they used the "old" transplant technology were the transplantation has 3, not 2 steps. (FUE Technic not DHI)
my skin in the transplant area was "red" half a year.
the hair is not closely enough transplanted. you see gaps between the hair.
they charge extra money for after care products. costs are i think 500€ for the products for half a year. They could have said this before the operation and the flight to istanbul. many additional products could be bought that you do not "calculate" before, because you don't know.

I wanted to share my exceptional experience with Este Grande especially with my VIP consultant Ryan. I would highly recommend this company for your hair transplant. Their customer service, staff and price is excellent.
At first I was very nervous and I travelled from the United Kingdom for this hair transplant, Ryan made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Even after my hair transplant is done, he is checking up on me to ensure I am ok and if I need anything. He is always answering my questions and a very kind person.

The company is very professional and they do all medical checks before carrying out the hair transplant process to ensure everything is ok. Very experienced staff and very lovely people.

I am from Texas. I started balding in my crown 10 years ago and started receding. I was referred to hair transplant method by a friend and he also mentioned Turkey is the best. I started doing lots of research, spoke to several clinics in Turkey. And met within my circle in Texas who went to Este Grande and explained me the procedure, cost, actual process and other details. I spoke to Este Grande and we decided to go with them with some uncertainty and anxiety. But our results were good. Thier service was excellent. They had two translators for us whenever we are in the clinic. We stayed in a hotel about 20 mts from the clinic. It looked like a downtown with lots of malls and restaurants nearby.

We landed on Thursday late evening sometime in Nov 2023 and we had a pick up by the clinic. Around 40 mins drive to our hotel. Next day we had a wake up call and we were told the day before the time for pick up. The hotel breakfast was amazing.. all Mediterranean healthy choices. We were dropped at the clinic and they did the check up. And in the morning was harvesting, that took about 2 hours and then we were given packed lunch. In the afternoon the plantation about 2 hours. I actually slept thought the entire course. I requested for more anesthesia and since I knew it will be very painful. Anesthesia is directly injected on your scalp. It hurts, however it helped me to sleep through the course. After the course, we had a huge bandage around our head. I felt nothing except that like wearing a helmet and walking around. In fact we came to the hotel and were watching a movie like normal. Next day morning, is dressing removal. There were red patches around with little discomfort. After the removal, we went to a small nearby and had food and drinks. Anyways, for first week it was very discomofring that you can't sleep with your had laying down. You will have a prickly and itching pain. Ok.. it has been almost 8 months now, my hair is in full form. Although you don't get that kind of natural dense. But I feel like I never lost hair. First 3-4 months you don't see any results other than small growth here and there. Regular massaging will help along with minoxidil that you can buy outside. Overall it was a good experience and very happy with their service and results. Go for it.

I travelled from South Africa for the procedure. I was very happy to work with Rober, as my contact and point person for the FUE procedure. Despite the language difference between patient and doctor, it was extremely well handled by Rober. He handled all my questions anytime of day/night until my stay in Istanbul was over. The reality is the nurses or ‘technicians’ do most of the work but they seemed competent. I was told ‘under Dr supervision’. Apparently the gold standard is to have your procedure handled entirely by the Doctor him/her self. I still need to complete my first 2 weeks after the procedure, so cannot verify final results yet. Will post in 6 and 12 months again.

The facility and staff are top standard with everything they do so please remain confident as you can also contact out of hours if you have a question. I was given an after-care kit to assist and fasten the recovery process. I had my operation on 15/05/2024 and I have flown back to London now but I'm still in contact with Elena at esteGrande and I have received a further support and a handbook guide. Amazing experience, I am very much satisfied with the staff , the service was amazing everything was top class. The hospital facilities were much more higher then my expectations. They treated me very nicely and was really humble. Overall the experience was really great definitely recommended. Especially thanks to Mr. Micheal , an amazing person guided me really well. He made sure the process went smoothly. The medical was really great they guided me step by step. Thanks to all of the team.

Sono passati 2 mesi e mezzo e ormai è chiaro che la zona donatrice ( folta e ampia) è stata rovinata 8n maniera permanente da personale a mio dire inesperto hanno super sfruttato la zona posteriore senza rispettare il protocollo dello zig zag ,creando grossa cicatrice nella corona testa........consiglio tutti i futuri clienti di lasciare stare questa clinica dopo la divisione i medici migliori sono da altre parti

Great service by the Rober and Alper. They trying their very best to accommodate all my request. Their team also very professional to providing the information and the operation. Definitely will recommend who wanted to come here for hair transplant.

Elana was my VIP consultant and she was really amazing to work with. From my first interaction with her on WhatsApp, she answered my initial inquiry around 10 PM in the evening and set up a complementary consultation at their clinic for the next day! She had me picked up at my hotel and my consultation with her at the clinic was very professional and she provided me with all the answers to my questions, speaking very fluently in English. This put my mind at ease and I ended up booking with them and went the next day for surgery!! I am two weeks out now and, I am thrilled with the result. Elana, the nurse and Doctor Who did the surgery, were all top-notch… and the food halfway through the surgery was really good too lol. (chicken and mashed potatoes and vegetables). Highly recommend this clinic. It was also the right price and very competitive cost (I had met with two other clinics as well.] Sincere thank you Elana and Este Grande!

Robert and Ryan were really helpful to me in making the process relatively smooth, from consultation, to supporting me with booking my flights to Istanbul. The clinic got me booked in quickly, I was booked in within the space of 3 months!

The hotel was really nice and they upgraded my room. It’s a business hotel, so not much going on but it’s in central Kartal - which was a quiet but relatively nice area of Asian Istanbul. There’s a shopping mall not too far away which is beautiful.

The procedure was straight forward and I had someone speaking English to me when I needed it - although the doctor and his nurse assistants were always checking how I was. They also chauffeur you everywhere.

I’m about 9 days post op right now and all my crusts have fallen out, it’s healing really nicely and I can already see I’m going to love my full head of hair (when it finally grows properly) - they’ve done an ace job.

One thing I would say and the only reason this technically isn’t a 5* - make sure you bring all of your cash to pay with you. They tried charging me 20 of the treatment in ‘commission’ for using my card!! Luckily I managed to barter them down to 10% cos I was having none of that.

Thank you for really looking after me Este Grande, but I really hope I won’t be needing you again haha!

Since i get in touch with Etegrande thru . Rober the kind of details he provides was. Excelent, and coordination provided could not be better. Once in turkey and during surgeri i was very please with the amability and expertise of the personnel that carry out surgery. I am 100% satisfied and recommend to other fellows if they need to perform hair transplant.
