Quickly delivered from the warehouse. (but it took long days for the custom clearance...)　And quick response when I asked to issue the official receipt.

I was actually very impressed, because the price was so excellent I expected the product (earbuds) to take weeks to arrive, but was pleasantly surprised!

Avoid being scammed. Never transfer them money directly. Your only chance of getting funds back is to file claim with credit card company or PayPal. They will not respond to emails after order and for example, after numerous requests over two months (which were left without response), they have erased my order on their website like it does not exist. File claims immediately.

Made an Order of phone for 1000 $. Not delivered, the order deleted from the website, not responding on the Email.

1/3に在庫あり、と表記されているデバイスを購入手続きする。
1/11にオーダー状況を確認しようとするとなぜか確認ができない。
オーダー番号が無い旨書かれており、状況がわからない状態に陥る。
（1/10までは確認できていた）

問い合わせをいれるも、在庫•発送についての返事は来ず。

今回の件の前に、別のデバイスで、12月に購入手続きするも3週間待てど動きがないため、注文をキャンセルし改めて在庫あり商品を購入したのに、オーダー状況が不明になってしまった。

12月の注文についても発送状況に対する問い合わせをするも返事が返ってこずキャンセルするに至った経緯。

数年前は普通に買えただけに、今回のこの経験は非常に残念。

Beware of this scam site, I have placed an order on 25th of December 2022. After two weeks of not delivering a (three days shipping) order. I have contacted them and they ignored my emails. Just today they have erased my order from their website. That’s a shame, I want my money back.

在庫数10だったので購入しましたが、
その後のステイタスは入荷次第発送と表示。
その後全く連絡がないので発送時期を確認するも返答なし。
更には現在では追跡かけてもステイタス表示されず、
番号とメルアドに該当する注文はなしと表示。
現在返答待ちですが音沙汰なし。
去年の後半からシステム不具合というコメントがあったが、
まだ不具合が修正されてないのかね？
商品届くのは何時になるのか？詐欺？

日本で予約して１週間程で届いて早かったです
とても良いスマホで2回目購入したんですが2回目購入時住所の証明等提供必要になって、結局購入できませんでした
キャンセルのメールを送りましたが、やはり欲しくて、キャンセルの取り消しのメールを送りましたが対応してくれませんでした
スマホ的は問題ないですが購入できずとてもショックを受けました

First time user of Expanys. Purchased a Kodak digital slide scanner at a great price and the delivery from HK to WA was really fast and the package well and safely wrapped. What let the experience down was the local couriers who sat on the parcel for nearly 3 weeks without notification and I had to chase up the Courier HO to find where it was.

I placed an order in the hope that the delivery would be 3-4 days, but several days have passed, and the seller has not sent the order, there is no communication, I also cannot cancel the order. The only thing that the seller asked was to send an id document for some reason and confirmation that I was at the address where I placed the order. this is crazy, they are scammers. I'm going to the police.

In November i buyed a phone on the website.

First of all, they wrote me that the shipping fee to germany where higher, no problem i payed the higher shipping fee. Then i realised that i payed the shipping fee twice. First shippging fee was payed with the normal order with paypal, the second shipping fee was charged extra over paypal.

When i realised that i payed the shipping fee twice i write to expansys three times and didn´t get any answer from expansys.

After a month the phone start to work unproperly, display issues and problems with the sim card.

So i wrote again to Expansys and again i didn´t get any response.

This was the first time i buyed something over expansys and it will be the last time.

I lost over 600€, have a phone that doesn´t work and till today no response.

The purchase was fine. Received the order in good condition. Well packed.
But what I did not liked is that Expansys up to now did not replied to my 3 emails and regarding a very simple subject: shipping fees!
If only to inform about the shipping fees they don´t even reply how will be if is another more complicated matter?!

I heard of of them before from those search online I did when it comes to buying, imported products or hard to find electronic gadget like example, iphone with dual physical sim etc. I can't find a good place to get the homepod mini here, so I decided to trust them and get in from HK as I believe that's where they will ship it overfrom. When I gotthe product a week later, a week before Christmas, I was surprise that it came with a adaptor or convertor to be use in SG. That's outside of the apple homepod mini box, but when I open it up, the 20watts charger already is the EU plug, so the convertor is not required. I would say, the shipping its rather fast from HK. If I would buy again, yes if I find something interesting that I can't get it here.

Still waiting on Motorcycle bundle kit for insta 360 camera.
Order acknowledgement was on 23/11/2022 and package arrived on the 6/12/2022. I advised the seller that the insta 360 cam had arrived but the motorcycle bundle kit was not included in the package (which I had payed for) I sent them photo evidence and awaited a reply... 3/01/2023 I was told my ticket had been received one of their agents will be in contact shortly. That's the last message from them. Bundle kit was approximately around $200 nzd and I just want the product that I payed for... If their doing this multiple times to many people they'll be making thousands which is a scam. I'll be seeking legal advice and I won't be purchasing off this site again.

I have bought many items from Expansys over the years. However, I bought a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro which are defective. I have tried to contact Expansys many times about this and they never respond. I would never use them again

And i sent them like 6 mails they not answer and i want now cancel order before dispatch because this bad service but they not answer and now phone number at the website to call them

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and despite the product being marked as "in stock" there has been no activity with my order. The customer service is terrible, I emailed many times with no response, and there are no other communication options.

Receiving the goods in good condition and without much delays.
