EverBuying 

J'ai effectué quelques achats sur Everbuying, eu j'ai toujours reçu les produits. Mais, en novembre dernier, j'acheté une carte SD (donc article peu volumineux). Je n'ai rien reçu et j'ai donc contacté le site du vendeur.
Il m' a été demandé dans un premier temps de patienter, puis de patienter jusqu'au 25 février avant de les recontacter.
Pour finir, à présent, le site ne répond plus du tout à mes messages.

En résumé, en cas de litige, vous pouvez être sûrs de ne jamais avoir gain de cause. Le site Everbuying est à oublier.

I bought one Ulefone Be Touch 3 smartphone from them at an unbeatable price on Nov. 29th 2015 and received it on January 7th 2016 (Christmas time makes shipment slower) without any problem and in perfect condition.

I also bought one Ulefone Paris 3 weeks ago and I have it already at home, also to my full satisfaction.

Cheap, convenient, with PayPal payment in case of disputes... what else? Of course you can have troubles if you buy crappy gadgets with no quality or if you have bad luck at customs, but that's the risk we all take when buying in Chinese shops in Internet.

Vendor says item was shipped, but 6 months later, still nothing.

Be careful!! I bought a Aosder 2 Wheels Balance Scooter, the product was not working and I contacted the customer support on the web site. They just responded me with a standard pre-written response without solving the problem. I asked to return the product and after several requests they sent me the shipping address (at my expenses) and promised to refund 160 USD out of 275 USD paid. I asked why and I am still waiting a reply after 1 month.

They are really polite in their answer, I must say, but they, for the moment, didn't solve the problem and I still wait the christmas present.. Maybe i will be able to offer it for christmas 2016.

Well..what can I say..wrong items delivered, not responding at submitted support tickets..and in their statements claiming I'm responsible for return costs (even though THEY delivered the wrong goods..)

I buy a lot on aliexpress. Once found an offer on Everbuying Onda V820v. A little perplexed, but Paypal payment gave me confidence. I recieved my order in two weeks. The tablet is super!
Packaging and delivery and was very good!
I am pleased to buying everbuying.

Why is it better?
1. Low price! I ordered phone Lenovo. Very cheap! Cheaper than Aliexspress
2. Good quality. A month ago, I bought a shirt. Now this is my favorite vesch.

3. Good customer support. Do you have questions when buying a cover for your mobile phone. They answered in a minute!
4. All orders come very quickly. 2 weeks ago, I ordered a toy baby. Today my little girl is already playing.

My first experience with Everbuying was great. I recieved my ordr in 2 weeks. My lids are happy with this toy. A lot of fun.
The support is very good. They answer all the questions just in one day.
I am very pleased and will make new orders at Everbuying.

Not recommended. If item is not is stock they will only offer another item or credit towards another purchase. Surely a full refund should be offered, If an item is missing their 'help' procedure is far from user frendly and obviously designed to discourage claims.

I bought USB 2.0 Micro SDHC Card Reader with Capaccessory (E1601270327486521) in this store. Fairly quickly sent the goods, well packed. Nice work with this store, will buy more.

Its a good webshop and they deliverd quick. But I emailed them, You have to do that. I and a friend ordered the same phone (Ulephone BT2) at the same date+time. I did email them and my friend did not. Guess who had the phone first. ME! I basicly asked if they could ship the item ASAP. So they did... Also, I got a bad phone. 1 simple mail and they said:"For your safety I suggest that you create a PayPal claim so we do it on that way"
2 days later. Claim closed, I had to send the phone back and got my money back. So it turned out good for me, But my friend? NO! He got his phone (little bit later then me) and everything worked, but Everbuying NEVER answerd his mails. NEVER! So as I said, You have to be lucky.

During the sales after Christmas I bought an RC Quadcopter with altitude hold. I got a great price and the item came in good condition. I have made many purchases from Everbuying and they have never disappointed me. Items come in a reasonable amount of time and the prices are always the best I can find. If I find a lower price on another website I do a price match request. So far they have always answered within a day or two and have been able to match or beat the competing websites price. In the few cases I contacted customer service they always reply in a timely manner and are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this website. This is my go to website for technology and RC products.

I don't know if it is a scam or not. But it is definitely the worst store if it is not a scam. I bought two items in an order. The order information says the shipping takes 10 to 25 business days. One item arrived during that time period. The other item never came. It has been three weeks since I received the first item. I submit two inquiry tickets. It got resolved without any action. I was just told it might take 10 to 45 business days.
I paid shipping insurance for this order. I expect they should send me the item again if it passed 25 business days. But that is not the case.
If this is not a business fraud, I don't know what else I can call it.

I found this website when I try to buy a phone on the e-fox website and I couldn't the website wasn't alloying me to do it until now I don't know why.
So I open the Everbuyng.com and the first thing I notice was how simple it was to find what I was looking for all. I "fill" the cart made the payment and after that I receive all the information about the status of my items every time that something change, I receive my items really fast and in great conditions. This is definitely a website that I will use when I what to find good items with greater prices.

I quite enjoy this website, the prices are pretty low, purchased a phone and gadgets for my kids and I am pleased, the products arrived fast in great condition and work really well.
