Was trying to put a 0 stars but can’t do unfortunately. It’s a very overpriced furniture company, you can find the exact same products for 15-25 % less price in plenty of different furniture companies in London. Would suggest to double check somewhere else before you proceed with you purchase

We're sorry you did not like our prices.
We offer RRP prices based on what our brands give us.
We know there are many less expensive copies out there, but we only sell originals.
Sometimes retailers, (including ourselves) will offer special offers and promotions. Especially over the Bank Holiday, so shopping around is smart and definitely advisable.
We will never knowingly be undersold, so if you have an original item that you want us to price, we'll be more than happy to do that.
But we won't compete with copies.
Not sure why you would want to give us 0 stars for this, but happy to chat if you feel it's important.
Awful company
Awful company, extortion, withholding goods and clear breach of consumer rights.
We are currently in a dispute with this company whereby they had advised us to make full payment in order to be able to release the goods, only to be advised AFTER we had paid for goods that they were charging us more than the total cost of our order in storage fees!!!!!
This company is not transparent and the director forced my partner to take down a previous review he had placed and threatened us with legal action and defamation! Even though it is our honest experience.
He then wanted us to sign a waiver to say we were happy for him to keep our dining table in order to pick up the wardrobes we had paid for.
For clarity - we paid for our goods in full back in January and still do not have them (it’s been 3 months!) and the total sum of our order was around 65k and they are threatening us with charges of £74k!! You couldn’t even make this up even if you tried, it’s almost laughable at how this company operates and the extortion they are happy to commit to customers. And actually they just don’t even care that they are doing this. They have been ignoring our emails and requests to provide evidence of when they advised us of these costs they are claiming.
Naturally this seems like it will have to go down a legal route, which we have tried our best to avoid as all we have wanted is the goods we have paid for. To anyone else ordering from them, be very very very careful! They are happy to sell you the goods, but thereafter there is no customer service, just extortion.
I still can’t get my head around the fact that they are withholding goods that belong to us as they have been paid for in full.

Well worth a visit
Great showroom full of beautiful contemporary furniture. Helpful staff and although delivery took longer than anticipated, we were kept informed on regular basis. Well worth a visit.

Thank you for this. Regular communication during a longer lead time is something we consider a basic courtesy rather than an extra, and we are glad it gave you confidence throughout. Contemporary furniture at this level is rarely a fast process, but it is worth approaching with patience. FCI London's 30,000 sq ft showroom brings together over 700 brands, which tends to make the visit itself a rather useful exercise. We hope the pieces were worth the wait.

We ordered a table from FCI, communication was fluid and we were will advised and guided by Sanjay Joshi who helped us a lot in choosing and customising our table,
That said table was delivered on time and the assembly was done with great care to details by the delivery team. A lot of attention to details when mounting the table, they clearly covered the last mile

Excellent Company to deal with.
I have purchased many high value items of furniture from this company starting approx yr 2000! I have had nothing but excellent service. Some items take a long time to be delivered. This is only to be expected with items made to order in other countries. On the single occasion that an item arrived damaged it was no problem to get the item replaced.

Made-to-order pieces from European manufacturers do require patience, and we are glad that has always been understood in its proper context. The handling of the single damaged item reflects exactly how after-sales issues should be resolved, without friction and without question. FCI London works across 30,000 sq ft and over 700 brands, and that long-term standard of care is something we intend to maintain for the next two decades. We look forward to continuing the relationship.
Avoid this company at all cost….
I am in the process of writing a full review based on my experience of FCI, which will have screenshots of our dealing with them and full background. Long story short they have made our life hell with extortion in regards to extra changes for storage and late payment charges then go and hide behind there T&Cs and claim they are robust as they have to deal with “Nigerians”
I would advise everyone to avoid this company. There is plenty of other companies around who sell these good honourably. Long story short we have paid in full for our goods which they are refusing to release to the tune of approx £60,000.
Looking there responses to bad reviews here, they will naturally challenge this and maybe even attempt to remove it, however I will be posting a more detailed post of our experiences with screenshots and this post if they remove it. It’s shame in this day and age people will still try to exploit customers……

Great Experience & Very Professional
We live approx 170 miles away, and to be honest it was definitely worth the visit and effort in driving down to look at what they had to offer. We dealt with a lovely lady called Stella, who was extremely helpful, informative and went above and beyond with our many questions and requests, and she worked hard in making sure we chose the right furniture too.
Everything arrived in the specified time, the delivery/install guys were also very professional. The quality of the products were second to none - we are super happy with what we have got. We are looking to buy some dining room furniture soon too, and we will definitely be looking to purchase from FCI again.
Stella is a credit to the business.....

Great experience with FCI London from start to finish. Chairs arrived on time and look fabulous. Sanjay was really helpful and went above and beyond as we twice needed to arrange swatches to get the colours we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Great Service
From the moment we entered the FCI showroom to receipt of the sofa we bought yesterday, the service from all staff was superb. Monika has kept me informed on a regular basis. All showroom staff were helpful & knowledgeable and the delivery guys were extremely good & polite and took their shoes off without being asked.
