Sono passati solo 10 mesi dal momento del impianto dentale e dopo all'essere stato truffato (come scritto nel precedente review), ora il danno aumenta.
I denti iniziano a frantumarsi uno per uno.
A quanto pare, leggendo anche le storie di altri pazienti, questa clinica è stata creata e costruita sulla base del inganno e incompetenza !
Fortunatamente ho abbastanza risorse materiali per sistemare i miei denti, però so che un giorno pagherete tutti per quello che fate alla gente che si è fidata di voi !

I contacted the clinic in February 2023 and was assigned a consultant, Tina, who was a Plusclinic translator for further communication. I arrived in Istanbul on the 8th of March and had a consultation the same day, where it was suggested that I visit Turkey 3 times because of the lack of bone tissue. For the first visit I had to pay 1510 Euros. I left a deposit of 5000 dollars. The receipts of the payments are available.
On 9.03.2023 I had an operation at the Internacional plus clinic, bilateral sinus lifting and an x-ray. I stayed in Istanbul till 15.03. From the first day after the operation I had severe pain and discomfort on the right side, which I considered normal after the operation. I was prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories which I have been taking faithfully. The day before my flight I had a joint consultation with an x-ray.
When I arrived in Portugal, the pain increased and decreased while I was taking the anti-inflammatories. In the second week, bone tissue started to come out on the right side. I contacted my consultant, Tina, who told me it was normal and not to worry. The bone tissue continued to come out for about a week and then a fistula opened up and a purulent discharge started to come out. I contacted the consultant again and she reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. I was getting worse, the pain was terrible and there was no response from the clinic. Incompetence and indifference.
I don't know if she consulted doctors or not, but it got to the point where she sent me a message saying that she also sometimes has a fistula over the implant and it's normal. So I was left alone with my problem. When I asked her to send me an X-ray after the surgery, she replied that she did not have it, even though the X-ray was taken on 9.3.23.
At the beginning of May, I had an urgent operation at the Institute of Implantology in Lisbon, because of a sinus infection with complications. The new surgery and treatment cost more than 1200 € and receipts are available. The bone material was cleaned and dead tissue was scraped out.
Due to the current situation and the impossibility of placing implants, I ask the clinic to refund the balance of 3225 €!!!!
I left a deposit because I trusted the clinic's reputation!
The consultant Tina after my surgery blocked me on WhatsApp and doesn't answer my e-mails or phone calls. Unsuccessful operation and stolen money. And I'm not even talking about the moral damage!!!

Todo trabajo hase bien. Sólo pasó tiempo, buscó, escribo, nadie no pone contacto conmigo. Lastima 😭. Pienso peor que es una estafa. Después de tratamiento, se encontró bien. Se rompió dentadura, y hace mucho tiempo nadie no responde.

my teeth keep coming loose they have decided to not do my teeth they said they're having money problems they came loose the first day when they were fitted and ever since I've been home they keep coming loose they ground me down my teeth too much and now they're not answering my calls the last call I had with them they said they're having money problems but they are still trading I'm going to have to have all my teeth redone again because there is too much problems with them but at the moment I can't afford them to be done they're all wobbling and yet they was recommend to me they told me I had a 25 year guarantee joke jasmine won't even return my messages but she reads them for this company I'm not the only one that's had teeth come loose I'm getting no help from them I don't know what to do I used up all my savings doing this they kept charging me more and more all the time

My experience at Plus Clinic was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I was promised liposuction for three areas and whitening, but upon arrival, I was told it only included two areas unless I paid more. This bait-and-switch tactic was unethical and uncomfortable.

Days before the surgery, the clinic also changed the price, creating unnecessary stress, only to revert to the original amount after I almost canceled. After the procedure, they refused to perform the whitening, telling me to return later—impossible as I had to travel home. Now they told me it won’t be possible anymore. ( I paid for it , they promise something and they change their mind , it a scam )

To make matters worse, they delayed sending me critical medical documentation for my flight, leaving me waiting 1–2 hours at the last minute. This was an unprofessional and stressful experience, with promises broken and services withheld.

Avoid this clinic—they are misleading and unreliable, thieves too

Pe 13 noiembrie am fost dat afara fara niciun motiv nu miu facut asigurarea timp de 2 luni și acest lucru este obligatoriu pentru angajator în Turcia Am lucrat mult timp, nu mergeți aici pentru că vă cer taxe suplimentare și vă spun aceste taxe atunci când mergeți acolo Nu mi-au plătit salariul timp de 1 lună și 13 zile timp de 2 luni și spun că nu vor plăti dacă nu îmi șterg comentariile, acest loc de muncă trebuie inspectat strict, folosesc zirconiu de proastă calitate, vă fac să așteptați ore întregi, nu sunt deloc profesioniști, dacă aveți nevoie de transfuzie de sânge în timpul operației. Când ai o problemă dentară, îți cer 300 de euro în plus, angajează copii care nu au permis de muncă, lucrează ilegal, nu plătesc, își lasă angajații într-o situație dificilă, își lasă pacienții într-o situație dificilă, nu se mai ocupă de tine după ce au primit plata, iar când ai o problemă dentară, cu toate că este vina lor, îți cer să plătești 80 de euro pentru hotel pe noapte, care în mod normal este de 40 de euro, și să cumperi biletul de avion, aceasta nu este o clinică, aceasta este o agenție, iar dacă scriu aceste lucruri, au amenința că nu-mi dau salariul.
Dacă îți spun 5000 de euro, să știi că vor fi 6000 de euro, te taxează suplimentar pentru fiecare zi în care stai în spital și îți spun mici taxe de genul acesta doar când ajungi acolo, acest lucru este mult mai problematic în problemele dentare pentru că medicii nu îți fac planurile de tratament, îți spun 5 implanturi, apoi când ajungi acolo, acest număr crește deodată la 10.
Eu ca român am fost foarte dezamăgit, voi nu trebuie să fiți dezamăgiți, dacă aveți de gând să lucrați cu acești oameni, gândiți-vă de două ori, dacă aveți de gând să mergeți ca pacient, gândiți-vă de 10 ori.

