I am beyond disappointed with Flick. After being a loyal customer for 15 years, I finally decided to cancel my contract due to their exorbitant pricing. You would think a decade and a half of patronage would earn you some basic respect, but instead, I’ve had a nightmare trying to get a refund for my overpayments.

The customer service is genuinely terrible. They actually had the audacity to blame me for the refund delay, claiming I didn't "follow up" enough. Apparently, their failure to migrate my records to their new payment system is my problem, not theirs.

I dealt with Barry Bowyer from the Melbourne accounts team, who was dismissive and completely unhelpful. Every "option" he provided was unacceptable and clearly designed to protect their bottom line rather than do the right thing.

This company is just money-hungry and has zero regard for long-term clients. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Not recommended at all!
