I've always liked Gant clothing but the web checkout page, constantly glitches and as for the courier they use DPD, they're a shambles, and all you get from customer service is we can arrange another delivery date, so I can sit and wait for the driver not to turn up again...I won't be buying from them again

We went to Cannock Gant outlet store . Tia helped us buy holiday shirts and chose the perfect tie to go with a wedding suit for a long awaited wedding in Ibiza next week . It should have been £65 and was only £10 . Thankyou Tia for all of your help .

Bought some shorts and was really disappointed by the quality. I weighed them (280 grams ) which is far less than my existing Gant shorts (360 grams ) and the seams were quite puckered. Gant has been my "go to " brand for 20 years and more but now I fear they have joined the race to the bottom. Shame really.

The service from Gant is terrible, the delivery service is broken and the quality of clothes Gant is selling is just not worth the price. Three excellent reasons to avoid like the plague.
I have tried constantly to hit the “contact” button for Gant on their website but it just flashes away making it impossible to read - so why after a week haven’t they fixed it? I bought a shirt this week, which I liked, however within one day I noticed a small hole on it which has already become bigger. I ordered some linen trousers from them. Using the courier firm Evri, they didn’t knock or ring the bell they decided to push it through the letter box. Result? Terribly creased trousers, trousers that were expensive and yet they had been treated like a bundle of rags. I am furious and the buck stops with Gant - give us the option of several couriers and I for one won’t chose Evri even if they are cheap.
A company which treats its customers with contempt will not thrive.

Received a blue jumper (c£100) as a present and after the first wash the colour faded in parts and became really patchy. It's unwearable now. The patchy look makes it just look filthy. Most expensive gardening attire in UK.
Have email customer services 3 times and not so much as the courtesy of a response.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts for £140 and Gant used Hermes Evri to deliver ere reply suggested them to me. They did not arrive as their delivery company had told me. Hermes are a rubbish company which a company like Gant should know. So whilst I like their cloths their customer service is rubbish. I did as they asked and was cut off having been asked to hold. More poor service from Gant

Snabb och bra service. Om något inte skulle passa så har man full returrätt. Mycket bra!

A nightmare to have a refund. Another dispute running on paypal. Shop elsewhere and avoid having do deal with 4th grade customer service.

EDIT 06/09/2022: Wow! 4 months later I got a reply! This sums up the service this brand has to offer. I have nothing to discuss with you, I got rid of the few Gant items I had and replaced them with Ralph Lauren. Much better now.

The quality of the GANT boots is extremely poor. The guarantee is a lie. There is nothing else to add.
Addition: In the response of GANT, I could contact their Customer Service through a number that does not have any country specification number so it is pointless.

Gant has been my go to brand although sizing fluctuates so massively depending on where garments are made. Beacuse of this it is often the case that you need tobreturn things. Word if warning here the refund process is lengthy and slow as a snail taking a nap. There is no acknowledgement that your returned item is received and then it takes weeks for the refund. Competitors Refund in a fraction of the time. I will be more reluctant to buy online in future because of this.

In relation to your response to my feedback about your slow return process you invite me to call you. The review was left five months ago and you responded 4 hours ago? I think your lack lustre response and the 5 month delay in responding sums things up about my complaint about slow service! How ironic!!

I can see that this company already has a poor rating. Ordered an item which was confirmed by Gant on 06.04.22 and still not received although they are happy enough to take my payment!

Ho comprato in saldo ben tre maglioni di questo marchio : uno peggio dell’altro . Pessima qualità della lana , si riempiono di "palline" al primo utilizzo ( in ufficio seduto … non a funghi nei boschi )!! Il tutto nonostante avessero prezzi di cartellino sui 140€ l’uno. Pessimi. Mai più comprerò qualcosa di Gant ( pessime esperienze passate anche con una polo ed una camicia ). Pensavo fosse un caso ma non è così : pessima qualità da magazzino cinese a prezzi da boutique .

God kvalitet, kundeservice og hurtig levering. Jeg havde brug for levering af en jakke 2 dage efter bestilling. Skrev til kundeservice og fik svar med det samme om, at de ville levere hurtigt. Jeg fik varen allerede dagen efter bestilling. Mine bedste anbefalinger herfra 😃

Bestelling is bij DHL zoekgeraakt. Volgens status DHL al weken in depot. Dus klantenservice gebeld, 2 weken later gemaild, en weer 2 weken later is de klantenservice onbereikbaar. Geld terug heb ik tot op heden niet ontvangen. Ongelooflijk dat een A merk als Gant zo met zijn klanten om gaat. Dit lijkt meer op oplichting.

This the first, and the last, time that I will buy from Gant.

I ordered the mens Broadcloth Gingham Capri blue / white shirt in 3XL as that my normal size when I buy from my usual brands but no so with Gant.

I paid £85 + extra for next day delivery which is stupidly over priced but the shirt was delivered on time. The cloth feels nice, its a thin but crisp cotton (which is what I wanted) but the sizing was certainly 3XL even though the label said it was.

The neck was almost 2 inches too large and the body just looked like a tent on me. I have long arms yet the sleeve of this shirt were about 1 1/2 inches too long.

Its almost as if this shirt, in the larger sizes, had been designed by someone with no idea of 3 XL male.

It gets worse, I thought I would try a 2xl (which the system was showing as in stock) so I joined up as a Gant member and I should have received a 20% discount but it did not show in my account.

When I tried to add a 2 XL to my shopping basket I kept getting an error message telling me to call customer services, who were uterly usless and could not take my order over the phone.

Feeling very unhappy with my Gant experience so far I searched on Google for mens Broadcloth Gingham blue / white shirt and up came House Of Frasor who were selling it for £60 which is £25 less that Gant's rip off price so I ordered one.

It was delivered today and while 2 xl the neck is the perfect size the body is too tight.

How hard is it to manufacture your cloths to standard sizes and why are you so bloody expensive on what it really a standard everday shirt?

If the shirt had fitted me as expected I would be giving a positive review.

I know that when I buy from my normal brands such as Fat Face that thier 3XL is consistantly the right size, the cloth is of such high quality that I still wear shirts from them that are over 10 years old. The same size consistancy goes for Next also. Thier 3xl is exactly the saze size as the Fat Face 3 xl.

Both of the Gant shirts have been shipped back today for full refunds as they do not fit correctly.

For an £85 shirt - I expect it to fit me perfectly.

What a disapointment and I will not be buying from Gant again.
