Ash was great, cracked on with the repair explaining what was wrong and was able to fix it immediately.

I had excellent service today, by Robin, who serviced my fridge/freezer and repaired my ice maker. Robin was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

The Enginner AJ that you sent out today spent a lot of time, care and attention to resolve the issues with both our range cooker and our dishwashers. He hasn’t stopped all afternoon until he worked out why the cooker was tripping the electricity. A problem that we’ve had for many years that the previous engineer dismissed and said was fine on both call outs! This Engineer also established that the dishwasher had a faulty water softener too. And has also fixed that. Thank you for sending such a caring and brilliant chap. We’re excited to get the range cooker working to its full capacity now. Thank you

After reaching out, the customer service team were proactive, responsive, and genuinely helpful in getting everything back on track. Although the appliance hasn’t arrived yet, the way the team handled our concerns has been excellent, and their follow‑through has given us full confidence in both the product and the company. Rob was amazing! As soon as he walked in he immediately knew what to do and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with a true professional. Whilst fixing our fridge not even one drop of water fell on the ground. Amazing service, would most definitely recommend.

Fisher Paykel engineer Jiy came out to us for some checks on our new range cooker and fridge freezer. He checked everything over and quickly changed the freezer door that was dented but also gave me so much helpful advice and instruction on how to get the most out of my new appliances and take care of them. He also kept me updated on the timings of his visit. Great customer service!
