Company is a scam, ordered one item for $30 on February 5th 2026 it was to ship in 2-3 days. I still have not received the product.
Just keep getting excuses and cannot get a refund.
Stay away from this company.

A scam. False advertisement. And when they offer a refund, be prepared to never get it!

I ordered a product on February 9, 2026. It's 2/25/2026. I paid for expedited shipping so the product would be available for Valentines day.I have sent two messages and no response. This is feeling like a scam. The product I purchased is half the price on Amazon; not only do I not have the product, they charged me double the price. It's time to contact the bank and the authorities concerning this.

I spent a lot of money on a very meaningful gift and what I received was a damaged product. The stain on the wooden binding was already chipping off when it was shipped to me. The binding also appeared that it was partially cracked in half. And I was completely missing one of the screws to the binder. I will never order from this company again! And I hope nobody else does either!

Aufpassen mit diesem Onlineshop! Ich habe einen personalisierte Rezeptbuch bestellt. Sie haben eine kaputte Ware bekommen. Die Verkäufer will nicht mein Geld zurück schicken. Ich sollte die kaputte Ware zurückschicken dann ich bekomme 40% von Kaufpreis. Die Versandkosten nehmen Sie nicht über. Laut eigenen Website übernehmen Sie bei Qualitätsproblemen die volle Verantwortung
und erstatten den Kaufpreis, ohne dass der Kunde die Ware zurücksenden muss.

I ordered a month ago two sweatshirts with a print of our dog. It looks amazing, can't relate to the reviews saying the quality is bad or the writing is wrong. I would order again, for future presents, maybe a little earlier, because of the delivery time.

I would give it no stars. I have been back and forth with their “customer service” for days on end… why? I don’t know. They are clearly operating a scam business, falsely advertising products. I made a purchase for an inscribed item on leather and they sent a poor quality alternative product on cheap ply-wood with incorrect specs and details that I requested, several weeks late and now they refuse to extend a refund unless I ship the item back… to China. Got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought a product that was advertised as a 4-8 day delivery and I'm writing this review 40 days later and I've still not received it. I've repeatedly asked for my money back and they've offered 50% off my next purchase and told me its on the way. Its so bad its almost funny. The only communication comes from me emailing and them just saying it got lost and they are sending another... but its just never comes. I just want my money but they wont give it to me. Seriously, just avoid.

Upon receipt of family tree for my father I could see the script was flawed, illegible, and names requested with symbols were duplicated and the number to identify them was also added, making no logical sense. I was told I made the error upon providing information though I shared I clearly followed their online guidance. I paid around $125.00/USD and they were offering me 15% for a gift I was not going to give, it was substandard.
I chose a replacement; almost 2 months later, 12/30/25, after multiple follow up emails, no status update, my father received his gift. Not but a few days later he sends me photos showing the board, 3 pieces, had fallen apart. A form of tape was used to hold the boards together, no integrity. My dad said, "don't worry we'll fix it" offering to use glue. I was quite embarrassed as well as disappointed in my choice and angered at the continued lack of quality and customer service.
Kollia now offered me 10% refund and a 20% off coupon. I gave up and took the $12.50/USD and shared I didn't want the coupon as there was no way I would ever buy from them again...no response.

J'avais commandé un T-Shirt pour un cadeau, déjà le colis a mis plus de 1 mois pour être livré chez moi, mais le pire dans tout ça, même si c'est ce que j'ai demander dessus, rien a voir avec la qualité des photos... Bon par chance elle a adoré le cadeau. Mais moi y mon fait galérer pour l'envoie du colis...
Attention Entreprise baser en Chine alors le travail fourni sera en gros le même que si vous commander sur Shein.

One star is one too many.
This company is complete shit. My product came with all of the names written backwards. The quality is a joke, no one answered any of my emails in the 3 weeks it took to come. Do not buy anything from this company. It is cheap, tacky, and apparently they don’t know how to print names correctly

If I could leave zero stars i would. Wife ordered my mother flowers for Christmas. Reasonably the flowers took a bit of time to come since they are in Hong Kong. Once the flowers arrived 2 days after Christmas (again not their fault) my wife opened them (horribly packaged) and all flowers were broken!! She reached out to resolve the issue and the best they can do is have them shipped back (at our expense) and them issue a full refund or refund only 50% of the price and keep broken flowers? What a joke. Your horrible packing job is the reason they broke and to be honest your team most likely broke them during the packing process and just said eh not my problem. Will never use them again. Stay away if you want quality and proper response to any issues you may experience with them!

Leider sehr lange Lieferzeit von über 3 Wochen. Dies ist bei personalisierten Artikeln allerdings noch im Rahmen!

A fuir, ce sont des menteurs. Ils disent que votre produit est livré au bout de deux semaines, mettent a jour le statut sur leur site, mais vous ne recevrez jamais rien, ni mail de confirmation, ni lien de suivi ni produit. Ne commandez jamais rien sur leur site.

I think the product should be rated less than 1 star. Product is a joke, it was a gift but I'm just going to put it in the garbage.

I made a large order of glasses flowers for my mom for Christmas and all but 1 arrived broken. I asked for a refund and the said I could only get 30% because it was damaged in transit. Keep in mind they packaged it in a foam box that could be easily smashed. Then I was told to glue it back together. Horrible! Also, don’t be a fool like me and believe it’s good based on their website reviews because I just went to leave a review to find out that they regulate them so that’s why you see no negative reviews.

Betrug!!!!
