Accidentally bought the wrong product, wrote to support, and got a refund issued within 20 minutes.

Would recommend!

I accidentally ordered the wrong game key (windows), then the order was cancelled via email and refunded. They helped me within a few minutes, and I then received the correct key for the right platform (Steam).

J'apprécie d'autant plus que ce n'était pas la faute de Gamesplanet.

J'ai récemment téléchargé un jeu sur Gamesplanet. N'étant pas un as de l'informatique, j'ai rencontré des problèmes pour le retrouver. En envoyant un message à Gamesplanet, j'ai reçu une réponse rapide de Julien qui m'a bien conseillé sur la démarche à suivre. Merci encore.

Bought a game, but it had a lot of technical issues. The Gamesplanet Team really helped me manage them and I'm very thankful.

J'ai fait un compte TrustPilot pour me plaindre, mais je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi réactif.

Initialement, il y avait un problème dans l'envoi du code suite à l'achat d'un jeu.

J'ai envoyé un mail au support Gamesplanet et "Craig" du service client m'a littéralement répondu dans les trente-secondes et réglé le problème. A 1h44 du matin en plus.

Bon et aussi, évidemment il y a plein de jeux pas chers, et ce n'est pas un des sites louches d'achats de clés.

I strongly advise against buying from Gamesplanet. My experience with them has been nothing short of sketchy and utterly unprofessional.

The first time I bought a game, the key simply never arrived. Sensing something was wrong, I opened a dispute. Surprise, surprise: they replied almost instantly and magically provided the key right after.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of giving them a second chance today. The seller rejected my order, claiming they had already issued a refund but told me I had to wait 5 days to receive it. Having managed an e-commerce business myself, I know perfectly well how PayPal works: real refunds are instantaneous, not delayed. I didn't fall for their excuse, immediately opened a PayPal dispute, and got my money back instantly.

It is glaringly obvious that they manage their keys manually and incredibly slowly—assuming they actually have the keys in stock at all. They show zero respect for the customer and run their business with an unacceptable lack of transparency.

It feels like a complete scam. Save your money and your time. I will absolutely never use this site again.

First time using the site. Created an account, which was very quick. Found awesome deals for Stellaris DLC, which are usually notoriously expensive. Bought said DLC as Steam keys. Two of them I was able to activate immediately, and the third one required a review period for security purposes, I assume. The review period barely took 5 minutes, so it didn't raise any issues for me. Overall, great experience, great prices, and quick delivery.

Navigating the website to reclaim a key after buying it logged from steam requires esoteric knowledge.

Error message saying my ip got blocked because it exceed security limits while trying to read the key. Just sent every screenshot to paypal and hopefully i was instantly refunded. Again it was for me an awful user experience. However seems to work perfectly for some people.

Fast service, great price, key is legit. Would use again!

K4G, on the other hand, is an absolute joke. Avoid it like COVID, unreliable, frustrating, dodgy and not worth the risk and your money. Don't even think about it. Go with GamesPlanet instead.

As title - refunded a game, then changed their mind and took the credit back. Pretty unacceptable to mislead customers like that.

In the future if you make a mistake, stick with it and eat the cost rather than punishing the customer and leaving them with a bad taste in their mouth.

Will be the last time I use their service.

Edit: they fixed the issue swiftly and I feel the service was otherwise very good, so I've changed my rating!

Excellent customer service, with the fastest response and resolve time I have experienced. Wherever you are, whatever you do, pray someone like Craig is there to assist you.

I had a problem activating my account by confirming my email, which is a necessary step to purchasing and using a product. I sent an email to customer support well outside European working hours, fully expecting to wait until the start of the next working day for resolution.

Instead, customer service got back to me and resolved the issue inside five minutes. Thanks Craig!
