Noleggio a Palermo. Servizio disonesto, ai limiti della truffa. Addebitano danni presenti già a inizio noleggio. Ho noleggiato auto in tutto il mondo dalla Namibia al Vietnam, mai successa una cosa del genere. Al check in, prima della consegna auto faccio foto dell’auto, ma non di ogni centimetro. Alla riconsegna, la stessa impiegata, evidentemente ben istruita dall’azienda, si reca ad accertare i danni. Mi contesta strusciate ai copri ruota in plastica e mi chiede se ho delle foto che provino che i danni fossero esistenti prima della consegna. Fortunatamente, per un copri ruota, ho una foto che dimostra che il danno gia’ era presente (e quindi è la prova che graffi erano gia’ presenti ) per l’altro non avevo una foto nitida che lo dimostrasse. L’impiegata, a questo punto mi chiede, se ho un assicurazione. Si, le rispondo, e lei mi addebita 126 euro per una strusciata su un copri ruota di plastica (65 euro di gestione pratica quando il contratto è lo stesso solo con l’aggiu Di una foto) che ovviamente non sostituiranno. Il punto e’ quando si consegna un auto all’inizio noleggio, l’azienda deve assicurarsi che non vi siano danni, certo qualcosa puo’ sempre sfuggire, per questo e’ buona norma fotografare lo stato dell’auto. Ma questa azienda si approfitta proprio di questo.Le foto non potranno mai rappresentare ogni centimetro dell’auto. Consegnano auto con vari danni, e ne sono ben consapevoli, e se non hai una foto perfetta paghi. Alquanto sospetta poi la domanda prima dell’addebito sul fatto che avessi stipulato o meno una polizza. Come a dire, visto che hai una polizza che ti rimborsa, ti addebito comunque un danno. Disonesti. Per non parlare delle lunghe attese al desk del check in. E della maleducazione e strafottenza dell’impiegata che mi ha servito. Il prezzo basso puo’ allettare, ma poi hanno modo di rifarsi in modo disonesto. Si approfittano dei clienti. Meglio pagare di piu’ con compagnie tipo Hertz o Sixt, ed evitare problemi. Non noleggiate con questa compagnia, avrete problemi. Io non lo farò mai piu’

Je me suis présenté à l'agence ma carte bancaire avec un numéro abîmé. Le loueur a refusé de me louer la voiture.
La carte bancaire était bien à mon nom je lui fais voir les numéros de ma carte bancaire sur mon application. ainsi que mon. Permis et ma carte d'identité qui était de rêgle.
Le Loueur a refusé ma carte bancaire.
Je lui ai proposer de prendre celle de ma compagne ainsi que son permis de conduire et sa carte d'identité.
Ma compagne n avait pas le même nom de famille que moi. Le loueur m'a demandé 400 € en plus.
Hors de question que je paye1042 euros de location. On m avait déjà débité242 €.
Il voulait un total de 642 € pour la location et 400en plus pour le changement de nom
J''ai contacté DiscoverCar qui soustraite avec Eurorencar.
Il n'ont rien pu faire.En plus leur numéro de téléphone est surtaxé.
Je suis retourné par mes propres moyens à l'aéroport.
DiscoverCar m a rembourser un mois apres de 200 euros sur les 242 euros car j' ai prouvé que ma carte était en bonne état.
Ce jour là je n' ai pas louer la voiture et j ai bien eu raison car il faut savoir qu en Sicile les parking coûte 15 euros par jour. Je vous déconseille de louer une voiture pour la semaine. Les transports en commun sont super bien desservi. Et sa coûte beaucoup moin chere.
Je remercie discovery car de m avoir rembourser il son commercial.

Conclusion j'ai pris un billet de bus à 6 € par personne pour Palerme.
Et pour taormine 21 euros par personne.

Le jeune de eurorencar a dit que mon permis était en mauvaise état a DiscoverCar en italien pensant que je ne comprenais pas.

Mon permis est tout neuf en version carte et j' ai tout les permis. En plus en France je suis dans les forces de l' ordre. J avais vu des avis négatif. J' ai tenté j ai perdu

Même pratique que pour de nombreuses personnes, tarif semblant raisonnable mais à réception du véhicule dans l'agence très isolée problème carte de débit et non de crédit. Conclusion, assurance obligatoire a 385€ pour une location de 199€, barrière de la langue et isolement dans un autre pays contraint de céder. À fuir clairement, c'est une vente forcée qui ne respecte pas les directives européennes. Après réclamation on m'explique que en Sicile seul moyen de dépôt de caution ce qui est totalement faux car j'ai pû faire un dépôt de caution d'un montant supérieur avec cette même carte pour une location de voiture. De plus après lecture de plusieurs Avis il semble que le tarif de cette fameuse assurance est établi à la tête du client.

