AVOID THE SITE FOR YOUR WELLBEING
Le pedoneer site
Well, how do we start? The site has been getting almost run by nasty arts/artists, in the main page I’ve seen gore and disgusting stuff, their discord furries are totally mean, no one wants to chat you, unless you’re a popular person to bootlick
The admins are unfair and they will ban you because you said something, there’s almost censorship going there, for their bullshit it almost costed my life, the site gets hacked pretty easily and often, they go against AI but some draw stuff related to “furry kids” also their site is not really safe for everyone, even I could mention the site is being run by zoophiles, in the main page it’s not hard to see that kind of content, and if you don’t belong to these mental sick weirdos you don’t progress, no matter how well you draw, how kind you could be
They don’t care about you or anyone else passing through that, even I want to issue them for putting my life on risk. Can anyone nuke that site already?
Overall sumary: the site is bad, you won’t see anything than zoophile, macabre and gross “art” they go against AI despite they draw worst even illegal stuff, incompetent staff and mean people, banned for political stuff and even they seem to not care about you. The site gets compromised every time and it goes down for several weeks even months because their serves can’t handle more zoophile porn there
I hope the owner might be rotting in hell rn
Fur Affinity: A Case of Arbitrary Censorship, Lack of Transparency, and Staff Incompetence
I am writing this to expose the unprofessional and discriminatory management of Fur Affinity. Recently, my personal journal—a deep dive into political correctness, cancel culture, and historical perspectives—was removed under the false pretense of "Section 2.6" (which usually refers to copyright/unauthorized content).
Here is why this platform is failing its users:
Arbitrary Censorship: My text was an original piece of writing. Using a copyright-related rule to silence personal opinions is a blatant abuse of power. They selectively targeted my etymological analysis of Romance languages to label me "malicious," ignoring the overall message of "live and let live."
Fake-looking Staff Accounts: I was contacted by an "official" account registered in August 1973. For a site created decades later, this is a massive red flag. The staff provides no transparency, hiding behind glitchy profiles with no information, yet they demand total obedience.
Intellectual Dishonesty: Instead of engaging with my arguments about history or the "labels" culture, the staff acted with profound ignorance. They chose to be offended by Latin-derived linguistic roots rather than understanding the context of my defense of artistic freedom.
Discriminatory Atmosphere: I felt targeted for my refusal to follow the "social dictatorship" of certain internet bubbles. If you don't use their specific labels, you are treated as a "black sheep" and silenced.
Fur Affinity is no longer a site for artists; it is a "hate media" hub where "so-called" professors and anonymous staff members use intimidation to suppress any thought that isn't politically correct. Avoid this platform if you value true freedom of speech.
Avoid FA at all costs it's toxic, bad and corrupted management.
I used to go to FA, but they treat you like total trash and have no respect for the users.
I even had many problems with the Administration not being reliable, and they don't care about you, and they are nothing but hypocritical, toxic, and full of crap. They act like a bunch of trolls and mishandled management on FA.
Avoid the site at all costs, and I was on there back then, and they don't give you a 2nd chance to redeem yourself, and continue to lie to their users. My thoughts are that the current owner of FA shouldn't be on there at all, Period.
Sciggles is nothing but a senseless admin who didn't listen, nor did she handle her cohorts, and it's basically unavoidable to get banned there.

