This company should be avoided. I ordered one pack of flooring. Shipping came up at £85 for a sub-£50 package. This seemed to be an error so I went onto chat to query it. I was told it was £85 due to the fact that even one box had to be shipped on a full pallet. The guy on chat then offered to put a price together and quoted £180 for shipping! He did not expIain that the online shipping price of £85 was an error. I'm not surprised! I naturally thought such craziness was a mistake and told him so. The chat ended. I was a little over a barrel on needing the flooring so reluctantly placed the order online with the online quoted £85 shipping, and the order was accepted and paid for. An hour later I received a call saying I needed to pay a further £95 shipping as that was the price quoted on chat, and was the minimum shipping price they could offer. When I called back and asked to speak to the owner his attitude was argumentative and insistent that because his chat agent quoted £180, that's what it was. 'Take it or leave it' in his words. No attempt to listen to the fact their online system must be wrong. Simply didn't care. Luckily I found another supplier who charged £45 for shipment. Delivery made perfectly. I have since read reviews and see I am not the only one getting a post-order call asking for an extra £95 on top of an already ridiculous £85 for a one-box shipment. Order at your peril! Or do what I did and find another supplier that is reasonable, sensible and not owned by a rude man with no customer consideration.

Purchased 50m2 of flooring and was happy with the product.

Ordered 10% over to allow for wastage and had 3-4 metres left. Decided it would work well in a small utility room and wanted to order 2-3 more packs to complete this additional project. They expected, and would only sell me the remaining 11 they had in stock as a job lot, they wouldn’t sell me the three packs I needed. Poor customer service and zero value for prospective returning customer, certainly won’t be purchasing from them ever again

Danielle provided excellent service throughout our order. She arranged a faster delivery by dispatching the first available batch of flooring immediately and then sending the remaining items afterwards. Her communication was quick and clear, and she was always polite and professional. As a construction company working to tight schedules, we really appreciate the effort she made to help keep our project moving. Great service and much appreciated.

Frankly - excellent as always. Within 10 minutes of placing the order Danielle gave me a call to confirm everything. By the end of the call, it was confirmed that the stock was correct and the delivery time and day was finalised. Moments after the call, I received an email confirming all. 5 stars all the way.

I had received flooring samples and using the Flooring365 quantity calculator, easily ordered my flooring through the website.
So I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow-up call from Danielle, to run through my requirements and make sure everything was understood and OK.
Even tracing a previous order of the same product to confirm compatibility.
Delivery date is now scheduled.

They have very good quality and affordable products.

Picked our samples and ordered 50sq2. Arrived as requested on a pallet with no damage. Staff very helpful. Cannot fault the flooring, went in beautiful. Only reason for no giving 5 stars is delivery charge. Would recommend