We purchased full insurance coverage through the booking intermediary, yet when we arrived, they forced us to pay for an additional insurance policy costing €200. The car rental and the insurance we had already paid for amounted to around €200, so we ultimately ended up paying approximately €400 in total.
I immediately requested a refund and explained the misunderstanding, but they refused to listen. There was no manager available on-site, and I was only given a phone number where it was impossible to reach anyone. I also sent several emails, with response times of at least one week, when I received any response at all.
To make matters worse, we were effectively forced to purchase their additional insurance and sign their contract in order to receive the car keys. They flatly refused to hand over the vehicle otherwise.
We had specifically booked a Fiat Panda, but were given a Toyota Aygo, which is a lower-category vehicle than the one we selected. Once again, no compensation, no explanation, and no effort whatsoever to resolve the issue.
Finally, their contract stated that the fuel level was at 50%. We returned the car with the fuel gauge at the same level, yet they claimed it was insufficient and demanded that we add another bar above the 50% mark. We were told that if they had to handle it themselves, they would charge €65. Fortunately, we drove to the gas station next door and spent only €5 to avoid being overcharged yet again.
An absolute disgrace. A company that relies on questionable practices, hidden costs, pressure tactics, and a complete lack of customer service. We felt misled from start to finish.
Do yourself a favor: stay away from this agency and book elsewhere.

Overall, my experience was good, but there are a few things that could be improved.

When I arrived at the airport, I had to wait around 40 minutes for the shuttle. Every time I called, I was told that someone would arrive “soon,” but the wait ended up being much longer than expected.

When I collected the car, I asked if I would receive the Dacia that I had booked. I was told that I would, but instead I was given a Chinese-made Evo. When I asked why, I was told that it was in the same vehicle category and that there were no Dacias available. However, when we walked to the parking area, I saw several Dacias parked there. I asked again, but the staff member didn’t know why I couldn’t have one. She asked her colleagues, but they couldn’t give an explanation either. In the end, I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I accepted the car I was given.

I am very glad that I recorded a video of the car before leaving the rental office and informed the staff that I had done so. When I returned the car, I was assisted by a different employee, who was very friendly and professional. I told him I was going to record another video before handing the car back. During the inspection, he found a small scratch that had not been registered and asked if it had happened during my rental. Fortunately, I was able to show him the video I had taken before driving away, where the damage was already visible. He thanked me, and I was not charged for it. I also suggested that they register the damage so that the next customer would not be held responsible for it.

The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the long waiting time at the airport and the fact that I did not receive the car model I had booked. Despite that, the Evo turned out to be a decent car, and the employee who handled the return was excellent and very professional.

Arnaque bien organisée, fuyez ! En l’apparence le tarif s’annonce bon marché mais au final vous payerez 3 à 4 fois le prix ! Au moment de restituer la voiture le loueur nous a inventé un dommage, une fine rayure. Nous avions pourtant une photo datée prouvant que cette petite rayure était déjà là. Aucune négociation possible. 361€ à payer et une signature de force, sans quoi ils refusaient de nous ramener A l’aéroport et nous allions rater notre avion. Le personnel a été très indélicat et impoli nous menaçant de payer pour pouvoir rentrer chez nous ! Une honte !

Be careful is a scam. When you return the car and back home, you will receive 2-3 Tickets of violation and you dont know why. Is always 61€ and they charge your Visa card. Is not a serious business, dont book it

I had the worst customer service experience of my life. The receptionist was haughty and very disrespectful.
I was feeling humiliated. They will find any excuse to make you pay. Stay away!

Consiglio vivamente di non avvelersi di questo servizio .... Estorcono altri soldi alla consegna del veicolo rifiutando carte di credito adducendo scuse banali. Procederemo a segnalare all' Autorità giudiziaria competente.

Arnaque organisée! La voiture de location pour une semaine était à 144 euros. En arrivant sur place, un supplément de 270 euros!! Surtout ne réservez pas, fuyez cette agence

We had our cars battery break down during our rental period. We called eurorentcar number and they provided a mechanic to change the battery at our own cost. After returning the vehicle we were then charged over 500 euros in different bogus fees since the mechanic they organized to change the battery was somehow unauthorized and the battery now needs to be changed by their own mechanic. Complete scam BS company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Une arnaque bien organisée. Bien sympa à l’accueil et au moment du retour ils nous inventent une rayure sur la voiture que l’on voit d’ailleurs sur une photo que nous avons prise le premier jour. Ils nous facturent 360€ la petite rayure. Comment bien finir les vacances !

