Nice glossy looking website but impossibly difficult to log in. Which is compounded when changing address/telephone number. WHY???

Generally satisfied with the service received and performance, although one of two of my products likely has an onerous fee structure and has not performed as well as the markets have over the same period. I have withdrawn the maximum amount from this policy to minimize these charges, and will not renew this policy. If there was transparency on fees built into the products up front and on an ongoing basis, that would go a long way to building long term customer relationships based on trust and mutual respect. At least you know what you are buying into when you make an investment.

Expensive plans and poor customer service. I asked for a withdrawal a couple of weeks ago and nothing has happened. I sent several emails, all of which remain unanswered, and when eventually I got through to somebody by phone I was told FPI doesn't answer emails on the same day! Even the same week would be welcome...

I have a good experience with FPI, always had information regarding news and updates, and great assistance when needed.

Really poor customer service. Nobody seems to know what's going on, staff chase you on things for which you'd already replied to several times. Then when you need a fast reply you don't get it.

Would recommend avoiding.

Just complete crap interface and surface. Have left 3 messages and have had to change my password so many times that I no longer have any idea what they are!? Utter garbage

I’m still waiting to hear back on a request - a very long delay. This is not the first time I’ve had such a long delay for requests.

interface didi not recognise my registered email (same one the login was sent to). I email customer service and am awaiting a resonce.

Not well known, don't know the link, don't know what I can do there, don't even know my login and password

This is the worst decision ever in my life, and I wouldn't suggest to anyone do it.
So bad customer service, always changing advisors, so you have no idea whom to call. I am trying to pull my money out last 6 months, and it's almost impossible to get some proper communication. I feel like I signed for the scam!
Absolutely worst company ever!

You have to be more engaging. At times you guys come across as very impersonal. Imagine you are dealing with a person's hard earned money / savings and they have loads of emotions attached to this, you might want to acknowledge this and build more engaging relationship.

The worst decision I ever made putting my money with FBI. The only profit I can made with my investment is to pull out my money! Unfortunately I can not.

I am a client only because a independent financial advisor sold FPI to me.
The performance of the funds under FPI is not bad, but FPI hardly engages clients and depends on third party independent financial advisors, which can be slow to respond to the market and relay advice to clients.

Not much in the way of communication between FP and myself but the returns have been good.

I have been supported in any aspect related to the investment.
It's like a new family.

Friends Provident is an ultimate terrible invesment one could ever make, certainly for me! I invested $100K in 2011 and after 10 years e.g. today in 2021, the value NOT ONLY not grow but it DROPs by 1%! It is worst than putting money in the bank. Worst, I can't take out my money until 2031 without penalty! Bad, bad, bad!

Same as any other financial institution. Great at signing up customers. Awful at actually helping us in making our pot grow. It's always the charges. Stick yours under the mattress instead.
Also every month for 5 years they email me to tell me my premium payment is late. It's never late. It's never been late. It never will be late. I contacted FPI on three occasions to stop those emails, by email, by phone. Each time, they say it'll never happen again. It still happens every month. Pretty useless organisation, really.

By and large happy but charges of the platform are very high.

Sales person was communicative first few years until they changed their name/contacts. Getting my money back proved complicated. Don't believe I'll ever see my 20,000 use again.

Expensive for not any real service . Just paying for some guys to suck your money for their benefit only