⚠️AVOID AT ALL COST⚠️ The MODS Deny, Attack, Reverse Victims, and Offender
9 years ago, the website was manageable, but now it's become toxic. I mean, exceeding toxic. The audiences are essentially unresponsive unless you're a large creator or draw the nastiest pron, and I mean the nastiest pron. It's basically become what deviantart fought to avoid. Everyone is cancelling each other. It's a massive
DARVO Campaign.
Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim, and Offender
Oh, and the moderators will NEVER be on your side when they make a decision. If you defend yourself at all, it's a permaban. Not just your one account; your IP ADDRESS. I was cyberbullied off the platform, and my accuser was allowed to continue harassing me after I was banned. you'd be better off going to e621 or even Deviantart, as there aren't any people there who will go on hate campaigns. The website is currently a political echo chamber where mods enforce invisible unspoken rules like kings, and they can't be held accountable. The TOS you sign when making an account basically says at 5.1 "We can do whateer we want and make any rule we please without telling you, and then enforce it unscrupulously. Oh, and you agree that you cannot sue us."
FA is no longer about furry, and the community is no longer "inclusive."
As a furry that is old enough to remember when this site first started, and hell, old enough to remember when VCL was the biggest library of furry art...
Let me start off by saying that this site is objectively no longer about "furry." Or most things it used to be about really, but the most egregious thing it's no longer about is the thing that's supposed to be at its core.
Regardless of the art you see on the front page, that's not the culture driving this site. That's not the culture being pandered to on a daily basis.
Instead, the site has been taken over by particular group with a perpetual victimhood disposition, an endless array of DARVO tactics, an incredible amount of psychosis and a tendency towards casually fascist mob behavior... Which of course gets projected via the aforementioned DARVO.
I'll let you guess who they are, it shouldn't be too hard. They're the same people claiming everyone else is a fascist while they go around using any power they have to ban, silence and deplatform.
They're the same people who have made their identity into their entire ideology, worldview and politics, and any time you accurately criticize their behavior, they claim you're threatening their existence... Which they're only able to do, because they've turned literally everything in the world into an existential crisis for themselves.
It's frankly game over for this site, and probably the whole furry fandom by extension, because FA is more or less a monopoly on furry specific social media.
This kind of monopoly is a problem when you have aggressive, authoritarian activists getting gender terms that other people use removed from the site itself, for being "transphobic."
The bias, aggression and hypocrisy of these people has no bounds, and they pretty much control the site, both through moderation and as a mob.
This is unlikely to be rectifiable, because nobody has ever been able to compete in this niche space with FA, and nobody will ever be able to, because even if a competitor comes along, they probably wont have the balls to deny this horrendous mob of cry bullies, and punish them when they step out of their lane.
Meaning any competitor will likely just devolve into another FA.
If I could give this site a score on Trust Pilot lower than 1 I would, because the site isn't only low trust, but it exudes low trust onto everything around it.
Like I said at the start, I've been around long enough to see all sorts of stuff come and go. This website always had awful problems with authoritarian, garbage moderators...
...But the fandom itself used to be an open place, welcoming to anyone, full of nerds and weirdos that had this kind of unwritten rule and understanding that "you stay in your lane, I stay in mine, and we all get along even if we don't understand or agree with each other all the time."
But it welcomed a sort of person who can't stop forcing their ideology on everyone else, and crying victim when someone counter punches.
And the result is that ultimately websites like this are just one more notch on the belt of people who cry about cultural appropriation, while they culturally appropriate literally any subculture that is stupid enough to tolerate them.
FA should change its name to something intersectional identity politics related, and take down all the furry art, because that would be the most honest thing for it to do at this point.
This is whats wrong with the furry community
Literal bias mess. I have been on fa since 2018. I always had a ok time and somehow always seemed to miss, or just not sign in during all the rampant data breaches which were very serious. The part that really bothered me is they were clearly always lying about the effects these breaches/hacks had and minimizing it when a good company would be completely truthful. We saw none of that.
Some people get treated better than others and its really a little niche site at the end of the day where all that matters is popularity or knowing the right user so you can bully others off the site. I know, bc i saw the way they moderated my own complaints. Now i just continue to feel worse for those users and like it was just a game of popularity which i won, and they didn’t. Im out. Rip neer. I had the tag on my profile for attending his funeral. I want it deleted please. Its not something i needed to show off and its not something i should have been held to a different standard for.
This is literally what’s wrong with the furry community.
This site needs to be shut down
This site needs to be shut down. It's completely garbage
Sciggles' Arrival
Since Sciggles took control after Dragoneer's decease, the site has been improving a lot. Tag blocking (and the ability to block untagged posts), partial name changes (the structure of the site is old and they cannot fully implement it, but it's a huge step), new categories such as 3D models or 3D environment screenshots, better moderation... Honestly, it's a better place to stay at these days.
Bad Site for Furry Art
It was an okay site for furry art, but really went political downhill post-2016, and their admins are really subjective and ban users whose opinions they disagree with while letting those whose opinions they do agree with run wild. You can't disable comments on your submissions, so unhinged users can harass you all you want. Avoid at all costs.
AVOID
⚠️ AVOID. Furaffinity is one of those sites that I advise people to steer clear of. The administrators are shady hypocrites who will ban or suspend you even if you have never broken rules on their site. you have little freedom of speech on this platform. There have been people banned for just talking about the unfair treatment they received from the staff.
Site gets hacked alot
Not a safe site, gets hacked alot, has bullies, haters, trolls, art thieves, horrible staff

Generally a good and active art…
Generally a good and active art platform to post your work and even find commissions.
However, like others said, the banning of certain kinks comes across as absolutely BIZARRE on a site that allows every other wild thing like snuff and what not. Art should be a limitless escape to explore strange things you'd never be interested in otherwise, a new reality that doesn't need to effect ours.
If you're going to deem one kink harmful, you'll need to share that same energy to other ones. It looks incredibly biased otherwise.
That said, banning AI was a great move. Now, If only you had a tag block list function and a separate stream so that reminders didn't clog up the front page.
Woke and Draconian policy on AI art
Despite knowing that they were a woke website I decided to give it another shot thinking that the website could be used for wholesome purposes. Yet banning AI is ridiculous. My account was created less than a day ago and I got banned for posting AI artwork. Again this woke website deserves all that infamy associated with it

Secondly, the community feels toxic and uninviting. I've encountered numerous instances of bullying, harassment, and trolling, which has made it difficult for me to feel comfortable sharing my artwork or particip
ing in discussions. The moderation team seems to be overwhelmed and unable to address these issues effectively.
Furthermore, the site's features are limited and outdated. The gallery is difficult to navigate and lacks any sort of filtering options, making it difficult to find artwork that interests me. The messaging system is also lacking, with no option for group chats or private messages, forcing users to rely on forums for communication.
In conclusion, my experience with Fur Affinity has been a disappointment. The platform'
s issues with user interface, community toxicity, and outdated features have left me feeling disillusioned and unwilling to continue using the site. I would not recommend Fur Affinity to anyone looking to connect with other furry artists or share their artwork.
I have a great experience using this…
I have a great experience using this site. I like looking at furry arts drawn/animated by professional artists.
It’s aight :)
A lot of these reviews are understandable, there is a lot of art of underage characters in this website, it’s fictional and I could care less, and the reviews by these 5yos are invalid.
