I purchased a pair of Hoka brand shoes from this site. THEY ARE FAKES.
When I complained, Katrina -the only contact name i have had, offered a partial refund and has since completely ignored every single email I have sent. Attached are the rubbish quality shoes/packaging which was delivered from CHINA. Do not deal with this company.

My order never arrived. My tracking number never worked. I have emailed several times receiving generic responses and now no response once I asked for a manager and refund. I have waited for three months

I wouldn't give this company a 1 star. Ordered Hoka Trainers took weeks to finally arrive after many emails. Wrong size sent gave me options to send back and they said they would send the correct size, but guess what they are not responding to any of my emails says failed to send, I can only surmise they have blocked me. They say they are based in America but everything is shipped from China - Alarm bells ringing !!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAMMERS

I want to contact my order that I have made but the email I send to them it failure so I feel untrust as I cannot call them with USA phone number.
I contact my bank to cancle this but it still pending , I am not sure if I can get my money back or not. It was scam really.

I have the same issue as everyone else you see here. Do not know how this company has a 1.9 rating when every single review has been a 1, but yeah the company is fake or a scam, or at least very very bad. Ordered shoes, sent the wrong ones, kindly asked for a refund, put me through a large workaround and THEN ignored me. Tried emailing them again and the email no longer goes through. Also pretty sketchy just from the ordering area as well as it took several weeks to actually ship and I could get no details about where the product was or if it would ever come. Pretty frustrating.

I ordered a product, they sent the wrong one. They only replies to my emails after i sent a legal threat. Then they did not refund after more than two weeks. I am still trying to get a refund!

This is not an legitimate store. we have ordered and paid almost $300 dollars and am unable to get details of delivery, no reply, no refund, unable to contact. They have taken my money and offered nothing in return.

Under no circumstances should you buy from this company they are a disgrace. I ordered some running shoes, waited 3 weeks for my order to come from China. When they arrived they were not what I ordered and not even the right size. I agreed to a partial refund but that never arrived. If you are planning to buy from this company, just flush your money down the toilet it will be much less stressful.

My original purchase arrived a month after I made the order, and when it did the shoes were the wrong size. The communication has been dreadful, and my issues remain unresolved. Avoid purchasing anything from them at all costs.

Beware everyone, this site is a scam!!!!
Their site is listed as Canadian but they are in China. Bought shoes from them that took over 3 weeks to arrive, and they were the wrong product!
Upon contacting them they advised they can either send the correct ones or provide refund. I opted for refund Because I couldn’t wait another 3 weeks for the shoes.

They promised to refund, but after multiple attempts, no response and no refund has been provided.

Avoid at all cost!!!

Avoid scam website ordered Hoka shoes recieved the wrong style damaged box took 3 weeks to get here. They say they ship from Canada they actually ship from China. Avoid these scammers

This place imitating an Australian store but is based in the US (.com website). It is a ghost store. Ordered Hoka sneakers online. Never got a receipt. No tracking information. The confirmation text l got was quickly deleted. The item l got was not what l ordered. Now going through dispute process with my bank. Please avoid this place and spare yourself the grief. Zero stars.

This company does not exist and is fraudulent. They send you a false tracking number for your order and just take your money. You will never see your order. They do not respond to anything once they have taken your money.
If the deals are too good to be true they usually are. Wish I had checked out reviews before I purchased. This has happened to do many people.

No communication. Tracking link doesn't exist. Website doesn't even recognise order number.

Contact phone number (an Ottawa, Canada code) Routes through to Georgia (country, not US state) - not that it gets answered, anyway.

Product sent was a knock off and nowhere near what I ordered..... so dodgy... do not use!!

I am full of regrets and wish I had not ordered via their website. The tracking link doesn't work and customer service responds slowly. The request for a refund is met with a comment about having to wait for another departement to approve it. It is better to pay more and go to the shop. I was too hasty and now I regret this. My bank is investigating and working on me getting a refund. Look even if it isn't their fault, it's still a very excruciating experience as a customer. AVOID,

I ordered and paid for a pair of trainers on 23/05/26. The next day I got an email to say that the order had been shipped with a tracking number attached, however the tracking didn't work when I clicked the link. Ater a couple of weeks of trying the tracking link and getting nowhere, I contacted the company. I recieved an email from them on the same day to say that my order had been cancelled on the 25th May and a refund made to my card which may take a while to show up on my Credit Card statement. I was never sent an email to inform me that my order had been cancelled. The refund never made it to my card and the company kept insisting that the problem was at my end and not theirs
I asked them to cancel the refund at their end and to try the refund process again, but they refused and sent me an attachment which was supposed to proove to me that the refund had been instigated at their end - it actually proved nothing!! I had to eventually go through the dispute process with my CC company.
I have since realised that despite showing prices in £ sterling on their website, that they are in fact based in Australia - if I had known that then I would never have bought from them in the first place!!
My advice would be to NOT use this ompany, or do so at your own risk!!
