I prepayed for some items and i've been waiting for 2 months i have received emails that they shipped it but i got nothing ever since

I decide to buy New Year Gifts for my friends at internet. I choose this store because before I haven't any problems with my orders. Everbuying didn't disappoint me and all of products was recieved at time. So built quality and prices also very good.

I was so dissapointed with online order till a friend suggested me this site,i was very satisfied from the begining when i had some requests about my order and they did everything i asked,finally my order came to me within few days and safe!

El día 11 de diciembre realicé unas compras en este lugar porque me salía en casi todas las páginas que visitaba y vi unos precios sumamente atractivos. Pues no hay más verdad que la que uno obtiene lo que paga. Esta gente no es capaz de darme un numero de rastrear un paquete y cuando me lo dan no es válido y ahora dicen que el zipcode de la dirección esta erróneo y que no me lo han enviado por eso cuando es el zipcode que uso para todos mis envíos.
En fin, hoy es 9 de enero del 2016 y no tengo nada de lo que ordené, más tuve que hacer una reclamación por medio de paypal.
Basura es poco para describir a estos desalmados que no respetan la integridad de hacer negocios.
No compren por aquí son unos ladrones.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA CON QUESTO SITO, i prodotti nelle descrizioni risultano tutti disponibili, ma come per magia dopo l'acquisto ed il pagamento inizia l'interminabile calvario, fatto di, ticket, email,contestazioni e telefonate agli spedizionieri , nel mio caso DHL.
In poche parole che fanno ricevono gli ordini MA NON SPEDISCONO SUBITO ( neanche se avete scelto spedizione express e pagato di più) cercano di accumulare un certo tot di ordini e poi se siete fortunati riceverete il vostro ordine dopo mesi.
QUESTO è UN METODO TRUFFALDINO E INGANNEVOLE.
Se vuoi annullare l'ordine ti rispondono che non è possibile in quanto hanno già spedito il tuo pacco ( cosa non vera perchè loro fanno solo una richiesta " creazione elettronica della lettera di vettura " generando un totola di spesa, del giorno di ritiro ecc... ma non lo finalizzano, in questo modo ricevono dallo spedizioniere ( DHL nel mio caso un traking ) che inoltrano poi all'acquirente ( io ) cercando di farmi credere che il mio pacco è in viaggio ( e già questa è truffa ).
Se chiedo spiegazioni in quanto interrogando il tracking il mio pacco non risulta mai preso in carico da DHL i cari gestori di questo sito rispondondo che molto probabilmente DHL non ancora aggiorna lo status dei pacchi ( cosa non vera in quanto ho parlato telefonicamente con l'operatrice DHL, la quale ha detto che il pacco non è mai stato consegnato e che i loro sistemi si aggiornano in tempo reale ).
PER FARLA BREVE HO ACQUISTATO E PAGATO 2 TELEFONI CHE NON MI SONO MAI STATI SPEDITI, IN PIù SI RIFIUTANO DI RIMBORSARMI I MIEI SOLDI.
PER FORTUNA HO PAGATO CON PAYPAL ED APRIRO UNA CONTESTAZIONI Lì.

I ve ordered from Everbuying two phones and another phone and 2 smart watches. First two phones have arrived and I'm verry satisfied, for the last phone and for smart watches I ve asked for reffund because I ve seen on some sites negative comments for everbuying. THey reffund my money whithout problems, now I ve made another command on their site. I recommend Evebuying! The phones have arrived in less than 30 days in Romania from China.

Ok well, i placed an order for a one plus x phone on the 15th of december. A few days later i decided to google the store name and found that many people said that it was untrustworthy and how they stole their money. This obviously made me very worried. So on about four days later i was told it was shipped but the tracking number didn't work so i submitted a ticket on the 24th as my patience had ran out. They sent me a screenshot of the tracking info and after that i was able to use the tracking number. On the 29th i submitted another ticket as my parcel was last seen on the 19th and i was wondering where it was. they told me to check my tracking info in 3-7 days but to my surprise the next morning my phone showed up. However due to the overwhelming bad reviews i would advise to stay away as i may have got lucky, however if you don't mind the risk then go ahead and buy from there but make sure to use paypal.

I purchased 4 smart watches from this company. I was a little skeptical about it because of the negative reviews. But I had a great buying experience.
I didn't understand the shipping process so I submitted a ticket and customer service got back with me in about 8 hours. They walked me through the tracking process. They actually tracked it for me. Wrote me an email and included the tracking information in it. Thank you Everbuying.com. I will buy from you again soon.

Two orders. Two failures! The double loss! That's my result in EVERBUYING.

