Ordered a sofa with Yousuf - his customer service was brilliant. From the start to end he kept me informed and assured me i would get exactly what i ordered. He took his time drawing a plan out of the sofa and after approx 4 weeks the sofa was delivered by two delivery drivers. Tony and Mohammed who was also brilliant polite and respectful. They carefully brought the sofa in and pieced it tohether for me.

Yusuf was great and very helpful. Delivery was on time and installed without any fuss. Delivery guys were brilliant 👏 👌

Having purchased a lovely big picture ( that u then figured could nt fit into my car ) and a lovely clock . The owners offered to deliver it for me lol Which I am absolutely over the moon with , I ve had so many compliments on both items . Purchased table and chairs and new living room sofas. Customer service from start to finish was brilliant. Explained various points to consider when purchasing and delivery time. No pressure applied and visited twice before purchasing. Extended warranty also explained. Kept informed and delivered on time, including setting up service. Yusuf was always available to discuss any points when needed.
