Ash was very thorough and made a point of explaining all the steps. He identified an issue with our termite barrier and made inquiries to potentially rectify it. He is returning with a boroscope to hopefully find a blockage.

Russell Cole was terrific! He phoned ahead of his arrival, was precisely during the time advised and did a very thorough job, inside and out. He took the time to give us the low down on our treatments, expectations etc. From start to finish, 5 star, all the way. And he was amazing with our animals (2 dogs and a cat). Will be asking for Russell next time we’re due, most excellent, thanks Russell! 😊 I also would not go elsewhere for our pest treatments, Flick has been amazing over a number of years for us. We now have very few pest issues. Before engaging Flick, oh my, unwanted things everywhere. Now, later in our relationship, we have hardly any, says it all for me. 5 ⭐️

Easy to call and book. Our technician, Ethan, had good communication, turned up when he said he would, was very thorough looking over the property for any issues and did the treatment well. Very happy with service and follow up.

I am a customer of flick and Damien did our pest control at yarwun excellent job .I would like to put it out there I followed a flick van out of gladstone heading to Mt larcum on wensday morning .the van was sparkling clean and his display of driving was very professional and that reflects the the pride and professionalism flick operators are I was on the road driving trucks for 48yrs and makes me proud to see such a display proffecional driving and extremely well presented vehicles and caring professional service. Left a message last week, still no response. Tried calling 11 times today and unable to get through.
Charged me for service not completed last year and still not resolved. Go elsewhere.

Subscribers beware. Took a subscription out for my dads house In April. Unfortunately he passed away three weeks ago.

Cancelled the subscription two weeks ago then had a $384 amount debited from my account as a payout today .

No one mentioned that there would be a pay out at the time of cancellation and even when I mentioned the passing of my father there was nothing they could do apparently. Disappointing lack of empathy and care. Will never use flick again.

It is after numerous emails, and even more calls that your team is pushing it service. It is harassenent on potential target clients. Your are not keeping to professional boundaries and perimeters. I will report you to nsq service.
It is one thing to contact clients three times to five times but when you are heading to twenty calls, text emails that is silly and you are driving away a client
Stop it I know when annual inspection is due and do not need you plundering me with silly unnecessary reminders and calls where you dometimes do not leave aessage but just annoy clients. Yes it is your number as I check on my system even though lately no message is left. This has been occurring well over a month until today.

This company is undoubtedly the single most infuriating business or company I have ever dealt with in Cairns. Period.

It may be different elsewhere. This is Cairns specific.

I even had to contact the department of fair trade.

I am not going to provide solid reasoning for stating this due to how strong these words may be.

Just heed this message, do not deal with their incompetence, just save yourself some time and choose an alternative option.

Mark P was very professional with his service today . We built our home 12 years ago here in Montrose and have had an inspection every year and Mark was the most thorough inspector we have ever had attend. He inspected everywhere inside and outside our home . We will definitely be asking for Mark P again next year as he has given us peace of mind with our annual inspection