I opened a dispute on operation via pay pal PP-004-262-174-145 the reason for opening a dispute was the fact that the seller is a long time did not send the goods from its warehouse. The dispute was closed. But package still hasn't arrived in my country after more than 65 days. So I asked the seller to refund my money back. But he wrote to me as follows : "About your order,we have contacted the shipping agent to update tracking information as soon as possible.We therefore kindly ask that you review the online tracking status after 7-15 business days as this should display the correct status."
But I don't want to wait so long. I was waiting for their product for very long and paid for it on September 19. So how long have I waiting for it ? I just want my money back and I want to buy the item at another store.
In my opinion the seller deceives me and provides me information that is untrue, because at the time I refused to choose another product when I was informed that my item at special price out of stock. That's the way they sell their products luring customers with false advertising.
I understand that I cannot open a dispute again, because I believed the seller that he sent the goods. But now I cannot believe him.

Like many, searching for the best price, make purchases on the Internet.He drew attention to the Everbuying.net. Ordered their new headphones Xiaomi all been sent on time, the earphones original, good quality. Recommend Everbuying.net as conscientious seller.

2 xiaomi mi4 phones paid for, with insurance last month - STILL WAITING FOR THE PROMISED 3 DAY DELIVERY.

Unfortunately their service is really bad, i have placed an order they have sent me a problematic item and now, i have paid for the shipping of a replacement and even though i tried to contact them in 4 different message threats they do not reply! I opened a dispute on paypal but they still did not reply and generally avoid this seller as it is not trustworthy with your money!

The bare facts.
Bought a tablet in July 2015, which arrived dead.
Arranged to RMA it, got it back to them in September. Asked after status early November, no response by late November, so PayPal dispute.
Refund made as store credit, so I closed the dispute. Stupid. Never close a PayPal dispute until you are 100% sure of a resolution!
Placed a new order using store credit plus extra in early December.
Mid-December, no movement, so another PayPal dispute, this time money returned to PayPal and store credit.
What else to do? I made another order, and threatened to give them bad reviews wherever they advertise.
December 25, I get notification of shipping. Not true. DHL says they haven't received. So I post to ALL their YouTube videos from December and November, and to TrustPilot, ResellerRatings and SiteJabber, and threaten to start in on Google+ ads.
January 6, it ships, and arrives three days later.

Now I don't know any longer. Did they eventually cave to coercion? Or was their customer service just really badly organized? The responses I got along the way were crazy - not listed here, but many of them saying they had refunded when they had not; one saying they couldn't ship because they had refunded, when the item was actually in transit; one just days ago saying the item was back-ordered and would ship soon, when the items was already here.
I suspect they are flooded with issues like this and their customer service can't cope, so only skims complaints without really understanding them. So what appears to be delaying tactics and dishonesty is really just incompetence because of volume. If quality control was better, there would be less problems and MAYBE better customer service.

bought 2 phones ( 1 for me & a little while later 1 for my daughter) daughters phone now doesn't switch on after only 3 weeks of use. everbuying response is to send them more money to get a new 1 at a reduced rate, in my opinion this company don't care once they have your money ....if you are up for a couple of months of stress before finally giving up then this the company for you

Ho ordinato in pre-vendita uno Smart Phone phablet 4G octa-core schermo 5,5" con 2GB ram e 16GB rom e ho aggiunto anche una scheda Micro Samsung da 64GB; ho ricevuto tutto in circa 25 giorni pagando il totale di € 154,72 comprese le spese di spedizione gratuite e le tasse doganali che ho dovuto versare al ricevimento. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto sul sito on-line di Everbuying.net e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia un ottimo prodotto ad un ottimo rapporto qualità, prezzo e consegna. Qui in Italia per acquistare questo prodotto con le caratteristiche uguali avrei speso il doppio!!! grazie ad Everbuying ho potuto risparmiare molto e lo consiglio a tutti.

n.b. : Everbuying.com e Everbuying.net sono lo stesso sito, Trustpilot dovrebbe accomunarli per una valutazione giusta ed obiettiva.

The worst experience of my life. I order 2 phones, the one has damaged, i send it back and the refund me only the 50% of the value of this phone!!!! They dont refund on paypal but in EB wallet. So now i have 85$ and i make new order + 9$ + all the Eb-points i have (1500). They send me one email with photo that they send the order. After some days they say that the order is cancelled and they refund my 83.5$ !!!!!! where is the 9$ and all my EB points mr EverBuying????? This story start from June 2015 and now we have December. Actually i am curious for all this people they give 5 stars to this company... this company is only to STOLE MONEY from they fool customers...actually I am looking attorney to take the case.. i am sorry...
