After I ordered I read some negative feedback and was worried however, I could not have asked for better service!!! The purchase arrived quickly and in perfect, brand new condition.
I highly recommend Expansys and will definitely use them again.

在庫有りで購入しましたが、保証が入荷待ちになっていたため、３度質問したら全く返信がなく一週間後の本日に返信がありました。
ゼロコロナで、遅れてると。。。
再入荷待ちになったり、在庫が5個になったりはシステム上でなっているだけで本当は在庫は無いようです。
キャンセル連絡したら２時間後にキャンセル処理がされました。
返信が無かったのにキャンセルはめちゃくちゃ早いです。
たぶん、iPhoneなので注文は受け付けているけど本当は在庫は無く、入荷次第発想していると思われます。

Expansys has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I bought an item as a Christmas present on 10 November. As it got to mid Dec I became increasingly doubtful I would receive this for Christmas. After numerous emails begging them to send this to before Christmas I still haven’t received it!! They ignore my emails. I have sent them evidence of payment and still nothing.

If you are considering buying from them, please don’t! All of their bad reviews are testament to how bad they are

12/9に「In Stock Now - 1 Available」となっていたiPhone14 Proを注文したが、「Part-shippable」となったまま部分出荷される様子無し。
（オーダー追跡によるとiPhone本体の在庫は有り）
メール・サポートフォーラムなど複数チャネルで問い合わせるも一切返答無し。

数ヶ月前まではカスタマーサービスシステムの障害だったりゼロコロナ政策だったり遅延理由が述べられていたが、現在はどのような理由で遅れているのだろうか？
クリスマスギフトキャンペーンよりもやるべきことがあるのではないか？

12/18にキャンセル連絡したら12/20にキャンセル確定の返信が来た。キャンセルのレスポンスは早い。
あとは、返金処理がいつ完了するか、です。

無事返金されました。

在庫があるのに入荷待ち状態でお問い合わせのメールも返ってきません
一か月が過ぎましたが、まだ製品を受け取っていません。完全詐欺です
PayPal側にDisputeを申請しており、すぐ返金されると思います
他のサイト（NCモバイル、etoren)を使う方がもういいだと思います

Terrible customer experience

I ordered Samsung galaxy tab 6 lite (2022) on 8th November, and the tracking page keeps showing ‘part-shippable’ even though I ordered just one item and they said it’s in stock. It was a warranty and still don't know why the warranty is not in stock cos it’s not even related to delivery.

I send several emails for Expansys Japan and Kong but no replies from them at all. Even it’s just normal working days. They just ignore it.

They mislead customers to let them believe the item can be shipped within 2-4days and it’s already has been 5 days, with no communication and no delivery by far.

Are they gonna legitimately send the product? I’m not sure anymore. They should At least tell me the estimated date of delivery. The status is just not change. I am so frustrated and get upset. Do not trust this site.

When I ordered 3 items were in stock, then it was 5 items on today’s morning at the Japanese site, and in the evening, after I sent them 10 or more emails, which they didn't reply at all, then just suddenly shown product is not available. It is funny the product is still available on the Korean website. And it’s ridiculous because all of the products sending to Korea and Japan, both of them are shipped from Hongkong. Isn't it deceiving customers? Definitely they have issues on this point.

It’s stuck and I have right to understand what is happening or let me just quickly cancel this order.

Avoid this company at all costs. Double whammy of misleading business practices paired with non-existent customer service. Shady AF. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

日本で買うスマホはシャッター音が必須。
痴漢防止には「賛成」するが、そもそもシャッター音で防止するのではなく、痴漢行為自体が最低なダサイ行為だというのを国民的に周知させるのが先決。
シャッター音でどうにかなると思っているのは「反対」

なので、いつもこちらで「シャッター音なしスマホ」を買います。それが「グローバルスタンダード」なので。

I have used Expansys in previous years and been very happy, but this time they are very hard to contact. I had sent a couple of emails recently asking about availability that went unanswered - this should have been a warning...

When I saw the phone I wanted back in stock, I placed an order and paid the full amount - but the website didn't include any shipping for some reason. I was contacted quickly by Expansys asking if I'm OK to pay the shipping & my order was put on hold. Despite replying to them immediately, I've heard nothing. There is no phone number, or live chat to assist - just one email address for everything. I can only assume they have serious staffing issues, but whatever the problem the result is a very poor customer experience. I'd suggest avoiding Expansys until they address their communication/staffing issues.

購入して7日くらい経ちますが相変わらず入荷待ち状態です。

ステータスは倉庫へ輸送中から在庫なし入荷待ちに。
在庫有りだったので購入したのにどういう事でしょうか。。

割と高額な商品なのに、この対応では不良対応が
発生しても不安です。遅ければ遅いほど実店舗でも
安くなっていくので損失です、、

11/13に在庫ありの商品を購入し決済されましたが、その後すぐ書類提出の連絡があり提出後は全く音沙汰がありません。
急ぎで注文したのですが発送がされず返事も来ずで困っています。
急ぎだったので何通も確認の連絡を連絡を入れましたがひとつも返ってきません。
お金だけ引かれて10日も音沙汰ないので詐欺何じゃないかと不安になってきました。

上記での確認メールでなかなか返信が来なかったためYahooのアドレスとGmailから日替わりで何通か送ったところ
Gmailの方にやっと一通返信がありました。
中国の情勢なとで厳しいということと
優先順位は1位なので倉庫から来たらすぐ発送するとの事でしたが
11/13の注文の品は
未だに商品発送されません。
そろそろ１ヶ月たちます。

在庫ありからの注文から発送待ち１ヶ月経ちました。発送の目処などの連絡は依然なく、仕方なくこちらから発送の目処は経っていないのかどうかの連絡をしました。
送った内容は
発送の目処がたっているのかたっていないのか1度ご連絡ください。発送の目処がたたないようであればキャンセルします
と連絡したところすぐに注文がキャンセルされました。
１ヶ月待ったのにとガッカリ。
ブラックフライデーや年末セールなどやっていて在庫ありと表記ありますが発送の目処が全く立たない状態で商品を売っています。気をつけてください。

Customer service is nonexistent! No reply to several emails, only automated replies work. Expansys HK seems to be having serious issues. Beware, don't waste your money!

After many emails and nearly 2 weeks, you still have not shipped my order!

For anyone buying products on EXPANSYS be careful.

I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from these jokers, or are they scammers? They haven't dispatched my order, despite me paying extra for DHL delivery, and they don't respond to emails. My original email support request is still ”unallocated” i.e. not even started to be looked at by anyone.
I should have taken note that they have no customer service phone number, which is always a clear sign to stay away in my experience.
Will be asking my credit card company for a refund in next day or so :(

2022/11/15に注文したさいに在庫ありなので発注しました。
その後注文を受け付けたメールがきたあと全く発送になりません。
これまで二度部分発送でよいから先に送ってほしいとメールしましたが返事もなく、発送のステータスにもなりません。
急ぎで必要なのでメーカーから買うより割高で注文して決済しています。
ここで返事がなかったらPayPalに伝えて対応してもらいます。

Ordered a phone from them it's been nearly a month and I have sent multiple emails to them asking for an update and they have responded to none of them.
