Let me start off by saying that I would give this company a zero star if it was possible. Last year I ordered adult small polos for my daughter and they were actually too big for her and we had to try to shrink them. So this year since she had grew a little, I ordered the same size.
I received my six long sleeve polos, and they are huge. So big that there was no way she can tuck them into her pants. They were way bigger than last year’s.
On closer examination, I realize that they were adult men. My husband is a size medium and he tried them on and they were too big for him. I went back to the site to see if I had failed to select female, but there was no option for male or female on their site when ordering.
I immediately called customer service and told him that they had sent me men’s size and it was absolutely too big for my daughter.
Of course, they did nothing and informed me that I was stuck with it because it had a logo on it. I must say that the customer service representative was absolutely rude. I waited a few days and I called again to try to get a different customer representative and it was the same response. This customer service representative was also extremely rude.
She even went so far as to lie and said that the year before I did not order the same size. I told her I still had that order receipt, and I could prove that it was the same size I ordered the year before. She proceeded to lie even more by insisting I did not.
I spoke to a few other parents concerning the size being way too big, and every one of them said they had problems with the sizes they order. And unfortunately, every one of them said that customer service did nothing to help them and was also extremely rude.
We should not spend over $100 buying uniforms that does not fit because their sizes are incorrect. We need a uniform company that is not rude, inconsiderate and in accurate.
Reading all the other reviews, I am very surprised that the school has not intervene in this matter. The school needs to do something about this. They need to change companies to provide us with better customer service.
I would advise any new school looking for a supplier for uniforms to not consider this company.

Very horrible customer service they lie to their customers. I ordered clothes for my son but I had to return them because I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service and they told me that I could make the change with them on the phone and they’ll will send the new order so I did. Low and behold I waited for more than a week for my order. When I finally call them back they said they issued a refund. I told them that is not what I wanted I just wanted the size to change. So they said that I will have to reorder and then they will adjust the price to match the previous order. Total lies. I had to pay more money for the same items. Please people don’t buy from French toast.

Never buy on this website you are gonna get mad. Prices to expensive and the products are bad quality. I paid 30$ for a polo Shirt for my 2 years old boy. A polo that cost around 3$ wholesale and the embroidery is poor quality as well. French toast is making tons of money off poor parents. Shame on you French Toast.

They charged me for shipping when they were not supposed to, and refuse to refund the money.

I ordered 7 monogrammed school shirts on 7/28/22. It’s now 10/17/22 and I have never received them. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for weeks who also refuse to give me a refund because the shirts were monogrammed. Last week when I spoke with a “supervisor” I was told I’m waiting on a tracking number. I don’t have that either. I’m disputing the charges with my credit card and reporting this company to the BBB.

Awful/no customer service. I ordered two skirts, but when they came in, I found them to be the wrong size. I tried to go through their online returns form, but it didn't recognize that my order had shipped. On the invoice, the space where the return prepaid label is supposed to be was empty. I then wrote them a detailed email but they never replied.
About a week later, I checked my order number again to see if they finally recognized it as shipped, but the order had vanished altogether from the site. I have the confirmation email, two skirts and an invoice, I can promise it exists. By the time my tiny-waisted child can fit into those skirts, they'll be too short.
If I ever want this brand again, I'll do it in a box store, never their website.

I paid $26.72 for a toddler monogram uniform polo shirt for French Toast.

The monogram was done so tacky, distasteful and cheap. It was oval and puckered all around , hence itching my 4 year old toddler. It was NOT stitched neatly around the shirt. Looked not classy.

It was terrible service at customer service when I called. They asked me to write an email to another department.

French Toast, in my opinion is over priced and service is terrible !

I've had this issue since August. Their communication with customers is horrible. I had to retell the situation every time I called or sent an email to them. All of this only to find out they do not honor their free exchange program and do not accepts returns or exchanges. They have horrible reviews through other sites. I do not know why my child's school chose to partner with their company. You can easily find other reviews through US-reviews and pissed consumer.

Horrible experience. I ordered uniforms on 8/2/22 today is 9/14/22. I haven’t received my order and cannot get a straight answer as to when to expect it. I have spoken to 3 supervisors to no avail. The warehouse which is apparently located in VA seems to be a black hole. No one is giving me a straight answer on when to expect my order.

Shirts and pants ordered on Amazon fit great. Blazer and tie ordered from French Toast. Size 12 blazer fits a little snug on my kid. If I order from them again I will have to order 2-4 times bigger.

Worse experience ever. I never had to wait that long for 4 polos for my son. They don't care about it and they keep saying I will get them and they can't do anything because I asked for embroidery. After a month, I am still waiting for my son's uniforms. Also, they sell on Amazon and Walmart way cheaper than the French toast website.

