Jesse / excellent service/arrived on time / had correct parts/10/10

Very smooth process from booking to call out to resolution. Lady on the phone when booking was very helpful. Engineer was particularly a nice gentleman, diagnosed the problem very quickly and issue was resolved within 20 minutes. He even helped me take out the fridge and clean underneath it. Very pleased overall.

Had a great experience with Fisher & Paykel’s service team, thanks to Jesse. He was genuinely excellent—professional, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak from the water filter, which I really appreciated, and handled everything with confidence and care.

What stood out most was how efficient and thorough he was—he diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it without any fuss, all while being friendly and respectful. It’s rare to come across service like that these days. Jesse made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Highly impressed!

Excellent service in a timely manner to remedy an issue. Fisher & Paykel are a fabulous brand and really look after their customers. This service was carried out by Adam Tech126, lots of advance notice of arrival time, very informative of the issue, quickly mended and I was given a lesson on some cooker features I didn’t know about. An overall excellent service.
