Sanjay and the team were a pleasure to deal with. They spent considerable time with us helping us to choose bar stools including colours and finishes for our new kitchen. The showroom has an extensive range of furniture and is well worth visiting. Sanjay kept us posted on delivery times and the stools were delivered by the scheduled time. Ignoring the DPA
So a company which won't stop emailing texting or calling a customer, ignores emails to stop doing so and then replies directly on this platform- please email us- does suggest that it has issues with the DPA. It throws into some doubt the validity of five star reviews

Decades later outdoor furniture is still great
I've just been teak oiling our Gloster garden furniture which we bought in the 1980s and 1990s. It stays outside uncovered in all seasons and weathers. It's been oiled about every 5 years. It is still in superb condition. We do alot of outdoor entertaining in the summer and and I'm very proud to invite visitors to use it. Thank you Gloster furnituremakers. I recommend your furniture wholeheartedly.

We had just had our drive resurfaced and no vehicle's were allowed, the 2 guys parked at the entrance and carried all the furniture to the house some of which was very heavy, they did not complain and installed all the furniture and took away all the packaging. I would highly recommend this company, everyone seems to care about customer satisfaction right from the very top. it is a pleasure to deal with them.

I bought 7 appliances from FCI
I bought 7 appliances from FCI; I never visited their shop. Their service was pretty good. Although the goods took many months to arrive, they were reasonably responsive to me requests for updates. The delivery logistics were fairly good, albeit a phone call prior to arrival would have helped considerably (they used my old details, and we moved +6 months ago!)

We live a couple of hours drive from London but trip to FCI was worth the effort. Lovely showroom focusing on contemporary furniture. We were looking for a coffee table and a rug. They had a good selection of nice tables but not quite what we wanted for our space. We did however buy a lovely bespoke rug at a reasonable price. Karen helped us in the showroom and was helpful, patient and never pushy. After ordering the rug everything went to plan in terms of agreed lead times and fulfilment of order.Happy to recommend FCI and would buy from them again.

Very Poor Design Drawings and Understanding of the Range - for the Money
We approached FCI with some ideas and dimensions, wanting help for both a living room and dining room furniture from their own range/Sangeacomo.
What we got back was an unbelievably unimpressive and tiny 2D drawing that had a bizarre disjointed design and raised more questions than anything! It was SO out of keeping with the professional appearance the showroom promised! It was also only for the living room, already mega expensive, and we were told we'd have to pay a big deposit to go any further! We tried a few weeks later via one of the other showroom staff - same outcome!
We eventually found another Sangiacomo showroom in Cambridge run by a very nice and knowledgeable lady called Fran. We learnt from her that all Sangiacomo designs go via a CAD package as the range and options are so complex it won't let you arrange anything that's not intended to "fit toghether". She got it spot on after some great work and we ordered from her instead. Was still expensive - as we expected - but nothing like that quoted by the FCI. Would recommend going elsewhere for this sort of furniture and service - we found three others much more knowledgeable and fairly priced.

New beds for renewed flat
I've recently renewed my flat, bought some furniture from this store. I can't say I'm not happy with them. Really comfortable and nicely looking beds in affordable price was exactly what I was looking for. Recommend this store!

A Great Experience!
We have just taken delivery of a beautiful dining table and chairs which we chose at FCI’s impressive showroom with the help of Sanjay’s friendly expertise. Reyhaneh helped us to choose the right colour for the chairs and also suggested colour schemes if we wanted to change our curtains and re-cover a favourite chair. Her suggestions really opened our eyes to what was possible and we loved her ideas. Reyhaneh is talented, creative and charming and she and Sanjay make a great team.

Sanjay sold us a couch from the floor and we were unable to take it immediately so he organised to keep it on the floor for a couple of months until we could use it is our new build.
