Visited the Tunbridge Wells French Connection shop. Sarah Jane offered to help me. Was very polite & knowledgeable.

Great products, greata service, great prices.

Second purchase and return experience- why does it take a month to refund one item ? That’s ridiculous- Quality of items is appalling

Next on sellers refuse to refund FC dress given 14 day timeline passed :covid measures in place ordered early for family travel bag in the summer :poorly fitting around the neck button closing key:can we explore solutions for credit note consideration please for my boo boo.!?

The response to my query was done swiftly and helpful

Bought a jacket through French Connection, wore a handful of times and it fell apart. No restitution from the company. Poor product, poor service.

Beautiful clothes, great quality and amazing customer service.

The logo on the bag has dropped off at the front and all the company could offer is a poxxy £2 refund, what a joke. Never will I shop here again as loyal as I have been to them. Poor quality item.

Mooie kleding maar retourneren is erg duur. Besteld vanuit Nederland. Redelijk snel verzonden via DHL. De kleding is mooi en van goede kwaliteit maar als je iets wilt retourneren dan kost dat €24,50! Niet echt in proportie en best klant onvriendelijk.

*De order geretourneerd via PostNL en is netjes aangekomen. Echter French Connection geeft aan 1 item (jurk) niet ontvangen te hebben terwijl ik deze wel heb geretourneerd. Het heen en weer gemail hierover is erg vermoeiend. Het is duidelijk dat klant geen koning is bij dit bedrijf. Heb nog een bestelling liggen waarvan ik wat items wil retourneren. Ik houd m’n hart vast. Laatste keer dat ik hier bestel!

If I could put zero stars I would. I bought a shirt, gingham style/black and white it has been washed once and has completely shrunk.

The staff was really helpful and friendly when they answered a question that I had about a product that used to be on their website. They truly helped me when they answered my question which is something that I'm really thankful for !

My order has been cancelled because security thinks the transaction is fraudulent. I can assure my transaction is genuine. The whole experience has been very disappointing. Very unhappy with this service from such an established company.

A big thank you to Sarah Jane in the Tunbridge Wells branch. I aimlessly wandered in looking for inspiration for a wedding in two weeks, saw a few nice things but was definitely directionless. If it hadn’t been for Sarah Jane and her suggestions and encouragement I would still be without and outfit!
5 stars for customer service from her, I will be back.

Bought some jeans at a retail shop and was told I could return via the 'Returns Portal' if necessary as the shop was not local. Now on trying to use this portal, Customer Service tell me it's only for online orders and I'll have to pay to send it back. This is despite the fact that I have an email from them PROVING that this is what I was told when I purchased. They also don't appear to have a complaints department and I can only deal with Customer Services that just don't listen. Ridiculous to have to escalate this to regulators or do a Section 75, but I will do as a point of principle.

9/3 3pm: Thanks for the reply below but this is still not resolved. Someone in Customer Services said they would send me a returns label - but this hasn't happened. Please help

This is the second time I yet again am chasing a refund I like shopping with French connection but I am getting a bit fed up with chasing refunds all the time this one now is 4 weeks old not impressed with the service

I purchased a jacket and was charged 3 times more at the till!

When I immediately asked for a refund, they told me that they don't do refunds and I can only get the money on a gift card!

Borderline hilarious - I’m on the phone bank to cancel this fraudulent company.
