Don’t order from them if you’re planning on returning anything. I sent my return back the day the order was delivered and received email confirmation they had received the items, but 10 working days later my money has still not arrived in my bank - and I’m unable to get hold of anyone at customer service, by email or phone and I’m waiting on a lot of money to be refunded to me. Don’t part with your money ordering from this company!

Needed a dress for my grandsons Masters graduation in November. This dress is exactly as advertised, great quality and perfect fit size 16. Long length will keep me warm. I have a wrap which matches perfectly and am so excited to wear it.

Quality of clothes shocking. I bought the "Zara" dress for about £90, after 2 washes there are holes along the stitching.

Do not use!! Scam retailer!
Received two dresses but both not as displayed so requested return, no QR codes received despite repeat emails to finery requesting them.
There is no other way of contacting them to make returns.

UPDATE: 28 Aug 2024 - I have emailed them twice more and even put in the subject heading Trusted Reviews Response and I have heard nothing. So untrusting the process I have found their address and returned the order with signed for and tracked service costing £12.75. It is leaving me to believe those responses the companies give to review are completely insincere and probably algorithms /AI response. It means nothing, as you will see they replied a second time to this update with the same response. I shall update again when/if I receive a refund.

I ordered three items, the cotton dress was very thick material, the trousers were shocking, completely see through and looked like a rag and top, although nice didn’t suit me. I put through a return and they emailed me saying it was accepted and my returns label would follow. It’s been five days and no return label. I have emailed them three times and not received a response. They have no live chat function and there is no telephone number . I even tried companies house but nothing. It’s a shame I have a few bits from finery and have never had a problem before. This experience has taught me not to order directly from their website, but to use a third party so you have some come back. Absolutely shocking!

Bought a pair of trousers that fit well at 1st, had them altered as I long, wore them out, and washed them now, and the material has now started to bag. The trousers are not fitted at all on the waist and hips. They look awful after u wear them. Customer service was nonexistent. Photos were sent to the quality team, who agreed the material used does bag after wear but, once washed, will be fine. I'm not happy with this response. I was told I could return for a full refund but would not refund the alterations was also told the peraon i was dealing with was a manager like that had anything to do with anything the trousers material is not fit for purpose now been left with £40 pair of trousers plus alterations £20 pounds not able to wear how is that good customer service ? By other reviews i would say not to place orders they dont care

I received a dress which had several stains and had very clearly been worn, washed and returned. It smelt of washing powder and was wrinkled and just obviously had been used. I had read other reviews re issues with returning items and not getting money back so I asked if they could partly refund the cost of the dress. They have only offered 15% which I think is terrible when the item should never have been sent out or passed quality control (if they have that). I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend them to others.

Appalling customer service. I ordered at the start of June and returned 4 dresses as they came up too big- I asked to exchange one. I never got my exchanged dress and have been fighting to get my money back. They said they will process the refund but I still have not received my money. Each time I email I'm told to wait 10 days for a response! Absolutely awful, I do not recommend this company. If you really want one of the products buy from M&S- I wish I had!

I ordered at the start of June. Received a shipment notice on 17th June. Parcel didn’t arrive so emailed customer services. Told to wait. Waited. Emailed a further 3 times in 3 weeks with no response at all. Received a generic email after 4 weeks with a refund - no explanation or apology.

What I found strange was the product was available online. I have no idea why they wouldn’t just send it or offer the product or refund.

Will I order it myself? Nope!

Easy and fast delivery. The dress I ordered was in a good quality fabric and sizing was true and as expected. I loved this dress and was so looking forward to wearing it, however it was just not right for me and not at all flattering on. This was no fault of the product! I had to return for a refund, which was processed quickly. Couldn't fault the service or quality of the goods.

They sent me a totally obviously faulty cardigan with a huge pull in the fabric on the front- it would have been completely obvious to the person packing the order. So I asked for an exchange- they agreed, I returned the item promptly. By the time they'd bothered processing my return the item was then out of stock. A total waste of time & money. Also really unhappy they don't refund your delivery cost when they knowingly send faulty items.

I purchased the daisy linen tropical green dress, this dress is beautiful, I cannot wait to wear it, really colourful vibrant and very comfortable. Service was excellent.

I have been waiting 20 days for my order no up dates or replying to my emails i think it's a scam 57 pound down wouldn't bye anything of this if i was you

Lovely dress which should be a midi but is more a maxi as it didn’t come in petite size so had to pay for an alteration.
