När jag hade haft det ett litet tag så blev det ganska sliten och så hade en metall eller plast bit vid hälen skadat mig. Det gjorde väldigt ont.

Style and Look is not bad but comfort and quality is zero, specially the one Made in china but rest of them are also not good at all. Would destroy your foot health. It was First and last time mistake in my life to buy FILA shoes.

Tried to literally steal from me. Bought the Filbert adidas from the rocko’s modern life line, got the shipping notification, kept an eye because I had already received the Rocko’s from Footlocker. They had called the day after the package shipped, had it returned to them, and didn’t return the $$. Well, luckily unlike someone else here, I caught the scam and called FedEx and the bank. It will take up to 90 days to get my money back, but they got the shoes back. They also refused to update the address, and told me I had to have FedEx hold it. I had placed the hold, but I didn’t know what they had illegally done. Reporting them to the law if they don’t send the shoes for free.

I like the style of Fila Sneakers but the quality for the price is cheap. Colors that run, leather that cracks on shoes barely worn. I have 3 pair totaling 575.00. If you're gonna charge real money, use good quality stuff.

My grandsons trainers (not cheap) lasted less than 7 weeks before beginning to fall apart. I will not be buying this brand again.

I received a ridiculous wallet instead of the shoes, I sent it back but they do not want to refund me. Avoid these scammers.

Never received my shoes and clothes.I called them as soon as Australia post sent me a mail saying items delivered. Very poor customer service. They never bothered speaking to me over the phone. Just sent me a mail saying that they can’t help me.
I’m not gonna buy again from them.

Horrible customer service. I mean horrible I've submitted request after request they do not get back to you. Even on the days and times you can call your lucky to get any assistance. I ordered shoes for my child that said women's on their website even though they clearly looked like men's or atleast unisex. But the listing said women's. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times asking if the description was correct and they were women's shoes. After no reply for days I ordered them. I ordered his size in a women's which would be about 2 sizes bigger than his actual men's size once I receive the shoes the box says Men's. Of course it would. I checked their website and the description for the damn shoes actually changed from women's to men's. Again I received no reply answering my question no help nothing. But now 2 weeks later it's changed. Still no response from customer service do not order from this sorry ass website trust me if you have any issues you will not receive help.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Placed an order beginning of December. No shipping confirmation or anything for 3 weeks even though I emailed them multiple times so I called them and requested to cancel my order. They told me they can’t cancel the order but I can return and get a refund. So I returned it in the middle of January and still waiting for my refund in March. Yes, I’ve called them so many times and have a case number. I should’ve just filed a dispute through my bank from the beginning.

Thieves. Took money and never sent the product. No response from the contact email address. Looks to be a scam website. AVOID

Saw a FILA UK, Facebook advert, clicked on the link, was offered a first time buyer 10 pct off offer. Applied. Received an email no offer code. Looked at website no links to the Facebook sale. So only have one opportunity to buy one sale item no more, so no chance either to get get free shipping. Order and pay for goods expecting my discount. No discount. No help or apologies from customer service. I am liable to cover return post with no credit.
Never buying via them again. Eight days to reply to emails terrible customer service.
Why can’t we do a zero rating

Fila-Uk.com is a scam website. Money is taken, no goods sent. No way of contacting company. Fila Uk says they are part of Fila global.Fila global never respond to contacts page. Call was answered in Italian. Email address is fake too.
Genuine looking site with all goods and logos, images etc. Facebook links etc.
Fila Uk recommend contacting police and trading standards. Watch out and avoid Fila.

J'ai acheté des pairs de chaussures mais ne les ai jamais reçu, ils ont fini par me répondre par mail après un mois pour me dire que le colis était toujours en livraison. Aucune possibilité de vérifier n'y même de suivre le colis

Fila is falling apart. I ordered my husband pants on 12.9.22 and on 1.3.23 they said they cancelled the order and that I would be getting a refund. HELLO, these were supposed to be a Christmas present, I could have orderd something else. I called Fila and they said the reason was that they lost the package in the factory and I could just place the order again. I waited almost a month for an update, and when I originally placed the order the whole site was 50% off, so no I don’t want to place another order at full price. I started a claim with them to resolve the issue, 3 different people tried to help me and only the last person handled it directly to get me a code so I could place the order again at the price I originally gotten it for. I give kudos only to the customer support of Fila, especially Maria who handled my issue in 10 minutes after waiting for months of “escalations” to my claim… but it was not worth the headache. I only followed it through because my husband really wanted this tracksuit. I think Fila needs to be absorbed by another company or just dip out of the industry altogether. They will waste your time.

I ordered a sweat pants suit... matching jacket and pants. Each was a separate item but both items were on one order. It was a sale so final order, no refunds.
Several days later Fila emailed me that they were canceling the pants part of the order but not the jacket. No reason given.
I emailed customer service to also cancel the jacket part of the order since the pants were not available to complete the outfit.
An agent telephoned me and said that the cancelation was because the pants were "out-of- stock". She refused to cancel the jacket because it was a "final sale, no refunds".
But I had not been informed that the pants were "out-of-stock" when I tried to place the order. Many companies I have ordered from in the past tell you this immediately and won't even let you place the order. But not Fila. They just took the order.
I should have been told this as there were already too many orders for the "in-stock" inventory at that point in time. Their computer system would surely have known that they were not in a position to fulfil the order when I tried to place it. I would not have ordered the jacket had I known the pants portion of the outfit was not available.
This company advertised a product for sale when they should have known they could not fulfill the order, thereby fooling me into making a 2d purchase (non-cancelable) that was wholly dependent on the one they did not have.
They then refused to cancel the matching purchase even though they could not deliver its partner. Terrible customer relations. I wish I had read these reviews before I made the purchase. NEVER AGAIN!

N'y allez surtout pas! Au mieux c'est un site mal foutu ou vous perdrez un temps fou a passer un ordre sans qu'il soit exécuté. Au pire, c'est une escroquerie pour choper votre numéro de cc.

Horrible horrible customer service. They take your money and you have to file claim with your credit card to get refund. Waste of time