Je suis une patiente de la clinique Plus-clinic à Istanbul. Début mars 2024 je suis allée à cette clinique après un devis très intéressant. Je suis arrivée là bas, ils m'ont fait une radio et ils m'ont augmenté le devis de 2000€ car ils ont décidé de me retirer TOUTES mes dents ! Je n'ai pas pu faire marche arrière sous la pression énorme sur moi. Ils m'ont arraché 24 dents en 2h30 😭 une vraie boucherie. J'ai cru que j'allais faire une crise cardiaque tellement j'ai été torturée. Je suis retournée à l'hôtel sans anti douleurs car ils n'en avaient plus. Quand l'anesthésie a cessé j'ai hurlé de douleurs des heures avant qu'on m'apporte des médicaments car ils m'ont fait ça le soir. Le boucher qui m'arrachait les dents était énervé car j'étais sa dernière patiente il était 21h00 et il avait faim et voulait rentrer chez lui. Le lendemain ils m'ont donné une prothèse provisoire. Ils m'ont menti ils m'avaient dit qu'après 3 jours je pourrais mettre la prothèse. Et après ils ont dit que je devais attendre 1 mois pour la porter !!! J'ai dû arrêter de travailler pendant 2 mois car j'ai eu beaucoup de complications, j'ai été recousue avec des morceaux de dents et d'os qui n'avaient pas été retirés et surtout des rejets des implants. Aujourd'hui encore je suis régulièrement sous antibiotiques pour des abcès à répétition Mon dentiste en Belgique a témoigné que c'était un scandale je peux vous donner tous les rapports comme preuve. J'ai dû payer une nouvelle prothèse en Belgique (plus de 2500€) car la prothèse de la clinique n'était pas adaptée à ma mâchoire et donc poubelle. J'ai dû aller au moins 15x chez le médecin pour m'aider. Je dois aujourd'hui me faire retirer tous les implants car j'ai un rejet. J'ai également payé pour une opération d'un kyste et d'une transplantation osseuse car j'avais un déchaussement mais la clinique a menti elle n'a pas fait d'opération du kyste (il est toujours sur la radio pour preuve) et aucun sinus n'a été fait. Tout ça m'a coûté plus de 8000€ et bien sûr la clinique n'a rien voulu me rembourser en accusant mon dentiste d'escroc ! Le comble !

J'ai pris un avocat évidemment pour qu'ils soient jugés d'arnaque, d'abus de faiblesse,de publicité mensongère, d'escroquerie en bande organisée et surtout d'atteinte à la santé publique. La justice belge est en lien avec le ministre de la santé turque. Je ferai tout pour que plus jamais personne ne vive un jour le même cauchemar que moi.

Je vais essayer de faire simple, j'ai pris un séjour d'une semaine. Tous les prix, on été revu à la hausse. Normalement la dévitalisation de mes dents etaient compris dans le devis mais ils m'ont demandé 100 e par dent. Le lendemain, mes dents ont été limé et mes empreintes prises. Je n'ai pas eu de dents provisoires, j'ai eu tres mal. Je n'ai rien su mangé. Le 3 ème jour, j'ai pu essayer les provisoires. J'avais de plus en plus mal, j'ai du insister pour des dévitalisations supplémentaires. Le 5 ème jour, le dentiste a voulu me fixer mes couronnes définitives. J'ai refusé et j'ai eu un traitement supplémentaires, le dentiste m'a arraché 2 dents saines et avec insistance j'ai eu droit á des antibiotiques. L'avant dernier jour, je me suis reveillée avec un visage qui a doublé de volume. Je suis allée à la pharmacie pour des antihistamines, le soir j'ai eu droit un scanner et ils m'ont fixé mes dents definitives. Le chauffeur qui venait me chercher avait une moyenne de 2h de retard. L'organisation était á désirer et en plus ma couronne s'est décollée. Plus d'aides de leur part, la société se trouve des excuses... donc en gros fuyez car aucune garantie et aucun dentiste en Europe pourra vous aider. Je l'ai menacé de mettre un mauvais avis mais le responsable n'a que faire.

Je suis ravie du professionnalisme et de l’accueil. Ils sont très gentils et très aimables.

La mia esperienza alla plus clinica center è stata veramente fantastica ho fatto due interventi sia di rinoplastica si il trapianto di capelli con ottimi risultati inoltre ho trovato la staff veramente gentile e disponibile un complimento speciale e di cuore a Chiara che con me è stata semplicemente favolosa paziente e mi è stata molto vicina dandomi supporto morale e tanta gentilezza un esperienza molto positiva che mi ha lasciato felice di fatto tornerò per unaltro intervento

Tres bonne communication et prise en charge. Dentiste tres compétent et a l'ecoute de son patient. Tout le personnel a ete aux petits soins. John a ete present tout le long de mon sejour. Le chauffeur toujours a l'heure, Rami a toujours été réactif a mes questions et Marwa mon interprète a été d'une gentilles, et en plus nous a conseillé pour les sejours touristiques, la noutiture et le shopping. Je me suis sentie en toute confiance. Je recommande a 100%.

2 eme visite avec en cadeau un sublime sourire avec un accompagnement parfait sur tout points avec vous l équipe plus clinic . Un p’tit combat qui s est mené avec succès avec l efficacité de toute l équipe .
