That delivery man did not contact the recipient and they did not call them and did not deliver the flowers on time this is very shameful.

Our anniversary
I am in Saudi and my wife was in the UK, they promised to deliver early during the day, bearing in mind I ordered same-day delivery.
They went earlier than expected, they waited almost 15 minutes trying to get my wife to open the door, they even called me all the way to Saudi TWICE asking me to let them open the door, it was unbelievably professional and helpful, any other company would've dropped the flowers at the door or to the order back. they went the extra mile to make sure they deliver the flowers on time.
I highly appreciate your professionalism and great customer satisfaction skills and service.
i will definitely order and refer you again.
