I ordered pickleball shoes on October 9 and my bank account was charged. I received an email stating it could take up to 10 days for them to be sent out. I then looked up the status informations after waiting two weeks and they said the order number was not processed. I talked to them and they said they would need to reimburse me the money and I would have to order them again. That they could not just process the original order. I told them to just refund my money and I would get the pickleball shoes someplace else. Not happy they could not just process the original when I called them.

I bought fila trainers 3 days back from JD for 30£. Amazing shoe. So comfortable as it is less weight and I do have Many NIKE but I would rate 5* for this FILA as it’s really worth money , comfy, durable.

Ordered traners but got cheap sunglasses instead.I am in shock.I will find where to complain

Bought trainers. Threading is loose on both shoes and I haven’t even worn them yet. A shame considering the cost. Add Fila to the list of cost cutting companies content to sell low quality goods

bought 2 pairs of Fila walking shoes. Both pair separated at the toe and sides within 3 weeks. No response from Fila when emailed. There should be a class action lawsuit for selling such crap. Apparently, a lot of people had the same experience. Buy any other brand. What a waste of my $$.

In maart heb ik schoenen van FILA gekocht en al snel ging de kwaliteit erg snel achteruit. Na 2 maanden liet al snel de zool los en kwamen er stukken af van de buitenkant. Nu in augustus zijn ze al helemaal versleten en zit er zelfs een gat in waar mijn teen doorheen gaat. Ook geeft hij bij regen of vocht een hele vieze geur af, iets wat ik nooit heb bij andere schoenen. Daar tegenover heb ik er wel heel lang op kunnen staan en lopen tijdens werkdagen van 14 uur. zonder pijn aan mijn voeten.

Ik heb deze schoenen in maart gekocht en al na ongeveer 2 maanden ging de kwaliteit echt enorm achteruit. Gelijk liet de zool los en stukken van de buitenkant. Ook geven ze na regen of vocht een hele vieze geur af, iets wat ik nooit heb bij andere schoenen.

Will never buy their products again. Bought my shoes less then 45 days ago and the soles are falling off of them. They were too expensive for this to happen. Just walking in them.

Meine Fila Schuhe haben keine 2 monate gehalten, die Schuhsohlen waren nach kurzer zeit so duch, man könnte meinen ich sei konstant auf einem mit Schleifpapier bestückten Hometrainer unterwegs gewesen.

I ordered Fila's last December and they took over a month to send me the shoes. To makeup, they sent me a 35% discount and when I tried to use the discount in August for shoes, They didn't fit. So I tried to get half a size up but I cant use the discount anymore! What a joke! save yourself the trouble and get literally any other brand instead

I have bought many of their shoes & so far they are crap. Bottoms fall apart side split. I will never buy anything fila again they said they won't replace them without a receipt these shoes are less than 6 months old & hardly worn. Honor the crap you sell. Stop ripping people of for China made crap shoes

I ordered an item on Monday 19th June 2023, I paid for postage to have it delivered by Friday 23rd June 2023. I emailed them on Thursday 22nd as my item hadn't been dispatched yet so there was no way that was going to arrive on Friday 23rd. I received an email to say there had been an outage and they were working to get items dispatched with no timeframe given. They also saw my query as a business opportunity by giving me 15% off my next order, why on earth would I consider buying from them again when they haven't managed to fulfil the order I placed?

Their customer service is non existent. Why is there no phone number for them?

Disgusting or no customer service. Ripped off and got less than half my items. ( spent alot of money too!) Pathetic! Do not buy from them! Contacted customer service no response. Contacted head office in Melbourne, do not care. Can't even get my money back! Going to ACCC about not receiving my items.
