I purchased a game on their platform and gained access to a code. I tried to use the code and the content wouldn’t download. I downloaded other games the same day on my pc with no issue. My storage space is not even close to being full. No content that I purchased on Gamesplanet downloaded. I couldn’t use the game. I requested a refund within an hour of purchasing the game, and the customer service representative (Craig) denied quick with no hesitation. They deliver corrupt content and then say your refund rights have been waived due to gaining access to there code to download the game. If the game content doesn’t work or download, they won’t grant a refund. I can’t even ensure the game I bought downloads and works first. They simply will deny a refund. I recommend to take your digital gaming purchases elsewhere. This greedy company has no regard for their customers issues. Only care about their customers money.

J’ai signalé au service client la mise à jour de la loi applicable depuis le 1er janvier 2022, afin qu’ils adaptent leurs CGV.
Non seulement ils m’ont remercié pour cette information (ce qui leur évite des risques juridiques), mais j’ai même bénéficié d’une remise client. Moins de trois semaines plus tard, leurs CGV étaient mises à jour et, surtout, ils appliquent réellement ces garanties.

J’ai pu le vérifier moi-même : après avoir acheté NBA2K25, j’ai ouvert plusieurs tickets auprès du développeur 2K pour leur donner la possibilité de corriger les bugs récurrents et les problèmes de cheaters. Conformément à la loi, je leur ai laissé un délai de 30 jours.
Or, aucune correction n’a été apportée dans ce délai, rendant le jeu non conforme. J’ai alors signalé le problème à Gamesplanet et, en moins de 48 heures, j’ai obtenu un remboursement. J’ai ensuite choisi Space Marine 2 à la place, sans aucune difficulté.

Ce qui fait la différence : si vous rencontrez un problème sérieux avec un jeu et que l’éditeur ne le résout pas, Gamesplanet applique la Garantie Légale de Conformité, même pour les clés Steam. Là où il est quasiment impossible de faire valoir vos droits directement auprès de Steam, Gamesplanet vous apporte une solution rapide et respectueuse de vos droits de consommateur.

👉 Pour moi, c’est clair : n’achetez plus vos clés ailleurs. Gamesplanet est le seul site français fiable qui respecte vos droits et vous accompagne réellement.

I just had issues with confirming my email address i was not getting the confirmation email and their contact support options were not the best. anyway i reentered the same email and it everything went well from there.

I registered an account using a temp email and never bothered to check I could recieve emails from it, turned out I couldn't but I had already bought a game and needed to confirm my email.
Shot an email to them and Rafal got back to me and sorted me out right away. Have the account working and got my game redeemed.

No issues with key delivery as one would expect but was very impressed with support team, quick to get back to you and friendly. Would happily use again.

I've bought a few games here over the years, everything worked fine. Legit, no extra fluff, nothing predatory, just the games and discounts. Some might call it too old hat but I like it. They don't have everything under the sun but the selection is just fine imho.

Was a bit worried about ordering from here so used paypal. But my game key works and was a smooth proccess.

I got free games there with coupons from lenovo and also bought other games for money.
Now support is silent for 13 days, they don't even have an answering machine asking me to wait.

I lost my account and access to my purchases.

Honestly, not so great.
The selections of games on this website is really weird. They do not have new release games, they dont have a big selection of known games and the prices are much higher than any other key site. Only reason I used it is because I got a free voucher, and ever with a 10 euro voucher, I still struggled to find a game that doesn't look like it was made for your phone and all the games I liked were so expensive compared to other key sites.

Gamesplanet 5 Stars, Ubisoft 0 Stars for the online Shop. I bought an item from Gamesplanet. Onto activation on Ubisoft Store only the main game without the extra content did show up. Gamesplanet explained it's a Ubisoft shop issue. So I installed the main game. The Extra content did show up ingame. But still not in the Ubisoft shop/library. In the shop/library I still had to buy the extra content.

Very fast and effective customer support, i was pleasantly surprised.

Ne permet pas de se faire rembourser un jeu lorsqu'il ne fonctionne pas.

Problème au niveau d’un jeu acheter, il était pas compatible avec mon Pc par manque de puissance. Cependant, j’ai contacté leur service client et Pierre m’a bien aidé et m’ont proposés un remboursement du jeu. Merci à eux pour leur honnêteté et leur explication. Je reviendrais !

Purchased 60 gollar game. Never received my Steam key

Registered an account with Lenovo and Gamesplanet because they were doing a game giveaway. After I registered, ONLY THEN did it tell me that the giveaway ended. Scummy af.

Inputted my email wrong and the team fixed it within 5 minutes of contacting them!

Received a code for triple AAA games with my new GPU, but by the time I got it, the code was inactive. The store didn't bother to help me with it, but reaching out to Gamesplanet support, they contacted ASUS, and they were able to effectively sort it out pretty fast, and extend the activity of my code!
Thanks to them I will be able to try the new Monster Hunter game on my birthday using my new 7900 GRE, absolute champs!
