Awful delivery service
They completely ruined my surprise and messed up with the delivery. I ran downstairs as soon as I got the message and no one was there. Then I call them to let them know if they could come back but after 5 mins I received a call saying that they cannot do so and that the driver waited 10 mins outside my door which is not true!! they also lied about saying that the driver called when nobody did.

Great design but not so fresh flowers
The flower arrangement was so unbelievably beautiful but some flowers weren't very fresh, some were losing petals upon arrival, some roses had withered the next day.
Given the fairly high cost of the bouquet, I expected a higher freshness than the flowers received.

Let me down
I wouldn't recommend at all.
I made an order for same day delivery for a birthday. So I was keen for the flowers to arrive that day.
The flowers were not delivered. I then called the Floward and they told me 'that nobody was home' for the delivery and that they had called the contact telephone number. These are lies. The celebrant was home and waiting for my delivery all evening.
The following day the item was delivered in the afternoon. But then the customer service team suggested that I had put the wrong address, even though I can see the address is correct on the order I placed.
Overall I was really disappointed with
1) The fact the delivery wasn't made on time
2) The delivery person lied and claimed they tried to deliver
3) The delivery person lied and claimed they tried to call
4) Floward have not accepted any responsibility or even apologised for the late delivery
5) They continue to back their story rather than address the concerns that I had. They may have mistakenly passed the wrong address to the driver. But rather than apologies/correct the issue. They just keep messaging me talking points.
Avoid, avoid, avoid
