Review amended. I got in touch with GANT who moved very quickly to resolve the matter. The item has been delivered and I am now happy.

Actually this is a NO star review!
Delivery was supposed to be 15.00 to 17.00 today, Hermes driver turned up at 19.26 when I was in the bathroom. Told him to leave the parcel by the front door, so he decided to return it.
Gant get the bad review because they use Hermes as a courier and it isn’t possible to review them!

I bought gant gretty chelsea boots in taupe grey suede. Waterproof and wool lined, really comfortable. I didn't buy through gant direct but through zalando. Nice quality boots, delivered quickly and no dealing with gant cs.

Kvalitetsprodukter & god service! Beställde en snygg och dyr vinterjacka på nätet och senare samma kväll hittade jag en rabattkod och lade en ny beställning på samma produkt. Skickade ett mail till kundservice och beskrev mitt misstag med dubbelbeställning som de svarade på och åtgärdade dagen efter. God kvalitet på samtliga produkter jag handlat.

Bought a pair of Gant Chukka Boots, been wearing them for around 3 months now and the sole is literally coming off at the toe. Rubbish quality, they are not worth the price tag and wont be buying any footwear from them again.

Voor het eerst hier bestelling geplaats en betaald. Amper 2 seconden na betaling een mail dat bestelling geannuleerd is. Wel geld van rekening. We zijn 2022 wat voor praktijken zijn dat nu.

Great quality and good price if you buy in the sales!

Beautiful designs but extremely poor quality. Shoulder Stitching has gone in 3 of my 4 jumpers within a year. Returned the first as it went after the first wash. Such a shame as the jumpers look great, but at 100€ plus, the quality neede to be good.

Ordinati regali di Natale online. Dopo oltre una settimana non siamo in grado neanche di sapere se la merce è stata spedita e con quale corriere/codice per il tracking online.
Non esiste un numero di telefono in Italia, all'indirizzo mail non risponde nessuno, ho dovuto sollecitare più volte al customer service UK (ovviamente in inglese, ma neanche su loro sollecitazione sono arrivate risposte dall'Italia).
Siamo ormai a Natale, è passata più di una settimana e dei regali ancora nulla, però l'addebito sulla carta di credito è arrivato prontamente...
In conclusione una pessima esperienza, sconsiglio a tutti di acquistare sul loro sito internet.

we purchased few GANT items on line and one of the item we wanted just to change the size from " Medium " to " Small and they did not help despite having stock. They took a stand that On line sale is different from Shop sale which is strange. despite sending 6-7 messages no one willing to extent a help

Ordered trousers for husband. Came quickly. Too long so rang helpline to ensure the right procedure for exchange. Then emailed I’d be exchanged the exact same trouser size!! Rang up immediately asking to rectify- was told they would. Same size delivered. Back to post office for second time. Third time lucky?? Ask again for correct size- refunded and told to reorder (after I chased via phone). Lost interest and will go elsewhere.

Worst fabric.Discard after first wash. Raufullah Buneri at Burjuman store is a terrible person.If you go to him with a feedback he will say that he does not wash his jeans for 6 months so should you. If you need to wash ,hand wash in bucket of water and not in washing machine.Their corporate site in nit responsive. Their customers service email does not get responded to multiple emails. Pathetic website with no responsible person for feedback. Worst product and work post sales experience. Rafiullah Buneri are goons in disguise of sales staff.

Bought three items for my husband’s birthday, website promised delivery in 5 -7 days. On day 7 still hadn’t received dispatch email so called customer service. Asked if I could get next day delivery and advised they don’t do it! Strange as website says DPD next day service. Asked to speak to manager apparently in meetings! Eventually said they would send next day - three days on and still no delivery, no apologies - nothing but yes they’ve still got my money! DO NOT SHOP WITH GANT!

I've been buying Gant clothes since many years. The Quality is excellent, the oxord shirts are my favourite!

I have just been in touch with the Leeds store, I spoke to Jake regarding gift wrapping for a shirt I purchased online, such a polite and helpful man.
He sorted everything out for me straight away. He is a credit to the company

Actually their UK customer support is pretty good. When you call the number during office hours they normally answer it quickly with no waiting on the line for ages listening to music as with many other call centres. The only beef I have with Gant is that they like to promote their American heritage and image but much of the clothing is made in China (with the quality or lack thereof that implies). They do this to maximise their profits by taking advantage of lower labour costs but where's the justification for charging US/UK/European prices for this stuff? I had to return a jacket made in China because the plastic zip wouldn't work despite me fiddling with it for 25 minutes. I still couldn't get it to zip up and gave up, also the look and feel of the material and jacket was just cheap, despite costing £180. As for their shoes, be aware that they are also manufactured in the Far East and despite UK sizes on their website, look inside the shoes and on the box and you'll see they are manufactured in EU sizes, not UK sizes. The UK sizes on the Gant website are just approximations.

Önskar jag hade läst recensioner innan beställning. Beställde två t-shirts som dels inte helt stämde överens med bilden på hemsidan och där den ena av dem dels hade fläckar. Returnerar varan och kundtjänst meddelar att de inte godkänner returen pga fläckar (!?) och skickar tillbaka den till mig. När jag mailar och undrar hur jag då ska reklamera istället, får jag svar att jag borde ha mailat kundtjänst direkt - det räcker inte att jag gör det nu. Blir sedan anklagad för att ljuga om att fläckarna varit där, med hänvisning till att deras processer är vattentäta. Sämsta kundbemötandet i historien! VARNING för att handla på GANT.

Résumé de l'expérience : Envoi d'un mél de réclamation à Gant le vendredi 24 septembre. Réception quasi immédiate d'un courriel qui indique qu'une réponse sera apportée sous 48 h. Aujourd'hui 30 septembre, aucune nouvelle. Le service client 0175850441 ne répond pas (plus de 10 appels sur 2 jours) et le 08 est facturé 0.80 € la minute. Ce dernier numéro (appelé 2 fois ce jour ) est un service de mise en relation qui vous fait patienter un maximum (il est vrai qu'à ce tarif, la note est vite salée pour l'appelant) sans donner satisfaction. J'ai mis 1 étoile uniquement par obligation. Lamentable !!!

I am shocked by so many negative reviews. I usually buy their products from Gant shops in Austria, the personnel is great and the quality of their shirts is really really good. I love also the logo which resemble a little with the american flag. For me totally worth the money.
