Our second purchase this year from Furniture Barn. We found the salesman extremely affable, not pushy in the slightest, and the item was delivered efficiently and on time, at a great price, saving £460 on the normal price..
All in all it was a great purchasing experience yet again.

Unfortunately sometimes to ensure that we can get you the best price, it means that we do have to wait a little longer on delivery - but as long as you have been made aware of the lead times and we have delivered according to that schedule then that is the main thing.

customer service second to none so far
I have had 2 large purchases and deliveries, both goods have been great, I had a problem with the second delivery, contacted customer services, who immediately contacted the distribution service, who, within 24 hours called me and sorted the problem perfectly, I would recommend this company,since the delivery we have noticed a hole in a mattress we purchased, hopefully this too will be sorted, customer service have been prompt and efficient so far, so hopefully it will be sorted soon

Furniture Barn Grantham
Does not surprise me furniture Barn has gone in Grantham. Certain staff in there were shocking, would not give us a refund on a chest of draws and said we would get no where with complaints at head office,salesman was so cocky and arrogant. I always thought the policy was the customer was always right and if they were unhappy with the manor they were dealt with should have been given a full refund, not in the case of Furniture Barn absolute disgrace.

Refunds are not issued for a particular manner a customer is dealt with, but can be considered if there is a fault with the item or if you wanted to cancel within the agreed time limit before an order is processed by the manufacturer.

We have recently purchased a desk
We have recently purchased a desk, it was the showroom piece so when it has been taken apart to deliver they have split the wood. This is quite a significant split and I can’t belive they actually thought it was acceptable to still deliver. We have submitted a complaint but still not heard anything.