I'd give them a zero for their horrible customer service if I could. Once you click submit when ordering, just know you're not getting a refund/return under any circumstance. If you ask to escalate, and point out all the reasons why you need to speak to someone higher up, you won't hear from them. They do not respond to customer service emails within the timeframe posted on their site. Zero communication from the company on the status of your order. You pay and then cross your fingers your order will arrive in 2 months (literally). Over priced for the quality of the clothes. I will never order from here again.

I signed up for their 20% discount when email provided and received a code via email. I attempted to use the promo code in the checkout cart as well as during payment without success.

I contacted the company to ask for assistance on why the discount code they sent me was not working.

The company replied stating the discount included in the price. Which makes me wonder why send a coupon code in the first place.

If I wasn’t FORCED to use this company, I wouldn’t.

Aside from the uniforms taking 8 weeks to get to me. Just after one wash, the embroidered stitching is already falling out.

If I could give negative starts I would. Unbelievably slow! I order 5-6 weeks before school is about to start and still my sons has no uniform first 2 weeks of school. Should I start ordering a year ahead? Are they embroidered by hand and not machine?? It’s horrible

I don't right reviews often but today is the day that will change. ALL i can say is JUST DISGUSTING. I ordered my uniform of $290 23 consecutive business days and I still haven't received them. I have called nonstop and got the same answer from every rep "usually it should take 12-14 days to be made and shipped. OKAY. now its been 23 and I'm scared that I have been scammed or completely RIPPED OFF. I am a 8th grade student. This is MY LAST YEAR. school starts in ONE week and I complain to them about this all the time. They DONT care.. like AT ALL. Every rep that I spoke to sounded uninterested of me LITERALLY stressing tf out. One even ignored me & acting like they couldn't hear me. Just RUDE and straight UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm glad this is the last time I have to order from them.. this being my last year in middle school. I'm so so so disappointed with the way they LIED on their website and especially LIED online. Don't order from them unless you want to straight LOOSE your mind. One rep on the phone told me I would get it by the end of the week.. LAST week. It is now TUESDAY. If I DON'T get my uniform by the end of this week. Im calling. Im DONE being nice.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Every year it’s the same thing DELAYED SHIPPING. I guess I’m the fool for thinking they’ll do better. Took well over 45 days to get my order and once it was finally received, I had a partial order. They claim some of the items were out of stock when it was time for shipping. Of course it’s out if stock now, look how long it took to ship. Now I placed another order for uniforms and they keep pushing the delivery date back. By the time I receive the order, the school year will be over.

If I could give them no stars I would. I placed an order on 7/27 with multiple items that consisted of shirts, pants, a vest, and some shorts. On 7/31 I received the vest only. I waited a couple of days and received nothing else. I reached out to French toast and explained that I only received a vest and the tracking information said that it was delivered (whole order) and the post office said they delivered 1 package. I stated that the invoice in the bag was only showing the sweater. The lady apologized and said she would get my order back out and I will get an email with tracking info when it ships again. After 4 days I called back and they told me a case has been opened and it will take 14 days. I said okay and gave them the 3rd degree. I called back after 14 days to only be told NO you have to wait 14 “business days”. I was livid because I feel at this point I’m getting the run around. I said give my money minus the vest or reship the remaining clothes! He said he had to talk to his supervisor. I said I want to talk to him. I was put on hold back and forth for 30 minutes to never talk to anyone! The rep apologized but it was nothing he could do. I said so please tell me when will my actual “14” days be up? He said 8/24. After I hung up with him I sent another email threatening to involve a news outlet or someone to shine light on my treatment. They finally responded back to my 1st email to tell me they apologized and are looking into resending my order and I will receive an email with tracking when it does. This is on 8/25. I called back today 8/28 to see if it has been resolved and shipped back out. The rep had to reach back out to her supervisor and she said I hope you get a good response because I see how much you have called. After 2 minutes she came back to the line to apologize and say that no one has worked my case but it was still open. I said so basically still no resolution on my clothes or my money. It’s a whole recession out here and French Toast is basically taking money and not resolving problems with their order! I have received tons of emails about “sales” but almost a month now and all I have is a vest and was charged $110!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

The absolute worst company to order uniforms. Continue to lie about delivery/ shipping time on their website. Don’t believe it l. I ordered on July 21st. Also asked to have address changed on august 2nd but was told no because it was too far along in the process. Today is august 26th. All customer service can tell me is that it’s at the warehouse. But is it really? No clue when I’m getting items I’ve already paid for. No remedies offered by company at all. Already in school with used uniforms that don’t fit.

My order was not delivered per the time specified on their website. Then they sent a sweatshirt when my order consisted of five polo shirts. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for 40 minutes and told that my order would be there in 3 days. My order never arrived and I wasn’t sent any type of email correspondence saying that my order had even been shipped so I emailed customer service and they responded with an email previously written that they sent to hundreds of customers about embroidery being a process that cannot be rushed. I still have no information on when my order might arrive.
