I couldn't access my report so had to call in and confirm information. The rep made me submit a bunch of identification verification. It took forever. I signed paperwork.

Now 4 days later the problem and same error code remains. I call and deal with their horrible automated system... finally get a person and he says I have to submit all my ids again because the rep didn't do anything.

It makes me feel uncomfortable that strangers keep asking me for my social security card, ID, and signature...

So now, I can't access or do anything with my account. I can't wait until this entire system disappears.

Terrible company. Refusing to acknowledge incorrect information on my report. Repeatedly closing cases after copy-pasted and irrelevant responses. Possible that it's all just AI generated to be honest.
I would recommend not wasting your time and just beg the company mentioned on your report to deal with it.

I'll never understand the zero to non responsive customer service. I've been trying to reach out to the support and it's proved abortive for weeks now . This is totally unacceptable. I was going through identity theft issues and when I looked out on X socials to see if others are going through same issues, rocketskycredit got all inquiries and collections from insurance companies and in due time, also greatly improved my credit. Getting approved for my home loan was the best part .

Equifax is far the worst credit company to ever exist. Unlike other credit companies equifaxhad soo much inaccurate reportings about companies or services saying I owe that’s I never even heard of. I have disputed cases against these unknown vendors and these cases never got resolved. I have paid all my 1400 rent payments and 600 car payments on time and other services that equifax don’t even have but the better credit services like experian have. The last toll equifax took on my credit score is dropping my credit score down by 45 points have a loan company checked my credit score. It’s like they don’t want you to have help and want you to have bed credit.Equifax clearly onlyreport negative and inaccurate reportings for credit scores. There will for surely be a lawsuit against them.

♻️If you are property developer need more be carefully. I strongly recommend checking your Equifax credit file regularly , copies files and check inside of your files
♻️In my Equifax credit file omitted all my development that year 2023 enables for lender possession without court order then incorrect address, no loan, no security show my EQUiFAX file incorrect, corruption affect to my financial position can’t get good interest rate
🫟After I complaint to EDR Equifax data systemic failure incorrect, Equifax response the lender not provided information to them and their don’t know about my development completed with new address
♻️ Now i found my daughter the same trouble NO property at her files , no loan service , no security made she can’t refinance then decide sell the house
🫟 I encourage anyone have property investment or development to carefully review your files and confirm all information is correct and accurate, if errors or omission can have significant consequences

By far the WORST CREDIT BUREAU to deal with. They can't get records updated properly or ON TIME. When you need to reset and access your account they won't let you even when all your information is correct and all they do is apologize yet do not fix the problem! They are the ONLY CULPRIT to why consumers cannot get good approvals because they suck. My bankruptcy is over a year old yet they want to keep reporting items that should've been removed when the bankruptcy discharged and they're driving my credit score down tremendously. It is absolutely absurd and ridiculous. You get put on hold and your time wasted all day just trying to get access to account with all your personal information!!!

Why do they let you get exposed to cybersecurity breach and then freeze your credit ? Worse is you never get to unfreeze your credit after experiencing the worse . I had to go extra mile to see if anything can be done, looked out on X socials and rocketskycredit practically unfreezed and clear my report with all the late payments and collections . It's now clear to me that many of these major credit bureaus are not interested in helping you after facing bad remarks on your report . The system is broken and made to keep us poor and in debts. I refuse to be a part of such statistics.

Having to call in to cancel should be illegal

Very poor, impossible to find anyone who reads/responds in English. Inaccurate information and no support will not even confirm they are human rather than AI. What is the point of this company?

Terrible customer service. They purposely make it super difficult to cancel your subscription. You should not have to call to cancel, and might I add, you should not have to provide your postal code, SIN number, phone number, email, mother's maiden name, credit card limit as well as its first 8 numbers just to cancel this overpriced subscription. If the only way to save humanity would be to re-subscribe to Equifax, I would make myself some popcorn and watch on with glee as the world burns. Thank you

I tried to unfreeze my credit score on their website and was told me it could not process my request online and that I needed to call customer service. I tried calling the customer service line: The AI customer service agent was terrible at understanding my responses (it took forever), and when I was finally able to speak with an agent, they said I need to use Chrome (so their website only works with one browser??), they experienced an error on their end and had to put me on hold in order to try and sort it out. Once everything was ready to go and they had me log in again--this time using the correct browser--I got the same error message indicating that I had to call customer service lol. In the end the person just lifted the freeze for me.

0 stars. Called 5 numbers, can’t speak to a real person. I am stopping this bogus site.

The website is extremely fustrating for the user ,it seems designed to drive you completely mad; the login process is an absolute hassle. Other agencies are far more user friendly and intuitive: EQUIFAX IS A DISASTER.

Cannot get past AI and need assistance. Answered all questions correct and said they couldn't verify. Cut me off. Should get you to a real person but they won't. Crap service

Equifax began in 1899 as retail credit company . This company was worst if you can imagine. Retail credit company up until the 1970s would use data from rumors and sex life , and political views. It changed its name to equifax because backlash from the fair credit reporting act by congress. My own experience is twofold one is my credit score dropping because this company is quick to report debts but not payoffs! The other is the 2017 data breach 147 million consumers affected and after the lawsuit only the government and attorneys were paid .

Equifax were unable to do the most basic task of finding me on the electoral roll. All the other credit bureaus had no trouble and when I went to tell them that they got it wrong and I was in fact registered to vote they told me I had to provide them with proof. Why are banks and landlords trusting equifax when they literally make you do the work for them.

I've been waiting to verify my I-9 documentation with a live agent for 2 hours now. Had one agent answer, only to tell me she was having issues with her computer after asking for my document. I'm having to go through Equifax in order to complete my onboarding process with my new company, so I have no choice but to stay online in hopes of getting a live agent. I'd give zero stars if I could.

one of the most horrible piece of software I have ever experienced and I have experience coding COBOL. I hate the fact that my company use this terrible service for their forms. Like this is big year 2026 get a grip.
