Ordered shoes on 12/15. Over 2 weeks ago and they have not shipped. Customer service no help.

I think they are a shell company. Placed an order directly on their website 19 days ago. Zero updates about the order status. I called customer service yesterday and the message says the are open only mon, tues, thurs fri. I call again today and was on hold for and HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. I hung up when I realized they are FOS and their customer services is a sham only to then find this site where their customer service gets 1.5 out of 5 stars and they don’t seem to care.

When you have a good experience you may tell one or two people. When you have a bad experience you tell everyone. I will be leaving them an appropriate review anywhere I can now.

I placed an order on 12/2/2022. Inquiries go unanswered. When I check status, the items are still processing. I waited 3 hours on hold to speak to a customer service rep and he was no help. Email contacts never elicit a response.

Fila trainers got hole at the back of them with a metal type thing cutting through & cutting my heals . Binned, only had them 6 months and wore them about 20 x

I ordered sneakers on December 9th they said it would take 7 to 10 business days it is now December 28th and my order on.line says still processing...I could have went to the store and bought them they were a gift for Christmas and they still ha ent got here I rated 2 stars for the price but the customer service sucks...I emailed them and they said they would respond in 48 ours well its been 4 days now and no response. I'm really not happy with them at all.

I made a purchase of items over $200 on FILA US
on nov. 24th ....I talked to a rep about four times each said my ordered be shipping out by the end of the week
every week since i order they tell me this now it's close to new years and they number say they are closed. what the *&^* is going on with this company??? anyone know...In one more month I will be disputing this charge and all that bs. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE i guess they used to be good now somethings wrong with them.

Ain’t had any issues ordered dec 1 received first order of 6 today. It clearly said they were behind on orders and was taking Longer than usual. Ive ordered straight from fila for years this is the first time it was delayed I’m a avid fan of fila grant hill 2 and have easily got 20 pairs I’m not sponsored by fila nothing just a dedicated customer

Never received my sneakers they won't answer my calls or emails how can you rob hard working people 😒

Fraud!! What a scam. Ordered just fine...or so I thought. Order never left processing status. It's now in a dispute stage. Seller never responded when I tried to reach out to them. Disappointed, angry and very frustrated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FILA!!!! What a mistake. I just had the same issue as someone else. Placed an order Dec 5th 2022 and still showing processing. Have called customer service multiple times and been on hold for hours. Multiple online request and nothing.

Placed order Dec 2nd 2022.
Received email my order would be delayed 4 days later.
I have not heard anything since.
On hold and waited for customer service 3 days for over 4 hours each time.
Left 5 cases no response.
Reached out on Twitter, and FB no response.

I've ordered multiple times from Fila US website with no issues. But my latest order was put in & fully paid for December 1, 2022 during their website wide sale. Its now,December 25 & I have not had my order processed or sent. I've reached out via email 5 times to ask for update or even how to cancel my order but absolutely zero response. There is hundreds of others who are in similar situation as they have many complaints on their Facebook & twitter page. They seem to have MIA. Others have stated they have had to wait on phone 2 hours to speak to someone & then they just make faithless promises they don't carry thru with. Avoid ordering directly from their website! I've contacted my states Attorney General over this outrageous company.

I ordered shoes on Dec 7th, it is currently Dec 24th and I have not received any updates regarding my order!! I have not heard from customer service and my order status is still “In Process”. I will never order from FILA ever again

Order 11/22, received shipping confirmation 11/26 but the carrier never received the package. Escalated with customer service multiple times with no resolution. Finally canceled 12/23. Will never order Fila.com again.

Double (0) awful customer service that don’t respond to emails. So called agents that answer the phone after being on hold for up to one hour sometimes two just to check the status of orders and they still don’t have an answer for you. I placed a order on December 3rd and was told it would babe there before Christmas and it is December 23rd and still in Process. Fila SUCKS and I as much as I love FILA, I will never, never use this website again nor will I purchase another FILA product. This is the worst customer service and the worst time that I have ever had in dealing with a major company. FILA SUCKS and I will not recommend theme to anyone. Don’t use this FILA website because you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

I ordered a track suit from Fila.com on December 9th as a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation email with an order # right away, and of course they took my $70 right away, and since then NOTHING. I wish I had known of their obviously horrible customer service before. Now my money is tied up and no Christmas gift for my boyfriend. I will never buy anything Fila ever again.

I had placed my order on December 7, on December 11 received an email that „shipping gonna take longer than usual”, okay, whatever. Been waiting for an update for a while but havent received anything yet. Went to check my fila account but no orders shown there. Contacted costumer support few days ago as I couldnt find my order and there were no updates from the company. They said someone will reach out in 24-48 hours, its been few days now and no response or update from them. Im close to filing charge back on my card as I am tired of waiting for my order and not hearing back from costumer support.

Bought some shoes from Fila for a Christmas Gift as they were on sale. I bought them on 12/7. Received an email on 12/12 that the shipment has been delayed because of the holiday go-figure. Well its 12/21 and the status still shows as "in process" meaning they have not even processed the order and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I have called within their "service hours" only for it to say they are closed. I have emailed and it says it'll take 24-48 days but its been over that amount of time. Will not buy from here online.

Fila.com sucks as a business. I placed and order on Nov 28th and my order still says in process and it is Dec 20th. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts and guess what Christmas is this weekend. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times and I keep getting the same answer "Due to a high volume of orders, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. We are working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email to confirm your delivery details." It's about to be a whole month and I have to go out and find different gifts then I won't need this and I will want my money back! They should not be offering orders they can not fulfill. DO NOT BUY! You have been warned for your own good!
