EverBuying 

The first acquaintance with the store Everbuying happened about a year ago. Over the past year, during the cooperation with this magazine, it was always good. Shopping, which I did in the store Everbuying, always arrive on time and well packaged. Very much like the price. Discounts on some goods please. Recently I bought at Everbuying phone Xiaomi Note2. Very pleased with the price of the phone. Sending came 19 days after shipment, fast enough. The quality of the phone is excellent. I'm going to continue to cooperate with the store Everbuying. I recommend to everyone.

I have to say the customer support was very good.. at deceiving you. Short story, 8 weeks of lies, will now get refund from Paypal.

For an item bought with express delivery option, that should of been 2 weeks to receive at worst. I got constant replies stating 5 more days, 7 more days..., because item had suddenly become unavailable.

So changed product to one they said was in stock, again 3 more days, one more week... Finally got a tracking number from DHL and told item has been shipped, okay.

Contacted, DHL after 2 weeks, to be told that Everbuying have not even requested a pick up date for the item. They had just created a bogus tracking number to stop me inquiring on an item that was 8 weeks late!!

Anyway, have now been in contact with Paypal, Everbuying have 10 days to fix this or I will get ALL of my money back. Happy ending!

To Everbuying, please DO NOT respond to this review to say that customer support are dealing with my issue, they are clearly more blatant lies.

Got Original Xiaomi Utility LED Light Portable USB. Very nice light source, the lowest price in the store. Light color is warm, the brightness is high enough. Decent quality.

I bought 4 items from them, 2 Lenovo Zuk1 on the 23/11/15. They haven't shipped them out as of 9/12/15. All my emails have not been replied, or they emailed me to send them a photo of my passport and credit card, so they can verify my identity.
This is a scam. DO NOT buy anything from them, certainly if you have bought something from them, DO NOT send them any means of identification.

If you get the item you ordered and it is as described on their website. Then are one of the lucky ones.

If you have an issue don't bother contacting customer service unless you think 100 hours of your time is worth a possible $20.00 refund.

Go to PayPal resolution centre and file a dispute. You will get issued resolved there within 1 to 2 weeks.

I am usally not the kind to write a review, but I want to warn people about this company. Just some issues I came across:

- You will get a 3 months warranty. The delivery time is around 2/3 weeks and they start counting from the first day you buy the product.
- My product (phone Cubot x10) stoped working after 5 months. Can happen, but no warranty anymore.
- They offer you two kinds of service then: 1. Return the product and they will fix it for you. You will have to pay for shipping from your homecountry and the return shippingcosts. Furthermore, you will have to pay for the repairs if they turn out to be your mistake. In short, the service is the will arrange it for you.
2. They offer a 30% cashback in store points. They give you points with a rate of 5:1 (5 points for a dollar). If you want to exchange points again, the rate is 50:1. In my example I got $43 back and I ended up with $4.30!!
- The points can only be used on a list with specific items (led lamps, sweat bands and more cheap discount stuff). Furthermore, you can only spend a max of 30% on store credits per order.
- I got a 6% general discount code for the inconvenience. When you use this on a product that is discounted (and everything is discounted on the website!), it gives you a 6% discount on the original price!! Which makes the product more expensive then the normal price.

I think this is enough to keep you from buying here. Do not do it or be warned.

The positive reviews are easy to identify as writen by Everbuying employees. Pretty sad.
Trying to add a discountcode makes the price of the product actually go up so your discount diminishes to oblivion. Refunds are in credits and only partially honored to use as payment for selected (!) items.
With warrant you'll have to pay for shipping both ways AND the replacing the defect parts.
I hope they get out of business soon and end up in jail.

For months I am trying to resolve issue with purchase of phone. The phone stopped to work in Europe , less that one month from activation.
First with purchase they did not send Paid SIM card of 8 GB.
Problem is with warranty, which they calculete from the day , when I made payment, regadles that the product , came 20 days later. Waranty is 3 months from the day of bpurchas, well, they did not respond to my ticket for weeks, They promised to get a new phone, but I had to pay shipping, whicj I did and send Pictures from Post Office, They send me phone, with wear and tear , phone old and from someone from China with names 72 and Videos of nice Chinese Girl, on my complains, they , were saying it is my phone, and after 3 months-back and fort, they confirmed it is not my. Pay Pal , was not helping at all, so I had to call my Visa ( i have protection), and I am to wait for decision.
And to PAY PAL and My Visa, I faxed , all conversation and their Promise for new Phone, that Phone to be repaired my phone, received (someone) phone which is not working
I am not to recommend this Site to buy ,
They are lairs, they Cheat, They avoid to respond, offering small amount or if I want phone, to pat 80 USA $.

bought a cell phone from both sites .The one from everybuing.com was bought on presale .
After 5 days the presale date had passed ,they announced (after many complaints) that i have to wait 10-15 business day more.
I also bought a tablet ,....with shipping time 3-5 days,
A month has passed and ,i am still waitting for it.
---i have nistalled the add on fireshot at mozilla and i took good pictures in order to proof my sayings

