New Years Day free delivery
There was an internet problem, but on the phone they were v helpful & did their best to sort my order, which we ended up doing on WhatsApp. It was for New Year’s Day, and a lot of the flower deliveries on line weren’t available til the 4th Jan, or had inflated delivery charges, so I was really pleased to have the option of free next day delivery. My friend is pleased as punch with her birthday flowers.

Some of the flowers are not fresh
Some of the flowers are not fresh, the petals on those ones looks they are falling rather than flourishing. The packing is poor and there is no nutrient solution. With everything I pointed out, it is too expensive for 90 pounds
