Glasgow Angling Centre Recenzje 

I've brought a few products on Glasgow angling centre everything has arrived in new condition, undamaged and at a lower price than competitors. However, if you're not on the mainland the postage can be a little steep. Last night I sent a email about my most recent purchase and got a reply within 24 hours, They said it will take 2-3 days to dispatch but got done that day.

Don’t bother expecting any sort of customer service if you visit the store! Staff have very little knowledge of any of the kit they sell… they are basically ‘box fillers’ for their online business. Had intended buying a new orvis fly rod and asked for the flex rating… was told by the ‘salesman’ “no idea mate… I don’t fish orvis” 🤣🤣. Took my business elsewhere….

A new package has just been delivered containing replacement for damaged items. Didn't know this was on it's way. Forget previous review, excellent response thanks

they advertise on other websites. You spend hours trying to find them on there own websites so you can buy it later to find they have sold it. You spend hours researching a rifle for sale to then be told oh thats sold. Your then told you can have 12 months interest free credit. The statement is under every advertised gun. You then research a rifle they actually have then decide to buy it as its in stock to be told you cant have interest free credit on an air rifle ! The place is a farce. Never received my £150 jacket no respond from them unable to claim trough paypal as tracking number showed as item was delivered.

Items missing from my order claimed it was in the envelope and could not dropped out. No evidence whether I've been opened or not. Expect somebody dipping into parcels before Christmas. I've been a customer for over 20 years more the way that I've been dealt with over the issue just let me feel I just do not want to use this company again. Met with the wall of denial pictures which do not ever since whether the envelope had been opened or not I'm quite frankly just insulting emails and accusations. Two pieces of the order that got through were very much substandard. Tone of emails really very offensive organisation does not seem to have a complaints procedure.

A company that was recommended to me and one which I will use whenever I need angling supplies. Had an issue with a purchase and without question, was replaced immediately.
Great helpful staff, competitive prices and speedy deliveries.

More than a month of waiting for the product to be shipped within 2 weeks and still nothing, pathetic excuse that it is not their fault but the factory.

Having shopped in-store a few months ago I found the customer service informative and friendly.

I don't normally leave reviews but my recent online order was exceptional, ordered online on Thursday night and with me on Saturday morning.

Quick and easy as it should be, prices are competitive too.

Bought a switch rod in closed season, middle section broke (Shakespeare) on second time of using without even being loaded up, megastore replaced and sent me new section without even quibbling, great customer service...

Dont know why I gave this company a second chance! after vowing never to use them again! received a text message yesterday saying my order would be delivered today from UPS, had taken my only day off to wait in for parcel no sign of parcel so rang up Glasgow Angling at 3.10 to be informed that this was an incorrect text has my parcel is still with them and will now be delivered tomorrow when I am back to work, or will it? by a very rude man with no customer care people skills what so ever. Horrible company to deal with if you have any issues and need to speak to them over the phone.
You might also notice that if you look through the other reviews for GAC there are few if any replies to customers reviews!

In today for little tackle bits and bobs. Spoke to Graeme and Raymond who both shared a wealth of knowledge especially about drop-shotting, my favourite!

Very poor customer service and rude staff resulting in cancellation of my order. Won’t use again.

Mmmmmm. Conflicts between service and supply 🤔.
Ordered a Penn Rampage II surf rod. Quick delivery, but damaged middle section and the rod tube missing. Email response not good however telephone response initially good.
A partial refund given for the missing
tube, but had to contact Penn spares to secure a replacement middle section (I gave up with Glasgow Angling Centre).
Eventually all sorted.
Beware, some prices are not competitive! Check prices elsewhere

Great service, had a fault with a rod recently purchased from them, replacement sent straight away. Always had great service and great deals.

Ordered a reel on Sunday and it was here on Tuesday morning which was excellent, a good reliable company, asked them questions over the weekend and got a reply the same day , all in all very happy!

Awful customer service. Received a rod that broke second section down before even being used. Simply threading line through and gentle pulling tip slightly round. It was a clean break, so an obvious fault. Phoned them up and was basically told there was no chance of me getting a replacement. Apparently it was my fault for putting line through it and then giving a very gentle pull. Dreadful.