I TRIED to purchase an item from EVERBUYING.NET 16 days ago.
I believed that paying through paypal made them ok. I was very wrong.
The item I purchased is not available and I just want my money back!

ho acquistato un elephon p 7000 pagato 229 usd , è arrivato non funzionante. contattato il sito everbuying mi hanno dato l' indirizzo per la restituzione, altri 30 euro di spedizione. il telefono arriva a loro con 15 gg. con conferma delle poste. mi dicono più volte di aspettare il centro assistenza ,ma dopo 3 mesi mi scrivono che non è mai arrivato, e non vogliono rinborsarmelo. sito poco corretto lo sconsiglio.

I just purchased a quad-copter here.This is my first purchase from Everbuying.I have bought many items like this from other online stores (Over 300 items).Including many helicopters,quadcopters,high speed racer boats,drones as well....
The reason i write this review is to share my purchase here at everbuying from beginning to end.I will share the purchase date,arrival date,condition of product,and any communication between buyer,and seller in my reviews.My review will be fair,and that way you can decide for yourself.I really hope my buying is good here,and for others as well.

Obviously someone is writing fake 5 star reviews for Everbuying here and on other review sites. They sound so fake and moreover nobody who is a satisfied customer will be coming here to this page to give a positive feedback. On sites like this are only writing people, who are frustrated, ignored or lied by some seller/store. No positive experience will lead someone here! Beware! Those Everbuying guys must be in deep sh1t with so many complaints all over the net! However, it's not stupid the one who is taking the money, but the one who is giving it! When I saw the attractive prices, the first thing I did was to search for reviews. Moreover web page ending on .net is very suspicious if it is a store from China with online payments. Not to mention if it's asking for payment through Weternity Union ...

I bought a fun toy sharpener, good quality products. Delivery is fast, packaged well, thank you store. We will take more.

The product was obtained after 2 weeks. The quality of goods is excellent.

Pre-ordered Ulefone Paris from this store.

1. They delayed the shipping of for more than 2 weeks
2. Customer service failed to respon in 24 hours as promised. I waited something like a week for first response.
3. Customer service lied about the reason of delay. I've contacted the manufacturer and they said that they delayed supply of this store. And customer service asked me for 10-15 days of "additional quality check". What?
Okay, i've waited for this time..
4. Finally, almost a month late they've send me the item, but after more than a week of waiting it was returned to the sender! Not even received the customs! What?
So, I've wasted enough time. I've opened a PayPal dispute, trying to get my money back or force the reseller to send the item with expedited shipping.
5. First, they said "You've opened a dispute, so we no longer can ship the item". Okay, return the money!
After that customer service lied again, trying to convince me to close the PayPal dispute before the refund knowing perfectly, that I wouldn't be able to reopen it again by PayPall policies. They said we can not process refund, while the dispute is opened! I refused. And finally they returned the money.

Summarizing,
1. Almost 2 month of wasted time with no smartphone, which is essential for my job. (my broken)
2. Lies and cheating from everbuying.net
3. Got my money refunded.
4. Order on onther site another smartphone! Not Ulefone this time!
5. + having spam about wholesales from everbying.net.

I have made order for phone and I have paid for fast postage 3-7 Days I have waited more than 20 days to get my order plus I have to pay extra charge that was not provided to me, Never reply to ,my emails I will never ever use them again

They do have great prices indeed. They are able to do so by NOT having the product in stock when you order it. You buy it and then wait for weeks on end for them to ship it out, or eventually email you saying the product is no longer available. Shipping is pretty fast as promised, but handling is by far not 2-3 business days as the website says. Deceit number one.

While i am okay with their electronics (and given i can wait for a month or three), their clothes are to stay away from. Got a jacket and a shirt, in XL. I normally wear either L or XL. Well, the Chinese jacket barely zipped up, nevermind the shirt. They are both way, way small! I would probably need to order XXXL to fit, and they don't even have that size. Deceit number two.

I wanted to return the undersized clothes. I first contacted them a month ago requesting return info. It has been a pain!! They want to know why i want to return. They want pictures as proof. They want me to apply for an RMA and wait till they approve the return. Or not. All in barely comprehensible English, seemingly translated straight from Chinese by Google Translate... Bottom line is that we've been attempting to talk for a month and the package is still waiting to be shipped back to China. Deceit number three.

Plus, they don't cover return shipping unless its broken, so i have to pay for it. My 2lb package is going to be about $20 to ship back. My whole order was just over $30. Deceit number four. Never, ever again, Everbuying!

PS: Apparently they have a team of people who post good reviews to bump up their rating ("the copyright team" as one company rep called them). Or they ask bloggers to post pre-written reviews in exchange for store credit. Deceit number five. This is awful!
