GANT USA Recenzje 

Købte en blå striktrøje i en MR butik i Jylland. Ny farve og kollektion. Vejl. pris 900 kr.
Efter at have haft trøjen på 5 - 6 timer (ca 4 timer i et bilsæde), var trøjen så slidt bagpå, at strikstrukturen flere steder var væk og næsten hvid. Nærmest til at smide ud.
Dårlig kvalitets kontrol ? Begyndende lavpris mærke ? Kan se, at Føtex nu også er begyndt at sælge Gant...

I bought a light down men's jacket in blue from Gant last year in July. After a few occasional wears, the colour on the collar and cuffs started to change to a dark blue, almost black shade. I got in touch with Gant and sent them pictures. I had had the jacket just 4 months. Thankfully they replaced it with the exact same but said it was a new improved version!
Roll on another 9 months and the same problem (if not worse) has appeared on the 'new' jacket.
Again I have sent pictures and complained to Gant. After a few email exchanges, they have refused to budge from their position that this is wear & tear and not a manufacturing fault. This is very disappointing especially as they sell this jacket for £250.
Very poor service and misleading to be charging high prices and then selling inferior quality products. I have lots of Gant products and they are generally good but I think after this experience, it's probably best to break my loyalty and opt for other brands.

Svarer veldig raskt på henvendelser. Pakken blir levert på døren veldig raskt. Retur er også problemfritt. En fryd å være kunde. Et veldig bra eksempel for andre nettbutikker i Norge.

Poor quality
Bought shoes for 100€, after 3 months they are already worn out ...

Var nyligen i Barkarby outlet i Gant. Väldigt fin upplevelse. Fick hjälp av Astrid Johansson väldigt snäll och hjälpsam betygsätter 10/5.

Gants tøj er mega cool. Amerikanske lidt maskulin still med stærke karakter. I klasse med Lacoste og daske Sand.

Bought GANT jacket fits well so decided to buy a second one identical size, different colour. Won't go on. Checked sizing in case of error .. identical size to first. What a waste of time and effort. Come on GANT your pricing and brand suggests high quality. Truth is now very different. Also had poor quality issues with shirts. I will look elsewhere now...

Gant relaxed cargo shorts - dark blue

I love Gant products and tend to buy a few items every year. I bought the Gant Relaxed Cargo Shorts a couple of months ago and all great APART from the fact that there being badly affected by patchy sun fading.

If you like patchy faded clothing, go buy some !

The trousers I bought look like I have been wearing them for years not months. They came undone at the seams, I ripped a hole down the leg, the belt loops have worn a hole into the fabric, there is general fraying and the top, inside corners of the back pockets have also worn a hole in the backside. I am terrified to wear them into town in case they just fall apart. Also very expensive, I think I paid £80. It's a shame because they look good.

Before lockdown I have purchased 5 Gant ladies' shirts. Two were 70% cotton and 30% silk which have come apart at the cuffs and collars even though I followed the gentle washing instruction; repaired them, only hand washed and now both sleeves have pulled away from the body on one - it's not wearable! A 100% cotton shirt, now has a 1cm tear where the body joins the collar. I look after my clothes. Bizarre and shocking for expensive shirts! Regrettably I won't be a returning customer

I have been a Gant customer for at least 10 years, probably more. It was a quality product. I have just received a shirt costing £ 80.It was in a plastic bag and creased beyond recognition. Products used to arrive in a sturdy box wrapped in tissue. The material feels and looks cheap. Really disappointed.

Bought an expensive jumper at Gant...fell to pieces very quickly, scuffed up within a week..absolute rubbish made in Tunisia....do not buy there!

Har haft den dårligste oplevelse hos GANT i Ringsted Outlet. Ved ikke om han var medarbejder eller ejer, men han nægtede mig og mit datter adgang fordi vi ikke kan tåle håndsprit. Han VILLE have at vi skulle bruge den uanset hvad ellers måtte vi ikke komme ind i hans butik og han ville kalde på vagten. Til sidst efter lang diskussion frem og tilbage, fik vi lov at gå ind, og jeg bliver utrolig ked af sådan en oplevelse når jeg bagefter lyttede til det jeg optog(hvilket jeg også fortalte ham). Jeg tænker bare, at nu er vi mange der har haft det dårligt på butikejernes vegne, og så genåbner de og man får sådan en dårlig behandling, og vi ville bare ind og købe lidt i butikken ikke andet. I øvrigt havde jeg lige vasket hænder med vand og sæbe som er lige så godt som sprit og dette oplyste jeg ham også. Sætter ikke min ben der igen.... dårlig dårlig service

Appalling customer service from a lady named Hazel Garcia in Gant Abu Dhabi. She is rude and not accommodating at all. I booked 23 items on the website and my card was also charged, apparently the website had a pricing issue but my order has been cancelled without informing me. When asked for a customer service manager I was told she's not allowed to disclose the contact details (who is this customer service manager working for then?) Hazel Garcia also first mentioned she is an Admin person but later said she's in charge of customer service and there's no one above her.

Been buying with Gant for several years now but never again!

Aucun respect des clients. Un mail de réponse automatique " nous vous donnerons une réponse sous 48h" et ensuite rien, silence radio...
Alors de grâce, ne dites rien, jouez l'indifférence, elle vous va si bien..

Kjøpte håndklær, disse revnet i kantene. Billige håndklær holder mye bedre enn gant sine. Styr unna!!!!

impossible d'avoir une réponse par mail du service clients et par téléphone ( 10 appels ) vous avez un message disant que toute les équipes ne sont pas en mesure de répondre ; une honte à vous écoeurer de continuer à acheter cette marque ; conclusion si la livraison ou autre n'est pas conforme... bonjour les problèmes . Købte en vare. under 48 timer efter er der 20% rabat på Alt. Jeg får så afvide, at jeg skal bestille en ny identisk vare og returnere den gamle.

det fortæller to ting:
1. Gant spilder deres og din tid med deres ulogiske løsninger.
2. Gant belaster miljøet unødvendigt ved, at bruge dobbelt op på materialer, mandskab og ressourcer. Istedet for blot at kvittere med den prisforskel på sølle 100-200kr.

My order was delivered but unfortunately not received and I communicated many times with them not respond and no refund , the shipping company didn’t recognize the signature so please avoid deal with GANT , no help , no support , no assist.

Super god oplevelse. Jeg købte to jakker på 50% og beholdte den ene. Den anden sendte jeg tilbage med gratis fragt og fik pengene tilbage efter noget tid, så det kunne ikke være en bedre oplevelse.
