Mark did an outstanding job during our termite inspection. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy to understand. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable he was beyond just the inspection, he happily gave practical advice on other things I asked about, like building a deck. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and approachable, making the experience feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Mark for anyone needing a professional and informative inspection.

Friendly and informative. Asked me before commencing termite inspection and general spray of pests if I had any concerns raised or any changes since last year. Ethan and Wagner always explained what they were going to do before hand. Eg we will spray the outside first and to remove my hanging clothes I had outside and keep all windows and doors shut. They communicated well with me and they worked well together. I was happy with the service.

Have been using these guys for a while to maintain termite warranty for the home. Mark and Corey were polite, patient and professional working around to minimise disruption to the day. Thank you

Sonu from Flick supplys an excellent service. He is reliable, follows site protocols and is always checking reports are getting through. Service Staff are great but accounts are lacking. Hopefully this will be rectified soon.
