They where very quick to deliver and the shed was exactly what I ordered and fantastic value for money

Poor quality fence panels for the price. No better than a £20 ones but charge double the price.

Put 1 star cause there wasn't a minus star was told my delivery would be 24th July delivery didn't arrive was told driver ran out of driving time 1430pm rescheduled for delivery on 30 July still no delivery rang there office was told delivery would be between 1030am and 1430pm still did not arrive rang office again to be told not out for delivery today .Then went on chat line with there office and was on there for hour and half the problem was not resolved was told they close at 1700 and at 2mins to 1700 was cut off this IS NOT good customer service.

Delivery took a few weeks but I was aware of this and was kept informed and timing didn't change.

I congratulate Fencestore on their excellent service - efficient, prompt, courteous. The 'delivery map' showing how the delivery van was progressing was spot-on, allowing me to get on with lots of other things while waiting. And the trellises I bought look great - already up! A sharp contrast to the problems I've had with loads of websites and companies I've been dealing with as we upgrade our 1850s London garden.

The service was really good under current circumstances but after putting up all of my trellis I found one had not been made correctly and the pattern was not the same as the rest. I decided it's to much hassle to bother with getting it changed and I am so far the only one who has noticed.
Thank you guys for working hard throughout this pandemic.

Straightforward ordering and delivery, and well communicatef

Ordering on line was simple. We were given a delivery date (well in advance due to coronavirus) so eventually delivery was prompt. Free delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fencestore again!

Very pleased with good quality trellises. Delivery time was rather long, though.

Good fences. Interesting that I purchased the same (as advertised) fences some 20 years ago. The new ones are the same height and width but only two thirds as thick and thus one third lighter. Let’s see if these last 20 years! Assuming that is I am alive 20 years from now.

Delivery came much earlier than original forecast, which I was very pleased with. Products were exactly as described and good quality.

I tried many websites whilst choosing a garden shed..... there are lots of them!
After narrowing it down to a couple of likely candidates, I still had a few questions and so decided to try the customer helpline at Fencestore.
Truthfully I got a brilliant response, every question answered (sometimes after considered thought - I genuinely regret not taking the name of the guy who assisted me)
That led on to the sale itself - which for me was no mean investment.
...anyway to cut a long story short, the shed components arrived (I'd already decided to build it myself) exactly on time and my son and I managed to put it together using the clear instructions....I tried finding fault (honestly) but couldn't find any.
I'd thoroughly recommend Fencstore !

Bought a garden arch from this company 18 years ago its still as good as the day that it was bought!....ordered a fence from them in the middle of this blasted pandemic,product is brilliant...the guy i talked to had a positive ,can do attitude,gave delivery date,that was bang on time..delivery man was helpful and pleasant....i would recommend this compat and product anyone..

The Good, The Bad & The Middle-ground.

The Middle-ground: Fencestore’s prices and online order systems work really well, they acknowledged the order and kept me updated on delivery dates and times.

The Good: When you’re order is on its way, you have the ability to track it, live, right up to your front door – brilliant! Very efficient & very helpful - I wish all companies did this.

The Bad: When the driver knocked the door, I asked him if he would mind driving to the rear of the house with the delivery of 6x6 foot trellis, (just like the other suppliers had happily done for the other components ordered as part of the same job) his friendly, understanding, considered response was:
NO, HERE! Customer service with a snarl ☺