Arogancia a drzosť nemá v tejto firme žiadne hranice! Neodporúčam túto spoločnosť ani náhodou ! Neexistuje žiadna zmluva, žiadna dohoda, žiaden podpis! Napriek tomu vzal moju kartu a stiahol 626, 46e !!! Odmietal refundáciu (pretože určite vedel, že len tak ĺahko nevybavim peniaze späť! Túto negatívnu skúsenosť budem šíriť ďalej aby ste takto neokrádali slušných ľudí, ktorí idú na výlet spoznávať Vašu krajinu!! Zlodejina
Arogancia, drzosť... a ešte ďalším minimálne 1000 ľuďom toto odovzdám ďalej a nech napíšu recenziu aby si nikto od Vás nepožičal auto ani náhodou!!! A robíte toto zámerne !!! I strongly do not recommend Eurorent Car.
My experience was terrible. Before the rental, I received information over the phone which, in practice, later turned out to be misleading and not consistent with how the situation was actually handled. Based on those phone instructions, I believed I could proceed without any issues, but in the end I was charged €205, an amount that I consider completely unjustified.

Based on how the whole situation was handled, I feel ripped off. I had the clear impression that I was led to proceed based on incorrect information, only to end up financially penalized afterwards.

I am writing this review to warn other travellers: stay away from this rental company. Based on my experience, even when you think everything has been clarified, you may still end up facing charges that I consider absurd and unjustified.

As far as I am concerned, this was a terrible experience, unreliable handling, and a company to avoid.

Sconsiglio totalmente Eurorent Car.

La mia esperienza è stata disastrosa. Prima del noleggio ho ricevuto indicazioni telefoniche che, nei fatti, si sono poi rivelate fuorvianti e non corrispondenti alla reale gestione della pratica. Sulla base di quelle indicazioni ho pensato di poter procedere senza problemi, ma alla fine mi sono ritrovato con un addebito di 205 euro che considero del tutto ingiustificato.

Per come è stata gestita la vicenda, mi sento fregato. Ho avuto la netta sensazione di essere stato portato a procedere sulla base di informazioni non corrette, per poi ritrovarmi penalizzato economicamente.

Scrivo questa recensione per mettere in guardia altri viaggiatori: state lontani da questo noleggio. Per quella che è stata la mia esperienza, anche quando pensate di aver chiarito tutto, rischiate comunque di ritrovarvi con addebiti che considero assurdi e ingiustificati.

Per quanto mi riguarda, esperienza pessima, gestione inaffidabile e società da evitare.

Esperienza pessima sotto praticamente ogni aspetto.
Scrivo raramente recensioni negative perché preferisco evitare polemiche inutili, ma questa volta sento il dovere di raccontare la mia esperienza per aiutare chi, come me, sceglie affidandosi alle recensioni degli altri clienti.
Il ritiro dell’auto è stato gestito con tempi lunghi sia nel momento del ritiro da aeroporto ma soprattutto all'atto della consegna del mezzo: tra una cosa e l'altra abbiamo ricevuto l'auto con quasi un'ora di ritardo rispetto all’orario prenotato. Dopo il viaggio, trovarsi ad aspettare così tanto senza alcuna gestione efficiente è stato davvero frustrante.
La parte peggiore, però, riguarda l’auto consegnata. Avevo prenotato e pagato un SUV compatto, mentre mi è stata data una semplice city car, chiaramente di categoria inferiore per dimensioni, comfort e tipologia. Quando ho fatto notare che il veicolo non era equivalente a quanto prenotato, non c’è stata alcuna volontà di ascoltare il cliente o trovare una soluzione. Ho trovato solo rigidità e totale mancanza di attenzione verso il problema segnalato.
Come se non bastasse, al momento della riconsegna, per appena 3 minuti di ritardo ci è stata addebitata un’intera giornata extra a una tariffa sproporzionata rispetto al costo complessivo del noleggio. Una gestione che ho trovato francamente assurda e completamente priva di buon senso commerciale.
La sensazione generale è quella di un servizio poco professionale, con assistenza praticamente inesistente e senza la possibilità di confrontarsi con un responsabile. Purtroppo la peggiore esperienze di noleggio auto che mi siano capitate.

Lej Ikke en bil her. Det er det værste vi nogensinde har været ude for. De snyder med kontrakten så vi skulle betale 300 eur ekstra. De fandt nogle ridser som de ville have 700 eur for at udbedre. Aldrig igen!
