Russel Kitson is the rudest man you’ll ever deal with. Terrible quality goods. No after sales support at all.
Will be the worse decision of your life…but you get what you pay for and the goods are a terrible quality.

Great Customer Service & product
I requested some wooden floor samples which came very quickly & were packaged perfectly
It was so nice to then get an email from Chris the Sales Team Manager checking if any further help was needed
I loved the product & wanted to look at going ahead with it. Chris kindly worked out how much was needed & quoted me a price
All this service was provided quickly & has made the process such a positive experience

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Their managing director Russell Kitson should really hire a sales director because he has no idea how to deal with customer issues. Wood flooring delivered covered in glue that had burst from the bottle packages together. No apology. No offer of compensation. Can’t even replace the bottle of glue as he doesn’t deliver just glue. Use this company at your own risk!

As you mentioned, the flooring was undamaged and could be cleaned. A refund was issued for the glue, and with the product now resolved, there’s nothing further we’re able to offer.

245£ for delivery - £85 upfront then they call you wanting more
I ordered 2 packs of wooden flooring
When I went to pay delivery was £85 for standard 3-5 day delivery.
I paid 335£ in total and thought I’d done everything to receive the order.
An hour after ordering online I received a phone call from flooring 365 ask me to pay another £160 to deliver in central London because I’d ordered to central London, SW6 - I thought this was extremely cheeky and in total delivery being £245 - (similar the product cost) I felt was outrageous. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t process this for 14 days. Leaving me with no floor boards but £335 unavailable for two weeks.
Adding the cheeky nature for the process I won’t be using flooring 365 again.

Thanks for your review. The delivery charge shown at checkout is based on standard mainland rates, but certain central London postcodes, including SW6, do carry additional courier costs due to access restrictions and higher service charges. These details are noted in our delivery information.
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible on our end, though sometimes payment may take up to 14 days to return the funds. We understand this isn't ideal and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our service.

Surprising delivery instructions after purchase
The delivery service is expensive considering what I have paid for it and the following instructions:
The delivery schedule is from 8am to 6pm. (I cannot leave my place for the day at any moment). The goods are going to be left on the outside door (of my flat, I live in a 2nd floor and the delivery is 7 items of 23Kg each ) and if the truck equiment does not work I would need to help the truck driver to unload my goods. I am not sure how much time I will have to check my goods becuase the driver is on a hurry. If the goods are damaged I need to state it in the delivery paperwork or the goods won´t be replaced.

Our delivery team will always aim to ensure your flooring arrives in good condition, and we allow time for a check upon arrival. In the unlikely event there’s an issue, noting it at the time helps us resolve things promptly.
Where delivery access is limited or assistance may be needed, we ask in advance so that, if necessary, we can arrange delivery using a suitable vehicle on a different day. As deliveries are made to the kerbside, our drivers aren't insured to bring flooring inside the property.

Excellent service - excellent product
Just had my engineered oak flooring delivered and it’s beautiful! From start to finish my experience has been excellent. I received a sample promptly, a follow up call from Lily who was very helpful and in no way pushy which was much appreciated. I didn’t want my flooring delivered immediately and so I was contacted by the guys from dispatch who arranged a set date for delivery. Needless to say delivery was on schedule, the courier communicated a two hour window and the product arrived in pristine condition.
