I had ordered from everbuying for 2 times, every time it was a nice surprice to recieve the parcel in shorterst time. The prices are great, also you can pay 30% of the price with points. They are very generous people, for example they gave points for New Year and coupons for 50USD! Also they send photo of the parcel before dispatch, it is nice when you know what the package would be like. Recommend everbuying to everyone!

i've ordered 3 items :one phone and two smaller thing, i received the other things more than one month after and the phone is still not shiped !!! and now they do not answer me anymore

I ordered a smart phone from everbuying.com back in October 2015 during a sale, they promised shipping within 3 days. After waiting for almost 2 weeks without shipping confirmation, I reached out and received the response that the item was out of stock. I was then given the choice to change my order or wait a bit longer, I opted to wait.

Another 2 weeks later, I decided to request a refund and was told that they would only credit my account and I would then have to spend the credits on other items on their website. I accepted and changed my order, after weeks of waiting - they said they cancelled it (for no apparent reason) and told me to change my order again.

After my 3rd order, and 4 months down the track from my original order, I chased them up and they told me they were out of stock of the 3rd item I chose as well and told me to reorder again.

They draw you in with a sale and make you spend the money. Then constantly tell you they're out of stock no matter what item you pick. I have a feeling I am never going to see my money or any product I order from them. So buyers beware! Stay away from everbuying.com

I really like to shop in Everbuying. There is a large choice of products at great prices. Often they organized various promotions with even better prices. I've never had problems with shipping - orders came quickly and were well protected - sent parcel is always photographed and you can see in your order. I buyEverbuying recommeded many friends - all of them are very satisfied with the purchases.

Long story short, i have ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 (32gb) from their store and paid via paypal.

After 25 days (the time they stated the item should arrive) i have contacted them for a refund. They requested me to wait for 15 days more (which i did). However the item has not moved since so i came back. They then refused to give my money back and said they will be able to refund after 120 days (period the courier have to officially mark a package as lost). So I did wait for 120 days and went back for a refund after that time.

And to my surprise they said that they will not give me my money back since its not their fault and i have not purchased a buyer protection service (which is like 10-20 bucks) :O !!! As a "kind" gesture they told me they can give me back 50% of the order in credit store... WHAT ?

I then requested help from PayPal and made a claim for a full refund on paypal. Afterwards Everbuing came back to me offering 60% refund o my paypal account or 70% in credit store. I obviously refused. They did another proposition : 70% to paypal or 100% in credit store. I refused again since i already knew they are nasty Scams and cheaters.

So I'm waiting for paypal to decide (obviously there is only one way it will go - ill get a full refund but will have to wait) but in the meantime they try to SCAM PAYPAL by trying to find a loophole in PayPal terms and conditions - sending me a partial refund (~50%) since when the seller does that you cannot proceed with the claim.

Luckily the claim was already done so this changes nothing. It only showed PayPal (which i contacted) that the seller is trying to cheat me and them and made a claim pretty easy for them (i will get a full refund soon).

Tl.dr : DO NOT BUY THERE! THEY WANT TO SCAM YOU. They will do whatever it takes to cheat and scam you at all costs if something goes wrong. They even proceeded to cheat buyer protection system on PayPal.

I ordered a Quad copter for 250.00 and when it arrived it only has 3 of the 4 propellers and the motor housing had a crack in it. It was never flown and this company offered me 20.00 towards another purchase. They flat out stole my money!! DO NOT PUCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
