My order never arrived and customer service person named cameline was extremely rude and just ended the chat without letting me respond

I have zero complaints about this company. Ordered my trainers and they came within 5 days with no issues

Crap return service
Bar code not visible on iPhone
They do not send the return bar to email address so it’s impossible to send things back
Won’t be using them ever again

I ordered three items and every single one came in a size different to what I’d ordered. Now Zalando are making it extremely difficult for me to return the items, eg. Sending me labels with no instructions as to where to actually take the parcel. Horrendous experience.

They delivered the incorrect item and instead of shipping out the correct item, I have to return, wait 14 days for my refund and order again! Absolute shambles of customer service and lack of care. I needed this item specifically for an event and now I have to reorder. Never using again and I hope people read reviews before shopping at this company! Bad customer service and not helpful at all

I ordered a product twice and twice was sent the wrong item. Yet you charged me for delivery and never refunded me those fees. Twice. When you click “email us” the page doesn’t exist- what kind of customer service is this? Won’t shop again

Please avoid at all cost, I blame myself cos I didn’t read the reviews before placing the order, they are a fraud! I ordered 2 pairs of expensive trainers and then on the day of delivery, tracking was updated to your delivery is delayed and for a week later no change in delivery update, just like all the reviews here have stated, my guess is that this company is probably using this as a front for harvesting customers information, I am disappointed in myself for falling for this scam of a company.

Purchased three pairs of shoes in size 2/5/7 as it was hard to find a company that sold such a wide range of sizes. They arrived within the three day time window stated. They were boxed and wrapped in tissue with insert sticks to hold them in shape. They were exactly as ordered. I was happy with the ordering process, the time it took for them to arrive and the condition of the shoes. I would purchase from here again. Nearly didnt purchase because of the bad reviews but figured most people only bother to do a review if it was a bad experience. That being said I didn't have to do a return so it might have been a different experience if I had. Happy to give five starts because thats the experience I had.

Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of expensive trousers and was given an estimated delivery of 23-27 March. After a few days the order update showed no activity so I called the customer service number. I was told it was still scheduled to be processed and they would meet the estimated delivery timetable and to be patient.this continued for several day. 23 March arrived and still no activity. So I kept on calling. Finally it was processed on the 25th but not handed to Evri until 26th. Each time I phoned I got a different person who told me a different story - often blaming Evri towards the end. The order did arrive but was poorly packed for an expensive order. The customer service agents were inconsistent in their stories and felt like they were reading from a script. Very poor

Purchased some Skechers end of October for a Christmas present due to them being in the sale. My husband has worn them about 5 times and they have come undone at the stitching. Very poor as they still were not cheap, even in the sale. I have tried to raise a query but it doesn’t work and and no response to my review on the website.

Scammers ..... avoid they take your money no parcel

Ordered trainers for daughter. Evri refusing to deliver to our address. Zalando refusing to complain to Evri on my behalf. Do yourself a favour and avoid these clowns. Call centre was useless.

Awful customer service
I ordered boots from this customer and was sent two completely different boots
I rang the customer service agent expecting her to be apologetic but I was met with rudeness. I was made to return these boots which I did now I’m being told I can’t receive a refund bc I returned two different boots, now they are not responding to emails and my money is still with them

Due to their use of Evri, my order was returned to their warehouse despite no delivery being attempted. It was going to a collection point so zero reason why this shouldn't have been delivered. Despite this being their partner's error, they are refusing to refund until the order is received by them and will not send me a replacement in the meantime instead.

The online chat agents are useless and frankly rude. I will not be shopping with them ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My package was lost and no one bothered to let me know, waited days for it and then had to reach out to ask them what had happened. No real resolution, customer service is awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

2 weeks and now they are saying it gone missed at the Evri depot. They didnt even dispatch it for a week. Company is useless. Dont be caught up by saving a few pounds. Use a decent company. Im deleting the app and never using again. 0/5

My account was suddenly blocked - sent an email was was responded very quickly that it was for "for security reasons". I asked to have it either deleted or to allow me to log in to delete my personal data (as per UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
Sent two follow up and still no response.

I ordered a Hugo Boss cross body bag
But received a sweaty old pink T Shirt with someone else’s delivery details in a clear bag.
I contacted them straight away and they advised to return the item.
Just had an email stating the item they received isn’t the item they sent !!! And now refusing to offer a refund !!!!
Avoid at all costs !!!!
