Don’t Order From EQVVS !
Ordered 2 x F P polo shirts in the sale that on arrival didn’t look like their website images. The on-line returns process was awful, no offer of a refund, just an exchange or store credit ! no contact number on the men’s wage page but when you do find it, it’s an automated message saying it’s contact by email only. Web page states there’s on-line chat but there isn’t so you have to email stating you want a refund which they’ll do if they deem the returned items are as delivered. I didn’t even unpack my items, quality looked poor for the money. My advice, Do Not Order from EQVVS until they’ve resolved all their online problems, as wasted hours messing about with the returns / refund !

Once again, we are really sorry that you were not happy with the quality of the Fred Perry Polos. As stated in our first email, you were always welcome to return them to us for a refund.
We were aware of a brief technical issue with our returns portal last week where customers were unable to select the return for refund option. Our customer service team let you know about this and explained that we would edit your return after it was submitted.
We completely understand your frustration of not being able to call us when you tried to navigate this technical issue but I'm glad to see that our customer service team kindly submitted the return request on your behalf.
We are looking forward to receiving your return parcel so we can process your refund, but I hope you understand that this cannot be done until the polos are returned back to us.
We are really sorry that you had a poor experience when trying to return your order but this technical issue has now been fixed and we're glad to see that our customer service team was able to help you return your polos.

Amazing!
I purchased a Barbour item 6 months ago that was faulty after a few uses, I contacted customer services and received a very prompt response advising that they no longer had the item in stock and were unable to offer a replacement and it was agreed that it was a manufacturing default and I was offered a refund. The service and the staff are super efficient and I have to say, Dominic from the customer service team is absolutely outstanding! He's a credit to the company.

Correct item, incorrect colour.
Sent me the correct item but in the wrong colour. When contacting them, they claimed they were out of the colour I requested.
So they decided to just waste my time by sending me an alternative they assumed I’d like.

As explained over email, this was due to a rare mistake where the colourway you were after was incorrectly linked to a barcode of a different colourway.

I was really worried about a Hugo Boss…
I was really worried about a Hugo Boss Hoodie I had ordered for my Grandson which had not arrived. I had written an email to complain about it. No sooner had I sent the email when my parcel arrived! I sent another email and was answered by Dominic who was so very kind and helpful about ordering items from the Company in the future. Immediate positive customer service
So expensive socks in a damaged presentation box arrived. I contacted customer service immediately and received a reply almost the second I sent it. I have to say that though I was disappointed by the damage ( the box was part of the designer ethos) I was not disappointed by the eagerness of the company to make amends which they did to my satisfaction. Customer service was excellent and immediate something that is rarer than it should be these days. There was a real personal touch here and it was appreciated. Well done 😊

5 star customer service and quality products
I've now had the pleasure of shopping and dealing with EQVVS on two separate occasions. One order was a size mistake from one of their suppliers (not their fault), this was quickly dealt with and a refund with an additional discount. The other one was an order mistake from myself, again they were excellent with their communication and dealt with this by offering free P&P. I can't fault their customer service and the quality of their clothing. Big shout out to Dominic, who I have dealt with on both occasions, he's an asset to the company with 5 star customer service and communication.

Great shopping experience
Shopping as a gay man can be very difficult at times but the staff at eqvvs made it so enjoyable! I think his name was Ash, was 10/10, he wasn’t to bad at the job either tehe

I ordered a jumper from here but after doing it I realised I ordered the wrong size! I sent them an email around 10 mins after ordering and they responded really quickly and changed the size in my order which was so helpful. The item was then delivered really fast and I got a discount because it was my first order!
