularly with polos. I have a women's polo that got a small hole in the back of the neck area after a few wears. My husband bought a polo that got a hole in the same exact place after one or two washes. And I have a sweatshirt that got a hole in the arm after one wash. This is simply unacceptable. I ended up sewing my polo and Gant did replace my sweatshirt, but I just tried to return my husband's polo and because the season has changed over in the store, they said they can't replace it. Interestingly the sales associated admitted to me that they are having quality issues with the polos due to a change in the manufacturer they use. It is not acceptable to say that you cannot replace a knowingly defected product just because the season has changed over. They had the same exact polo in stock but the number was slightly different due to the change in season. Gant is beginning to lose my loyalty as I am not willing to pay such prices for product that do not have the level of quality or customer service we are used to.

Helaas is mijn bestelling nooit aangekomen. Zoekgemaakt door DPD NL. Al een aantal keren heeft Niels van de "klanbtenservice" van Gant beloofd om de koopsom te restitueren. Alleen dat blijkt gemakkelijker te beloven dan uit te voeren. Ik zit al weken te wachten op mijn centen. De klantenservice is nagenoeg onbereikbaar. Het telefoonnummer 020-23733900 wordt wel opgenomen. Afwachten nu of ik mijn centen ooit terugzie. Ik bestel er niet weer. En ook niet bij een bedrijf dat DPD als koerier gebruikt.

Good quality shirts. I own a couple of shirts from Gant and they do feel very robust and have been great in the wash. Cant go wrong with their Oxford Shirts
