It was great customer service provided by David. We spent happily a lot more than our budget due to David addressing us on right direction. We come back again here.

Cathy was very welcoming and helped us choose the right sofa for us. Really great customer service.

We went looking for a good quality sofa bed that would be a good sofa for our new conservatory but a comfortable bed when we get a house full. We looked online and found furniture village seemed to have what we were looking for. We went to the Manchester branch and they had a few we could have chosen, but settled on one that we felt was really good. Cathy Shaikh was our sales assistant and she was exactly what we needed. No real pressure, quite incitefull with helpful advice on what to look for.
This was last week, so not expecting delivery until November. Can't wait. We also bought a matching rug which was delivered the other day.

Cathy was exceptionally helpful!! She made our decision making for our bed so much easier and our experience at furniture village productive and amazing. She’s great at her job.

The sales lady (Cathy) was very helpful easy to talk to and was very thorough in explaining things to us
